I use Discord daily, TS on most events and sometimes just during the day. I use forums sometimes but not regularly.

I was banned for a week for MARDM and warned twice. (the server is down so i can't get any of the things required)

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:
I would check the logs to see if they have, if so i would warn them for RDM and if they already have been warned, Ban them.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
TP to them and tell them to call for an NCO+ to train them using /advert
3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
Tell them to be careful and don't warn them.
4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
Depending on the situation, correct them for their mistake because they are a low rank.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
Tell them that FailRP is not always just what is in the rules, it is anything that fails roleplay.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
I tell them to stop, if they don't, mute them or warn them.
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): As a person, i am very fair towards other people. I definately do not pick sides and I support what i think as good ideas for the people around me. I want to help others as staff because It is the right thing to do. I want the best for people and i do not see myself as a selfish person in any way shape or form. I have set this as a goal for myself to push myself to help be better for myself and everyone else i know and do not know. I see that staff is a very hard goal, and that many people are applying, but I will not abuse the power as staff because that is just not who i am. I do of coarse wish everyone else applying the best off luck for the role. Also I only recently joined the server(s) BUT i have just over two weeks playtime and i am very active. I know most members of the IRP community and some of the CWRP community too. I am sure if you ask anyone they will agree that I am a strong part of this community and I don't plan on leaving it at all or doing the server any harm in any way. I always help people in multiple ways, weather it is showing them where some place is, helping them call for staff using the @ system, or even by doing trainings and answering peoples questions.
