 Around the 13th March 2022 i have taken 2 LOA's one for one week when i started work which i ended early and as of writing this i am on my second LOA turned ROA until the 1st of June for personal reasons.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums:

 I use TS3 anytime my PC is on and I check the discord frequently and I don't check forms that often.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

 I would locate the player and take them to a isolated location away from other players either by teleporting them or by physgun then id freeze them in place so they cant run away or shoot at me then id try explaining to them that what they did was wrong and shouldn't be doing it then let them go but keep watching them to make sure they are behaving and if they don't do anything then ill return to what i was doing. If they either continued to fire upon players I would take them away from players and freeze them and explain that they will be getting a warning and that the actions they did are tolerated on the server then let them go again.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 i would ask any NCO's who are on to go train train them.

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I would take them away have a chat and after he explained he was trying to safety his weapon i would remind him the keys that it is give him a verbal warning to be more careful and return him.

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would explain IC that you have to salute to 2nd LT+, I would take no actions as a staff member because it is an IC situation not an OOC.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

I would explain to them that not all FailRP situations are listed in the server rules and explain what it is exactly they did wrong.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would wait until they stop trying to argue with me then i would tell them that if they feel like they where wrongly punished then they can make a complaint on the forms and would happily provide a link to the exact page they need.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I just want to be able to make the server a fun place to be and chill out to play RP.  I just want to be able to help people whether it is by accepting staff claims or making sure trolls are dealt with properly. It's just something I want to do as I am already helping the best I can with advice and giving them tips and tricks to the game as a regimental hierarchy member. I am a very active player and I'm on nearly every day only taking breaks when I really need to. On days that I'm busy I’ll be on for at least an 1 hour a day and on days that I'm not busy I'll be on for around 5 hours maybe more maybe less. It just depends on whether or not I'm having a good day sometime. I tend to be quite a calm and collected person which I feel like it would help in times where a player is upset, I may be able to calm them down or cheer them up. However, if someone really pushes me when I've had a bad day I can get quite hostile but if I do ever feel like that I will remove myself from that situation or I’ll keep my cool until I can safely de-stress. Although I am pretty new to the server still I have made quite a good attempt to talk to a lot of people and a few people I am alright with.
