    What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words? 
    “noun: a person who is in charge of an activity, department, or organisation.” -Google.

      In short, Site Directors are the ones responsible for a site. Simple right? How everyone interprets being responsible and having the role of a leader is up to each individual's personality and preferences. Some directors take a very much laid back approach, sitting in an office only giving occasional orders over comms, while others take a hands-on-deck approach putting the fire out by themselves. 
      As a director it should be a balance between the two, being able to delegate tasks and trust others whilst also not being disconnected from the reality of a workplace and having some resemblance of involvement.

    Past experience in leadership positions? 
      I was HoMD owner for some time, but that doesn’t count, it was more like being a kindergarten teacher trying to entertain a group of schoolchildren to not kill themselves from boredom. I have been in many whitelists in the past and don’t remember most of them, but have been like ECM, HoEA, O5, and other ranks. However I have had more leadership experience in the real world, having managed actual real people,  though since I don’t want my social security number and full legal name leaked I can’t name them.


    Rate your RP Skills on a scale of 1-10: Very subjective, the server has been down for a long time so I haven’t had anywhere to RP. I would say I have grown as a person over that time however so probably I am better than I was in the past, maybe like a 7 or 8.
    Rate your communication skills from 1-10: Once again, subjective and very much depending on who you are communicating with and in what situations and circumstances. Like a 7 or 8.

    What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted? 
    Make SD great again? What do you think I expect to do? I know I will have to do spreadsheets, give opinions on applications, and deal with meetings. But that’s like basic pre-packaged manager stuff. 
      In all actuality I would like to make Site Director a more free and creative experience for the player, and force them to use that freedom, and do the things a manager is supposed to do. Too many times have I seen SD’s sit in EZ Big for HOURS doing nothing but tell Nu-7 to respond to a hack, why thank you Mr. Obvious cause everyone already knows due to the blaring beeping noise. They are called a DIRECTOR and they MANAGE a site for a reason, and most of the time, at least in the past, they would perform the bare minimum of the responsibilities such a title would offer. Make meetings, have inspections, change policies, enforce loyalty, fire people, start a witch hunt, now that O5’s are gone they can literally do anything on the site, and that is what I want to make sure they all realise.

    What additional information would you like to share? I just started ranting and couldn’t stop.

    I will say the same thing I said to Orce's plan
    "  First of all if the first word I read in an event plan is "Rebels" I instantly lose hope. Rebel events are the most overused and boring shit. It would take quite some time and skill to make an original Rebel event. Just do CTRL+F "Rebel" in event announcements, pretty sure that there are over 120 results."

    Please come up with more original names than Rebel Sympathizer and Rebel Grunt. This is for anyone who does a Rebel event.

    Also for 6 EC's having 3 with 600hp 3 with 800 is a bit too much, opposite of Orce's problem of being killed too fast.

    "Along with this 501st will be ordered to deploy Imperial Tanks to engage the ATTE." ??? Where the fuck did some random ass protesters get a fucking ATTE?

    "The Collaborator will refuse to listen to the empires orders or warnings along with refusal to negotiations" why the fuck would the Empire want to negotiate with some random protesters and a single Rebel cell that has a single ATTE and no hostages or anything against them. The Empire literally has an entire fucking base with loads of ships and tanks and explosives against one armed vehicle.

    "Eventually the collaborator gives the order to engage, and the Rebel Sympathizers will begin to fire upon the Imperial troopers gathered"  Eventually? By the time the ATTE showed up all the protesters would have been shot for getting in the way and also just protesting.

    "surprising them" how the fuck would the Empire be surprised when protestors who use aggressive means such as literally setting things on fire and throwing them at Troops had guns and shot?

    "The Rebel Troopers will make their way into the imperial base accompanied by an ATTE  through the Main Hangar Bay"  Didn't you say that the Imperial Command will literally have ordered all available units to help with the protestors? 6 EC will not easily push through that. Also, accompanied by the ATTE? How fast will this encounter happen the ATTE will be destroyed by several tanks within like 2-3 minutes of showing up if the Empire doesn't eat a rock for breakfast.

    "the collaborator orders:" You don't need to describe every single little thing someone says and does, give yourself some freedom in the moment.

    "After horrible treatment from the empire's occupation in Vardos, Civilians had formed a group of Rebel Sympathizers"  Vardos is literally one of the most Empire Loyal planets. There wouldn't be nearly as much horrible treatment from the Empire here as on other occupied planets.

    "They had planned to gather Rebel troopers to the Imperial Bases Main Gates and stage a protest in hopes of diverting the Empires attention" Diverting the Empire's attention? From what? If literally all the members of the Rebel Cell were there, and they literally attacked from the Main-Gate, where are they DIVERTING ATTENTION, they are literally just giving the troops time to form at the main gate just to be ready to disperse the protesters and ready to engage.

    "had the empire unprepared"  How? You literally alert the Empire of violent protestors a while before attacking.

    "as they had lost many forces patrolling the outside to the sudden ambush" If they lost units in an ambush the Empire would be on high alert and would most likely have the base on lockdown and shoot the protesters.

    "reach the empires database archives along with their generator rooms"
    "Rebel Troopers would load supplies containing ammunition and weaponry off to speeders and transportation vehicles."   What weaponry and ammunition if they reached the GR and Server rooms? I don't know if you realize this but the guns are kept in the armoury.

      First of all, if the first word I read in an event plan is "Rebels" I instantly lose hope. Rebel events are the most overused and boring shit.     320 HP most likely wouldn't be enough if they have to push anything. Though there are 6-7 EC's so maybe they could manage.

    Imperial execution is way too short. Literally one sentence, and it's the most basic shit ever, it's like most events on IRP. "Go kill these random EC's with no interaction or buildup". You could put a little bit of effort into it at least.

    EC execution is way too short too. Also just one sentence, you are applying for EP, and you could put a little bit more effort into at least just your first event plan.
    Also, you have the ability to go into Vardos Revamped map in single-player and look around. Saying "Main area of map/town" is way too wide and doesn't describe anything. Any part of the city can be important and seen as main, is main where the imperial base is? Is main where the centre of town is? Where is it? 
    And also be more descriptive of how you would take over GR and kidnap a high-ranking officer.

    There is literally no story, what you put in the story section is what should've been in Imperial/EC execution. What you describe is what they do, in your story you need to tell the reason they might be attacking.

    "Rebels use fighting as a distraction to take over GR" this just sounds like it will be used as an excuse to set their spawn from the opposite side of town to the deepest part of the base just because some Imperials are there.

    "Rebels turn off the generator" ain't no way they turning the GR off. You need to know quite well how to turn it off as its not just one button to turn it off on Vardos.

    "highest on (troop side) will tell them to kill the last rebels in the first main area and then to take back the generator" ??? Rebels cripple the entire base infrastructure and the first priority wouldn't be taking it back?

    "4 of the 6-7 rebels will hold the generator and not give it up" just know splitting EC's into separate groups is a pain, you need to have them on two jobs with two different spawn binds and it just makes managing the event a pain most of the time.

    "2-3 other rebels will take the highest on hostage" This is just a personal thing but, good luck taking any Admiralty hostage when I am on with just 3 Rebels.

    "but on their way to their ships scouts will assassinate all the rebels assuring the empire's victory " Firstly, scouts aren't a thing anymore. Second, why does the Empire always need to win?

    Synopsis: You are stuck in a shitty IRP event planners mindset - the empire must win, set spawns with no correlation, and focus only on combat. -It's the most boring shit. Your event plan has no necessary detail or any bit of story or roleplay attached to it.

    Also this review of your event has almost two times the amount of words than your actual plan.

Firstly going to give some feedback on ''responsibilities of an EP" What you wrote is very loose, just saying ''be responsible'' ''listen to higher ups'' ''make good decisions'' does not explain what the responsibilities are. Those things should be basic, common sense. You should detail more what EP's do. And saying ''engage with imperials and make it interesting'' means basically nothing, as literally anyone can interact with anyone and make something interesting.

     

    Second, I'm going to talk about your event-plan. Now when someone hasn't written plans, it can be hard doing it in the beginning, I can say cause reading shit I wrote before I was an SCP EP makes me want to kill myself. So let me highlight all the shit that gave me a migraine reading your plan and story.
     
    1. I can sum this event plan up really neatly: Reskinned Rebel attack attempted to be made different from the other events but still using the basic base-attack formula'' While reading this I got the notion that this is just another boring, base-attack except the names and attackers are not rebels or locals or spies or some shit but demons? And something to do with a portal that was added in there for no explained reason except to just be there as a goal with no reward.
    2. It just doesn't make any sense:
      Demons? I mean ok, sure I have done some weird demon shit, but demons for a basic gun go pew pew base attack seems weird.
      They come from the ground because of mining??? Makes no sense, 1. It's the middle of the city, there is no mining happening anywhere nearby. 2. Why would mining disturb them but not an entire city being built a long time ago, and why only come out now? Escape with a ship??? These ''demons'' come out from the underground, so they most likely have been underground for a long ass time, and not interacting with civilization from the shit I can gather. But somehow they come out due to mining, then attempt to build a portal, and know how to fly ships and have weapons to attacks Imps for some reason? Usually demons are vile and are the opposite of being modern supersoliders using brute force.
      They will attempt to kidnap a higher up??? Why? Aren't they just supposed to cause a distraction to build a portal which there is no explanation as to why they are making it? Why would they want to kidnap Imperial all of the sudden?
      When interrogated they don't feel pain? I would understand this if the demons were. . . actually like demons, but they more seem intelligent enough to build a portal with advanced modern tech, so it seems like a cop-out from interrogations.
     
     
    I would now write how you could improve this, but honestly, I would say just scrap this plan, or replace the demons with something else as they don't make sense.
    You have posted many event suggestions before, and many of them are decent, they need some modifications and cleaning up but they can be used, this one just seems like chaos.
    Also a tip, just cause the app says it has to be a base attack plan, doesn't force you really to write one. Trust me, write an event plan that will be fun, base-attacks are the most devoid events of fun most of the time wasting most peoples time, if you can come up with something that everyone has fun in and is interesting, it is much more likely to be well perceived, even if it doesn't go all great.
     
    Just edit your plan a bit, and explain the duties of EP more in detail.

    Map: Base map which we will be on at the time, so probably the new Titan Rishi

    Enemies, HP, Amount:
    “Animal Rights Extremist” ; 2000 HP ; 4-5 ECs ; Human civilian models
    >Also in case the ECs get pushed around and destroyed a bit too much every once in a while I or another EP would become a “Corrupted Human Beast” or something, I don’t have any better names in mind. It would get 5000-6000 HP, probably a zombie model or some other fucked up model, get scaled up to like 1.3-1.5 and given the zombie SWEP to allow the extremists to push back the Imperials.

    Passive, HP, Amount:
    “Animal Rights Activist” ; 2000 HP ; probably only one 

    Imperial Execution:
      Fleet and ISB will be informed that a group of animal rights extremists have attacked an Imperial owned laboratory and stolen many dangerous chemicals and have obtained very classified information are hiding on this planet. They are warned that the base should go on high alert due to the chance of them plotting an ambush on this base to take revenge on behalf of the animals the Empire used in their experiments. 
      Fleet would then alert the troopers to go on Defcon-4 and be ready. Whether they call a debrief, or use a voice amp is up to them.

    Event Character Execution:
      After the base goes on Defcon-4, two trusted ECs will be brought to the mountain opposite of base with RPGs to shoot at the base. Now, you might think ‘’why would you give ECs RPGs off the bat?’’ well, cause they aren’t meant to kill anyone with them, just to create a distraction and have the troop's attention turned towards them. While this is happening the other ECs would kidnap someone (HMO Darkshelious please offer yourself up for the sake of LARP), and hold them hostage. This is the part of the event where it turns into the same event as every single other event. During the negotiation, one of the extremists would use a drug they stole from the laboratory to turn themselves into a Corrupted Human Beast, this is the part where the event goes shooty shooty no LARP. Of course, sometimes mid-event someone usually gets captured and some ‘’hostage negotiations’’ happen, we would probably ask for the release of all the animals being used in tests yadayada.
      As for how the event ends it will probably end like most events where it’s just ‘’oh we have killed so many of them that there are none more to kill’’ or ‘’Oh they are retreating due to us killing most of them’’

    Story: “Are we the bad guys of the galaxy?”

    Event Information:
      As you might know, the Empire is big and holds lots of power. As such, they do lots of horrible things too. For anything to develop there needs to be sacrifice, so many things have been sacrificed for the sake of progress, but not everyone is going to be content with that. There are many who sympathize with people, and there are also lots who believe that animals have rights just as humans do. They do not agree with the Empire's ways of using animals, even if they might be strays or born in a lab just to be killed, to be used in tests to see how effective the next big revolutionizing drug will be.
      The Empire develops many things at the same time, one of these items being the so-called “Bacta 3.2/B-BG”, a new experimental, unfinished, Bacta type. Supposedly it is supposed to fix any wound, external, internal, emotional, you name it. It is supposed to replace all medicine. But asking for such a miracle drug is a bit too much, but as they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained. As such, the research continues for a long time, and what other specimen to test whether it works on than a living being! 
      Animal rights activists do not support this, even if it’s in the name of science and development they do not wish to accept the waste of all these animals for the tests. Due to this, the ones that care for the animal's lives more than their own have raided an Imperial research lab used for testing that houses thousands of beings. Being there they discovered many things, such as the fate of the poor animals and the true effects of Bacta 3.2/B-BG. This new Bacta is no miracle, it’s a drug from the devil himself, that makes anything it touches turn black and burn. And if injected can turn one into something of a minion of the devil himself before dying and going straight down below and reading ‘’Abandon all hope, all ye who enter’’.

    Have you ever Done an Event Before?: I have done plenty of events as an EP on SCP-RP

    What was your event and was it successfully executed?: I have done tons of events on SCP, and have many custom storylines that I’m milking like Activision milks Call of Duty. The ones I actually remember are:
    -The Cabinet / Playland
    -The Ward / Huckleberry’s Clinic / Elevator Boy
    -Inconsistency versus Static
    -Lost comrades of a chilly lake / Holiday Spirit
    -God Candidacy / Dr Sunshine
    -Planet World (has a bunch of mini-storylines within it)
    -Money Game / Gang Shit (not started yet)


    All of these are storylines that have had many events done about them, and there are many one-off events that I have forgotten about. One of the events that is one of my most ‘Gigashit’ events and that I liked the most is a ‘The Ward’ event. Basically, Foundation researchers went into the Ward through The Elevator a second time, they encountered one of Huckleberry’s henchmen, Vladimir Smirnov, he went through a gate to ‘’The Room of Three Thousand Souls’’ where he then basically committed suicide by jumping into the ritual pool and drowning. Then the researchers begin encountering Smirnov's ‘Inmate’. It begins haunting them in the dimension until they finally return through the gate and through the elevator back into their Site. Afterwards, the researchers who explored begin experiencing symptoms and are taken to the medbay where the hauntings begin. It starts with them coughing up black liquids after which the power of the Site goes out and the facility goes into a blackout. The “Tall Man”, who is the Inmate of Smirnov begins haunting personnel around the site while the ghost of Smirnov himself haunts the medbay itself. Whilst Tall Man isn’t confined, the ghost of Vladimir is, over time he spreads memetic hazards such as TV’s from the Ward and pictures drawn by Subjects in the area allowing him to slowly expand. After a while of them trying to contain the anomalies and not being able to fix the blackout two researchers, one of which had been in the Ward when it first appeared and had taken a notebook out of it began theorising that the notebook is keeping them connected to this world. As such they began destroying it, which weakened the Inmate and ghost, they were then brought into the Room of Three Thousand Souls and met with Tall Man and Smirnov in a loop of constant death, at which point they threw the notebook into the pool destroying it forever severing Smirnov's connection from our reality and setting him free, though. . . that did not seem to set his Inmate, Tall Man, free as he had something that kept him connected to our world. Though Tall Man ceased haunting and assaulting personnel he still exists somewhere, connected to something or someone else. 
      The story is to be continued as V6 got shut down so I haven’t been able to finish it. I also have many other events, which I won’t explain in detail but give you the most boiled down versions of some of these events in a nutshell.
    -Exploration of ice cave kilometres under Antarctica where the heart of a powerful anomaly is.
    -Cook that made capybara stew, then got consumed by his anomalous dough which expanded and made monsters.
    -Dimensional Geographic Channel from Planet World comes to document the earth.
    -Dimension of toys with the consciousness of humans.
    -Interaction with entity between the state of ‘being and not being’ caused by an Inconsistency.
    -TODD GAMES TODD GAMES TODD GAMES, I MADE TODD GAMES BEFORE SQUID GAMES CAME OUT FUCK YOU, IT IS NOT A COPY.

      These events are just a fraction of the ones I have done, as I simply do not remember all of them.
      Also, thank Nook for being EC and making Pac3’s for a lot of events : D

    Do you understand the responsibilities an event-planner has? If so, what are they?:  
      Well, if being an EP here is a bit like SCP they can do many things, probably even more than we can on SCP. Some being:
    -Help staff with sits when there is none/insufficient amount on or there is an overwhelming amount of sits.
    -Do events/PME’s consistently on the server.
    -Help other EPs with events.
    -Keep the player base entertained and wanting to come back to the server.
    -Also keep the new players entertained and wanting to come back.
    -Not be retarded and be half-what professional as you are part of the staff/event team representing who gets power on the server.
    -You are also responsible for what you do yourself, so if you fuck up, you take the responsibility yourself.
    -You are responsible for the power given to you, so don’t abuse it or be a dumbass with it.

    Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: Yes, I understand that I will be taught all the stuff I need to know for IRP events before doing events.

    Anything else?: I will probably only stay as an EP until V7 releases on SCP as then I will have to start pumping them out there again.  Also due to my sleep schedule and time zone, I will probably only be able to do events at 5 pm.

    Also I agree with Kuntson, if people don't B-Hop around and CSI everyone or just act like CSB except they have a disguise I would like them back. Also if we remove CSB and replace with ISD maybe some other public law enforcing unit should be added (Nu-7 do not fucking count).

    You seem to have quite misunderstood the rules and how you explain them.
    You can deny service to suspicious people. But you are just saying if they minge they sus so no equipment. You can deny retards as you please.
    And O5s can restrict items but that's not a rule. They can allow to sell items not meant for certain personnel to certain personnel except the HID.
