No where in the rules does it state that you can break out if you're blind folded, and besides that even if you couldn't see a gun while blindfolded, you state "I was in cuffs and was breaking out then told to stop, I stopped and was already half way from breaking out and I was then blind folded" that meaning that you fully aware that someone with a gun was putting you under FearRP.

What I would like to be changed for body block rules, is additionally not only if you're armed, but if the person you're blocking is unarmed or not. This can however cause issues as people can mistaken people who are armed for being unarmed and cause issues with staff, however it also just stops MTF from blocking the door leaving GG essentially just trapping you there. We actually have 2 killboxes on the server, 1) D-Block, 2) MT. D-Block is havoc and it is completely necessary to have body block rules and a "killbox" there, as D-Class have no NLR or any reason to stay alive, they can just swarm and rush D-Block constantly, so if you're a lvl 15 security guard, body blocking is really your only option, and even then D-Class can easily escape, evident enough by the security screaming on the comms every 5 mins that there is a D-Class breach. D-Block should be hard to escape and easy to man, not the other way around, as it's a prison block and there are armed personal. And especially now, with D-Class being able to easily obtain knifes and keycard to escape, any kind of "buff" for them shouldn't happen, as they're annoying enough anyways. Additionally respectfully and in my opinion people playing as a D-Class should only be really playing because 1) They just spawned in 2) They're brand new 3) They want to RP with researchers It's annoying to see a lvl 50 screaming RDM when they cause issues at D-Block, yelling at new players and encouraging a bad behavior and first impressions on the new players, with security having PTSD and having a trigger finger, at least it wasn't as bad as when we had the supplies box in V5 armory. D-Block and D-Class shouldn't have much more purpose than to be a tool for researchers to use. With the chance to escape every now and there instead of D-Block being a shit hole with everyone Earraping, spamming slurs, screaming RDM and rushing the airlock to run to 914 only to be blasted by a security camping the door so anything to encourage more of this behavior shouldn't happen.

GOC isn't on the server currently, so therefore there is no way to apply for it. You may have just seen a suggestion, please read the tags on top to see if it's accepted or not.

+1 UIU or GOC is a must on the server in order to counter certain groups instead of leaving it purely to the Foundation or Police to handle. Since UIU failed (Although mainly for management reasons in my opinion), GOC would be the best new approach. However, the previous GOC was much too passive unless they had someone assisting them or were in a large group size, only staying alive due to events, so my hope is that this new GOC inspires more combat RP. While Passive RP is great, and is absolutely needed, I don't want GOC camping in their base, and acting like FAs, constantly asking for the protection from the Foundation. They need to be independent, so a strong and active management is needed.

-1 Man I have a question for you. Why with the constant alt accounts and name changes? If you aren't aware, this is BlackSkullz, one of his more recent Alt Accounts is "Ban_Anu", I can prove it if you want me to. He keeps attempting to apply for staff and O5, yet he keeps getting denied because A) He never actually makes a good app, which is shocking because he's applied at least a good 5 times now, and he keeps getting denied for making a bad app. B) He's immature and unfit. He keeps applying, get's denied, leaves the community and comes back on an Forum account and different IG name. I wouldn't have such a big deal, if he didn't keep trying to hide who he really was, not to mention to my knowledge you just came back? As I only saw you on the server today. Additionally on his latest Staff app, he used his main account to +1 his staff app. I'm not attempting to attack him, it's just that this needs to be stated, so that people can understand who they really are dealing with.

You create your own app, where you create a character and a story. This is just what is required with your app.

I'm not the management of Chaos Insurgency (Hell I'm not even in it), but there are some things that I need to point out. 1 - While completely plausible, how are you level 29 and have 5 days of playtime? It would seem much more likely that you would have a much higher level, and considering I never saw you on the server until this weekend, it seems odd. Another note, I would recommend additionally to get to lvl 40 so you can tryout the non-Wled CI spy to get a feel of CI, learn how to play it and show off your skills 2 - The last few questions feel highly low effort, with them being less than a sentence and highly undescriptive. 3 - (It's in small font, since it's really not a point) This seems unusually well worded to something compared to like your unban request. I'm not pointing fingers, and if anything it's compliment, it's just something I wanted to note.

That's because most playerbases aren't trusted with the ability to do so. You can manually turn on no-collide, but it's useful if you get stuck or etc.

+1 - This sounds like a lot of fun, with it already giving me plenty of ideas on what I can do as, and with SCP-662. - This additionally gives GOIs more purpose in the site and their abilities, and give more RP opportunities, perhaps SCP-662 will additionally be able to drop files and other RP related items for GOIs to use and spread, or even hack certain CPs to cause chaos, divert forces to certain area or general confusion (Obviously with restrictions and a nerf such as a cooldown).

-1 Prop kill is a bannable offense. The way you describe it, is less accidental and more unexpected. As for me it seems like you realized that the server didn't no-collide props and you wanted to test it out, resulting in someone being killed. While your intent wasn't possibly malicious, there are rules that everyone has to follow, so just wait out the ban.
