 I've taken no breaks and I joined the server since it was announced.

 Staff are on the server to keep order, they are here to make sure RP goes fluently, everyone gets what they need(for example vehicles etc when there's no veh dealers) and also to make sure everyone is behaving properly according to the server rules, not the RP ones.

I was admin on some other games, but I do not believe that's important for this server in particular.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

 I would teleport there to see the situation whilst cloaked, if he isn't doing anything I would check the logs to see, if I see the damage done I'd punish the person according to the rules. Based on the kills etc.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 This is not a useful question anymore I believe since cadets aren't a thing, but I'd just PM an NCO telling them there's a recruit that wants to be basic trained.

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 It's not my business to deal with, it was accidental with no ill intent, SHT can take care of it if Fleet deems it worthy.

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 Nothing.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I will also be sure to tell them that loopholing is a rule break as well. 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I'd tell them without any hesitation to go on the forums if they believe my punishment was unfair and to make a staff complaint. If they disrupt RP or anything because of it I'll be sure to handle it according to the rules.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

 I believe I deserve staff more than the other applicants because of my dedication towards IRP. I've sat with it throughout the lows and the highs, it is indeed true that lately perhaps my activity was not the best, but due to the hype of  the update it's hard, getting staff would be a further motivation to come on and enjoy my time with the community that this server has built. Personally I feel like the community in this server is amazing which adds to another point, I think me being friends with most people can show that I'm not a dickhead or a bad person perhaps as I was thought in Clone Wars which would signal improvement. Improvement is essential in a staff member knowing when to take criticism and how to work on it, this is where my rank as a commander comes into play, every single one of my members can vouch that when they had a complaint about me it was solved, same with High Command, I don't think I've had any difficult situations with anyone because I'm understanding, and that's also an attribute a staff member should have, understanding who you are "judging" sure, punish them but at the same time make them understand what they did wrong. I also have a strong sense of justice so getting to the bottom of things in a claim shouldn't be really hard and I also am really good, and I mean REALLY good at solving RP situations especially for the new update, I have so much experience in ACTUAL roleplay that I think I'd be more than able to handle all of that with ease. I can also learn pretty quickly so learning all the staff stuff shouldn't be too hard. This application comes from my desire to help our community, to make it more active and to make it as good as it was in the first 2/3 months since launch, to give it what it deserves, and perhaps through my contribution I can help and make it better and more active.

Vlad is a active morning player, which is something i think the new server could have good use for. He has also been here since the start, and has showed that he is dedicated to the server and to single jobs through his time spent with a single regiment. He is also very competent of course, trained by me in DU and all B), and would probably make a very good staff now that his exams are over and he can spend even more time in the game. Only real -1 is the temper, but i know Vlad knows how to manage it in most instances; so as long it does not affect staff problems it i think Vlad would be very good for it!
