UNDER REVIEW I am gonna take your app into considration Joe, since I can't see why you were removed tbh if you were doing in it fine before the recent changes, however if it I can't get around it then Id advise trying to just not apply for the role for a little while till things change again if you get what I mean, I don't really have an issue with you on a personal basis, I realise I am not as social compared to how I was but you seem alright however I shall check. SIDE NOTE Okay so aimed at puggo to begin with, but these apps are not FUCKING PLACES TO simply argue and be little bitches to cry and whine consistently about each other, at the end of the day if you don't have a fair opinion to speak about why said person should not be given the WL of O5 then just fucking go somewhere else and cry please (Aimed at all). I will be speaking to Xunt and other hiearachy about fourm bans. (P.S Fixer kinda already wrote the kinda message for me but yeah)

SCP-RP V6 August Summer Update Please feel free to come and check out our newest Update by using the server IP below SCP-RP IP: 208.103.169.212:27015 Foundation O5 Council Changes: So lately Server Hierarchy have been wanting to see a change in how O5 work's in regardless to general activity and performance of the people which were in this Council Job. As to this change we have also decided all together that once again we shall try the idea of making O5s 12 slot's only again meaning that some people were purged as well which we felt did not felt up-to scratch with O5 currently. But instead of just having one singular slot O5 job we actually create all 12 Custom O5s which are specifically unique to the person who has that designation. In this new change these O5s have been given certain tasks/departments to take care of and ensure that they are running smoothly without complications and if their was any then they would be swiftly dealt with, now O5 is still an applicable job to apply for but it will only have 12 space to fulfil so. All Fixes/changes Lately a bug has recently become aware of our attention which is the 3D Stream Radio, the issue was that people were able to change other people's settings on the radio's meaning they could potentially get them in trouble for spamming loud music for example, so after being informed and helped by previous hierarchy we were able to identify the bug and should hopefully be fixed from now. All spawn point's have recently been fixed/updated to correct places, so if you noticed some changes with them in to where you spawn dw about it. O5's should be able to use /lockdown & /unlockdown soon so they can function regularly if the foundation is raided and so on. (Currently) Will be looking into why the construct is sometimes not immune to this 016 infection, will be identified and fixed shortly, All SCP Sweps are currently working again following a small issue last night, if anything is not correct please DM me on discord. O5s should be able to access all door's which use keys to open them e.g EZ cells. Will be going through some unused playermodels and general addons to improve general performance, and stability and will also reduce loading in times as you join the server. (More to follow) Discord Information Recently myself and another have been updating the SCP-RP discord and making it more understandable on how you get access into the discord itself, and also as it will be easier for you to contact us if you have an issue on the discord or in game to be assisted with. Essentially we have cleaned up the discord and made it more neater now as well, we may plan to improve the systems more as time will go on for now we feel this is more then enough. We also decided for the last thing to refresh all the commands we used which were linked to old group/job threads, server rules, breaching rules, and so on, some we were not able to recover but we will be looking in to redoing these very shortly. SCP-RP V6 August Update New Arrivals into OvisCity: - ??? has for the second time in its history so far has returned to Oviscity, this job allows the players to choose either in lore or possibly outside of lore for them to Roleplay as their Selected character, and this 9x out of 10 allows players to interact and really dive deep into their characters personality. The Server Co - Owner Joshy rules and creates things for this job. - Global Occulant Coalition have once again returned to OvisCity due to the steady increase anomalous creatures or items, who knows what they look like now, or what or where their true intentions lie, but know this, this time around their technology has reached further heights as they now posess drones capable of complete destruction and more so be careful when interacting with this GOI. - TCS have suddenly vanished Changes within the Foundation Or Out of the Foundation: - MTF Beta 1 has been decomissioned from this site for the time being as is now being replaced with O1, as the wonderful Ethics Committee have once again returned to Site-19 in order to make sure everything is going along as it should within the ranks of the site adminstration and also to go through any documents and so forth - Ethics Committee returned ^^ - TCS has been reswapped back for MC&D Merchants and this sadly means no more drugs ( Addon was not used enough to benefit it being kept) - Drones were added added to assist GOC mainly but we were able to distribute some of the other drones for an MTF and possibly the reporter job as well to help the RPness of the jobs - Guns were rebalanced a bit much and some loadouts were changed for the MTF groups to assure balance in some ways - Casino Manager can now spawn the machines of his own personal choice now General Server Changes: - Event planner applications began and eventually became filled up enough to create our current event staff who are going to bringing you consistant event's if they can and may choose to invoke some fellow players to play cruical roles in these event's as well. - Serveral Rule changes have been moved into play as decided by the SMT and higher management as well, these rules were brought in to help with the balance on the server. - Server has also been updated to most recent Gmod Update. 208.103.169.212:27015 Our Server IP is located just above Server rewards have been updated, we now support automatic Discord Boosting rewards. Boost our server, then verify on spawn in for your rewards. Currently, you receive an ingame cash bonus. You will also receive a rank on both the Discord & the Teamspeak 3 On top of this, the reards system, in general, has fewer bugs and is more reliable when it comes to rewards.

(Credit to @Borat Koslowski for the SWEP) SCP-1025 A new SCP located in the LCZ. Researchers now have something new to test with and adds a new hazard for escaping Class Ds. SCP-2295 A new free roam SCP similar in appearance to 1048. Will be un-whitelisted. Added as a replacement for the past free-roam SCP, 1370. FILE- SCP-096 ______________________________________________________________ SCP-096 Lore Description Object class Euclid Sentient & Violent SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very littlmuscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition. Arms are grossly out of proportion with the rest of the subject's body, with an approximate length of 1.5 meters each. Skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, with no sign of any body hair. SCP-096's jaw can open to four (4) times the norm of an average human. Other facial features remain similar to an average human, with the exception of the eyes, which are also devoid of pigmentation. It is not yet known whether SCP-096 is blind or not. It shows no signs of any higher brain functions, and is not considered to be sapient. SCP-096 is normally extremely docile, with pressure sensors inside its cell indicating it spends most of the day pacing by the eastern wall. However, when someone views SCP-096's face, whether it be directly, via video recording, or even a photograph, it will enter a stage of considerable emotional distress. SCP-096 will cover its face with its hands and begin screaming, crying, and babbling incoherently. Approximately one (1) to two (2) minutes after the first viewing, SCP-096 will begin running to the person who viewed its face (who will from this point on be referred to as SCP-096-1). Special Containment Procedures: SCP-096 is to be contained in its cell, a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m airtight steel cube, at all times. Weekly checks for any cracks or holes are mandatory. There are to be absolutely no video surveillance or optical tools of any kind inside SCP-096's cell. Security personnel will use pre-installed pressure sensors and laser detectors to ensure SCP-096's presence inside the cell. SCP-096 In Game Containment Procedure 1. If SCP-096 has breached his Containment Chamber, due to some malfunction with his door, or something went wrong during Testing everyone who isnt E-11 or CS must leave the room without looking at his face. 2. When everyone has evacuted the room safely without incident, E-11 or CS must be called to deal with the situation when they arrive they will open the door with there backs turned and begin to walk backwards till they walk into a obstacle. 3. When they have found themselves either near to SCP-096 or beside him they must carefully begin the procedure slowly to make sure they dont make a mistake. 4. They will begin by slowly taking a plastic bag or something that completely covers SCP-096 fix completely, they may also blindfold him if completely needed, when they have put a bag on him and tied to make sure it cant come off, they then use the red Elastic Cuffs to be able to drag SCP-096 back to his containment chamber. 5. As they are dragging SCP-096 back they must also be careful if cases where SCP-096 isnt near his containment chamber when he has breached depending on where he had killed his 096-01, that people around them may try to take the back off in Roleplay situation depending if they are were CI also. P.S Only E-11 or Containment Specialists or any GOI can cuff SCP-096, But only foundation personal who have Clearance Card Level 3 or higher may bag the SCP-096 SCP-096 Rules n General In Game Information General in Game Info ∙ SCP-096 is able to run at super speed when you click on your swep when also holding sprint as it can allow you to help catch your 096-01 ∙ To enable SCP-096 screaming effect/sounds, you must first click onto the swep you use to kill with then if you right click you will get the sounds that SCP-096 makes, the sound effects is also on a tiny cooldown so it cant be spammed nonstop. ∙ Now you can use first person for SCP-096 to roleplay in, but its most adviseable to use 3rd person as it can allow you the ablity to see around you, so you dont accidentally kill someone who had not look upon your face. ∙ The playermodel that is used for SCP-096 is weirdely made and as its so tall, the hitbox for the playermodel can be quite glitchy at times, so when you are cuffed and put back in your cell for some players it can be extremely difficult to get undone so you can either call staff for the person struggling or you can tell him its near your feet where your hands are. ∙ You may not kill any other SCPs Rules: ∙ Do not go on a Massive killing spree at all, even if someone was encouraging you to do it. ∙ When playing SCP-096, you must not forcefully use your Level 5 Clearence Card to open your containment chamber, only use it when your chasing your 096-01 and nothing else. ∙ If you have PAC3 and decide to use your camera to see outside your cc chamber that is also against the rules of the server so please dont do it. ∙ When inside your containment chamber you must not be sitting down staring right upoo the door as that can be seen as a fail breach as your purposely staring there, so always look to a wall or a corner. ∙ If you were 096 and you were roleplaying with your friend as well this does not mean beacsue he is your friend that if he had looked at your face, this doesnt grant him to stay alive if he has looked at your face you must kill him otherwise it is failRP. ∙ When you have killed your 096-01 you must sit down exactly where you have killed him, and you cannot not purposely move yourself around to try and catch people looking at your face. ∙ If someone was purposely trying to breach you from your containment chamber, you must report this to staff as it is classed as a rule break of the server. ∙ Make sure when a player has looked directly at you, that they are actually looking at you, as sometimes it can be accidental when you have killed someone who you may of throught looked at you. ∙ Make sure when you are chasing your 096-01 that you dont accidentally kill someone else while you are clicking your swep weapon( Can happen a lot) SCP-096 Application Template RP Name: SteamID: Playtime Required [ Must be 4 days or Above] In-Game Warnings [reasons and amount. type !warns in-game to find, must have fewer than 20 warnings. What is your course of action while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?*: While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?*: If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096?* A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*: Anything else you may need to tell people reading this application: Since this thread was first created, the SCP-096 swep has been changed and edited to more sufficient in game and more realistic for the players. 1st. To begin with SCP-096 is no longer able to run at an infinite amount of speed as he now has a set speed even when you hold his swep, as this helps players to better control and get themselves used to being 096 because as proven by many past mistakes that people have been accidentally killed because players moved too fast in able to avoid killing as such. 2nd. With this new SWEP update it also brings along a new system where it can alert you to people who have looked at you're face directly and so this after you have been alerted to someone looking at your face in the bottom right hand corner, that will vanish but in these screenshots below no matter how far you are away you're name if people had looked at the face then as you can see below.
