Lets say you get out of trainstation and you go to plaza/reichstag. You hear some gun shoots in the distance and as a reich soldier you investigate as you are near. You see a civilian shooting other of your friends but god tells you you died 1 min ago you cannot shoot the guys who are killing your friends. Sounds more ruleplay to me than something you would do IRL

I think you should reconsider how your IC character is connected to your OOC beliefs. The action you took as Stv. Gauleiter cannot be explained from an RP perspective, only by your real life bias towards the Mormon church. But who can stop you if there is no one there to review your competence, going against religious policies of the SS which the NSDAP support or just look the other way.

-1 RAD was on the server but was replaced with SA Standarte “Feldherrnhalle” later, with good intentions since SA is much better on so many levels where for example, RAD was only a farming regiment where SA is a Guarding,making shops, etc and Semi Farming. I dont see the reason of adding RAD

Out of personal experience, half of the staff sits that I've taken from you are because some random user in OOC called you a '15 year old boy'. If you are to become a staff member, you need to be a tad more mature and not get offended as easily.

-I believe you are not ready for staff yet is due to your lack of experience of the server since joining in January 2020. I also believe you are not well known outside of the SS community and only known due to your rank in the Ordnungpolizei. I would advice you to communicate with other regiments and other players and get to know them more.
- Another point I would like to make is your historical knowledge you stated in your staff application only mentioning about the eastern front I would advice you next time if you don't get accept is to mention about the collapse of Italy and the holocaust etc

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: There was a hostage situation at casino basement where 2 SA got kidnaped. When the orpo arrived with Falkenhausen Von Graf , I saw him like you see in the picture below. After problem has been solved everyone went back to their buildings while me and Graf were speaking about his pac and that he could not see it. He started running since we began to be surrounded by resistance. I stopped him because i needed his discord name to show the image. Thats when Stellman heard the word Discord and brough me to a roof. If I was to type both of us would have been kidnaped , but I admit that I have broken a rule and got punished for it.
Do you think your ban was justified: Yes
Why should you be unbanned: Im not asking for a unban, Im asking to reduce the duration to 1 day
