Same reasons as above, hopefully you get enough playtime by the time someone answers this application. If you have reached the minimum requirements I recommend that you edit your application as quickly as possible.
Good luck to you.

Do you have other whitelists?:
Yes, I have SCP-096 and HoMD.
What is MTF E-11?:
MTF Epsilon 11 "Nine Tailed Fox" is a specially trained Mobile Task Force that is mainly deployed to Foundation sites where control has been lost and/or under severe SCP breaches.
What does MTF E-11 do on the server?:
E-11's role on the server is to re-contain SCPs that have breached. When the site is operating normally E-11 are mostly found patrolling the site and helping wherever needed, whether that is escorting Researchers who are testing on dangerous SCPs or assisting NU-7 in defending the site from GOIs.
Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?:
I want to be a E-11 Commander because I enjoy the job a lot. Whenever I am not playing as an SCP or HoMD I am playing as a containment unit as it is my favourite role and I am good at it. My activity is very good for the amount of free time I have as I tend to play the server whenever I have free time and don't have any other commitments.

Anything you wish to add?:
I will add a couple of examples of SCP re-containment procedures:
SCP-1048: Keter
1048 is a little stuffed bear that was previously classed Safe before being switched to Keter. While 1048 is in its normal state it can be contained by a containment unit putting it under gunpoint and placing it inside a ball before dragging it to its Containment Cell. However, if 1048 creates an instance of 1048-A, then that instance is to be immediately terminated before it causes too much damage.
SCP-106: Keter
106 is an extremely hostile SCP that needs to be re-contained ASAP. A containment unit from either B-7 or E-11 is to take a D-Class from D-Block to the CC of 106. The D-Class is to then be placed in the femur breaker, then the unit leaves the CC and activates the sound transmission and then activate the femur breaker. The screams of the D-Class will sound throughout the facility and will lure 106 back to its CC. Once 106 is inside its CC, a unit will activate the electromagnets to elevate it, re-containing 106.
SCP-049: Euclid
049 is an SCP that can turn non-containment units into 049-2 instantly so it is important to exercise caution. At first containment units can ask the SCP if it is going to be compliant, if it will be compliant then you can begin negotiating with it to make it return to its CC. If 049 is going to be hostile then use harpoons to lead it back to its CC. If 049 makes it outside of HCZ then request permission for termination from the onsite Foundation Administration.
