Have you taken any breaks since: I joined february 27th, I have taken breaks from specific IC ranks but not from the server all together How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I use our discord almost daily to communicate with friends and members off my regiment. I use the teamspeak when others ask me to join which is about once a week. I rarely use the forums. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. State the role of staff on the server: The role off staff is to ensure everyone has a enjoyable playing experience by assisting players when necesarry and confronting people who break the server's rules. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes i have and yes i am List of all previous server staff experience: I have never been staff on other servers. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes, I do Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: No clip to the person and pull him into a staff sit. Then check the logs if he did indeed randomly kill people. Depending on the scenario I either give them a warn or a kick. Then i end up sending him back down where shock can catch and arrest him. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I tell the cadet that, that is not what the @ function is for. I then explain to him how he can ask for a trainer in the proper chat. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If I am there and see it and hear him say its an accident i tell him to be careful so it doesnt happen again. If I am told through the @ function, I would pull him apart, then when he says it was an accident I'd send him back to debrief telling him to be more careful. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I don't do anything. No one really cares about the salute rules, and this is most definetly not a staff issue. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I point out the bottom part of the rules stated in red, which says "STAFF HAVE FINAL SAY ON WHAT THEY THINK IS VALID REASONING". I tell him to use common sense and I either verbally or in game warn him depending on the offense. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I tell him that if he disagrees with a staff members decision he can contact the server management team about it and talk to them. I also tell him that further arguing won't change anything and advise him to stop. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I deserve staff because I am a active member in the community with plenty off game time but also time in discord (Usually in the top 5 most messages showed by the statbot in the bots-channel). Most off times I was one off the first ones online on the morning map and one off the last one to leave on the evening map. Most off the times on I also try to help the staff as much as possible by explaining to people who don't know how to contact staff to use the @ system or answer basic questions so the stff can focus on the claims. Over this time in the server I have grown rather close to most members where if you mention my name they'll recognize who your talking about and to my knowledge none off these relationships are ill-hearted and are all positive so I feel like I can use these relationships to be a good staff member. I have been doing whatever I can to help this server be as enjoyable as possible and I feel that if I am staff then I can do much more to help the server and it's members. I also feel like I have no further goal to achieve in the server except for staff. I am very happy with my in game regiment where i can rank up in. I have made plenty off friends so I just feel like staff is the next thing to strive for.
