What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words?

The role of the SD is manage the day to day running of the site and see to it that the SCP foundations interests are preserved. They are in overall command of the site and as such have the responsibility to ensure the site is run effectively. They are also to be able to assist commanders and departmental heads with co operation and security.

Past experience in leadership positions?
I have a lot of experience in leadership positions on the server, such as when I was a member of the O5 council. I also was an active player of head of security which I regularly played and enjoyed managing the guards. My most prominent role of leadership however, I would say is when I played as Mayor of Oviscity and lead the OCPD. This I found to be the most enjoyable as I had a large degree of autonomy and control over the police and the city.

What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted?

I would expect to be managing spreadsheets, looking over new applicants, giving advice to junior trainees and ensuring that the players with the SD whitelist are fit for the job.

I think I would be a good pick for this position and hope my previous leadership examples help my case

I think that ISD has generally been more of a hinderance than a positive for the foundation. The idea sounds great to keep an eye on foundation staff to see if they are breaking the codex or are possible spies, but it is usually just people who disguise as a job, don't do their job, get into trouble with their department head for slacking, then the ISD to maintain their cover has to either amnesticate them or force them to sign an NDA, while they go back to "work" and act as if they are independent and don't need to conform to whatever their department head is instructing

I think that Department heads should just be responsible for their units, which often times they are and don't need these infiltrators causing further head aches for them, or have Omega 1 do their job which is at least a more reputable unit that behave a lot more by the book

I agree, the current security I believe needs a specialist to deal with class Ds and this would allow them to gain this experience and improve their skills. D block has always been chaotic and having a few specialists that know how to properly manage would be a great help

They did an attack on the server and are full of degenerates. How could anyone possibly be sympathetic to these people. They are crooks, uneducated swine that outta be put their place. well, you were a minge which is quite concerning. how can you possibly be trusted after not alone breaking several server rules, but also collaborating the sneed, which caused nothing but chaos in their wake!

Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min):
I believe that I would be suitable for event planner as I have a lot of experience on the server having been in the community since V3 and I have good organisational skills. I also have leadership skills which would be needed in the actual execution of the event to make sure everyone with a role in the event knows what is happening and what their role entails.
I have a lot of ideas that I think would make interesting events and improve the overall experience of the server. I have also been involved in a lot of events and I would like to provide my own material for these. Events are an excellent way for players to interact with each other and can lead to improved roleplay and something engaging to other players. I will try to have in my events inclusion of multiple different groups to make it more inclusive so multiple parties can benefit. I would be pretty active as well so I could host events regularly and also assist the staff with any sits that may need to be sorted. I think with all this being said, I am a good candidate for the position and would make a great contribution to the event planning team.

Your event plan: MTF Junta takeover

Phase 1 

A splinter group of Nu 7, who are fed with the way the facility has been run,
arrive to the site to speak with the department heads. They subdue the staff using CSI SWEPs, which
will be forbidden for use outside this specific instance, forcing the guards under consequence rp and
not to intervene. They demand to be instated as a Junta of the facility.  They demand a stop to the
kidnapping of Ovis citizens to be held as Class Ds, an end to Protocol 12 (the protocol which dictates
that if there's ever a shortage of Class-D personnel, alternative means of recruitment are authorized,
such as locals, refugees, or political prisoners) Class Ds are to be used more sparingly as they are
deemed a scarce resource by the upper echelons of the Junta and a Military Junta instated to sort out
the site's affairs. They demand that their terms are met otherwise they will reveal to the public about the protocol
which would be devastating for the Foundation.

Phase 2
As they hold the Administration staff Hostage, one of the thought-to-be hostages in the room reveals himself to be a mole within
the Administration.
A Hostage Rescue Task force, Zulu 10 (The Extractors) is called upon to the site to respond to the situation.
Should the Foundation accept the Juntas terms they shall be given free reign to run the site until such a 
time as the Hostage Team Zulu 10 can dispatch of the Splinter cell. Should the foundation reject their
demands, Zulu 10 shall attempt to rescue the hostages and restore order back to the site.
Note: The on site security and MTF may not attempt to rescue until Zulu 10 arrives to the site

Phase 3
After successfully taking out the splinter cell, the Mole (if he is captured alive) shall be put on trial for Conspiracy. 
Zulu 10 shall guard the trial during its duration and then shall exit the site.

I would like to address these current allegations against me. First of all, after we left RG gaming it was considered to be used for WG, I tried to get a suggestion accepted but it was denied. I have never mass recruited people in the police into my discord server and we did not use the discord server for WG purposes. The conversation was of an RG player discussing with me if I would be on police in WG, this could does not prove anything and is merely a question of whether I will playing mayor, not some secret council meeting of how to meta CI or smth. 

Now as I said earlier it was considered to be used for WG but never was, especially after I was confronted by SMT. It was not used for WG, the members in it were part of the old RG police or just verified user of the RG gaming community. 

The following shows a discussion between me and an RG user who does play on WG as well, questioning as to what the discord will be, it is much more recent and I state my intention of not using the discord for OCPD purposes.

+1  yes this is just what the OCPD need, an air support unit to kill all the corrupt criminals, very much needed in stopping civil wars and controlling the city to make sure the citizens are safe

+1 I don’t see why medical staff need medical comms yet security, the largest armed force,on the site doesn’t, I definitely  think security need to have a comm system so they can communicate and manage the security more effectively.

+1 What another great Police suggestion, the police is always overlooked and I argee with the idea of it being buffed, defiantly a good idea to make the police an actual force rather than some weak minor faction.

Xunt is very corrupt, He was on earlier today with his buddy RDMing a lot of people for not showing their ID, Then he goes and demotes an Nu 7 for merely doing his Job as the SD was endangering his life and about to expose the foundation. This is not the first time Xunt has done something like this either, he is a constant minge and has always went over the edge and pushed boundaries. Earlier today the HOS ordered the arrest of an A1, a fellow CL4 member, we stopped and asked him why but him and his mate shot us which resulted in the deaths of several foundation staff. Overall with this of removing an Nu 7s whitelist for merely following the law and doing his duty is completely unacceptable from the Server Manager and this should not be tolerated at all.

this is a pretty ideamto get them more organized and still leaves a bit open to players that might just want a feel for it 

however the ranks are very cringe (no LT or 2nd LT, no Major and No LT Colonel? And what the heck are the 3 sergeant ranks)
