-1 Job shouldn't be it's own job but should be a secondary role people have alongside their actual character job (E.G: Researcher is also a member of ISD and is responsible for that department) This way it actually polices people with WL jobs and doesn't consist of power tripping children tac cuffing new players for making a mistake. If it's a separate job it's actually an RP role instead of a combat job. Giving "Passive" disguises but also giving the job a weapon isn't going to lead to people not joining combat, it's going to lead to people disguising as non combat jobs and shooting raiders in the back because raiders won't shoot non com jobs. It's also going to lead to headaches for Security and MTF because these jobs attract the biggest grebs on the server who are going to start reeing about a Level 15 Security Guard (rightfully) arresting the Engineer with a gun, and ISD is meant to be super sekrit but also assumes everyone should immediately go along with arrests despite them not supposed to know what ISD really is IC. Will also lead to CI just gunning non com jobs down because they don't want get detained or shot by one mid raid.

Why do you think the current SMT is braindead and doesn't know the reason you got banned? Why do you think the current SMT is ignorant about you being involved with the Sneedcord BS? Why do you think not giving context to your ban or mentioning the alt spamming RDM group that SMT knows about and knows you were a part of is going to result in your unban? Why not be honest and actually own up to what you did? You'd stand more of a chance of getting unbanned and I'd support it if you were actually honest about things and apologised, that is if you do actually have a genuine desire to be unbanned and aren't just wasting everyone's time by posting shitpost unban appeals.

Current SMT (excluding maurice) weren't around on the server when Willrick was doing this. I couldn't care less who gets unbanned as I don't run the server anymore, I'm just letting the people who weren't around for this know what happened.

I'd heavily recommend against unbanning Willrick. Even before Ash had resigned, Willrick had a lot of influence due to his RP Group positions and longevity on the server and would more or less outright bully staff members into either letting him off punishments easily, not punishing him for rulebreaks, or making them side with him in sits. You can see this by accessing the old forums and checking the massive threads he'd make regarding warns/bans where his friends would immediately back him up and insult the staff member who didn't side with him. This would eventually lead to staff members simply not ever punishing Willrick in fear of backlash, meaning he had free reign to do what he pleased and be toxic to whoever he wanted. This was further worsened by Willrick managing Beta-1 and (Quite literally) turning it into a group of (Literal) Nazis (Check the google docs he made with literal Nazi symbols on it) who now had the power to pretty much remove whoever they wanted from in RP positions. Around this time group Discords were being shut down due to them being toxic drama hubs. Willrick, of course, decided to ignore this and set up his own group Discord in secret despite being told he'd be banned if he did so. He got banned as a result. He then wrote some unban appeal that I didn't read involving him equating being banned from an SCP RP server to Poland being invaded during WW2. He then decided to start player pulling for a startup community that failed to have any sort of impact. I'd recommend unbanning Puggo over Willrick, as Puggo is going to do something braindead within a week of getting unbanned and get re permad anyway. Willrick will just slowly worm his way back into positions of influence and start undermiming Staff and bullying players he doesn't like off the server again.

Accepted 939 knockback bug is being worked on. 939 (And SCPs as a whole) are likely being buffed to be more dangerous.

Denied Nathan Kennedy and Gordon Black summed things up well. SR was WLed for a period last year and it was completely inactive. You cannot "Fix" Research RP by locking it behind a WL. Researchers are free to do pretty much whatever research they want as long as it doesn't become a PME (E.G: Doing something like "Researching" a pill that let's them know the names of every CI or let's them read minds or anything else that becomes powergame) and are actively encouraged to come up with more creative and outside the box ways of researching, even crosstesting is permitted with Site Admin permission/O5 permission depending on what SCPs are involved. Newer players "Feeding" SCPs while on Research jobs is also not a concern as these are new players wanting to see what the SCPs can do to people, I did the exact same thing when I was new to the server and I'm sure a lot of other people did too. I'd also like to state that the new map should help SCP related research RP as some of the containment chambers have been updated to allow safe interaction with SCPs (457, 1048) or in 049s case have been massively expanded and D Block has been updated to allow easier retrieval of D Class from it. A Research Discord may be remade or a section added to the O5 Discord for ease of communication between Researchers.

Pending Custom breach timers will be discussed with the dev team though it may require a complete overhaul to the breach system, in which case it won't happen. We are currently looking at buffing SCPs and possibly reducing the breach waiting time to make them more of an actual threat and less of a small inconvenience.
