What is "Are We Cool Yet?"?
 
Are We Cool Yet? is an artistic movement existing on the fringes of the international avant-garde, with roots in the early surrealist art movements of the late 19th and early 20th century and the growing scientific understanding and study of the anomalous that began to develop during that time. (For one man's account of how the movement came into its own, refer to the contest entry tale "Birth of the Cool".) The movement has no centralized leadership, no headquarters, very few traditions or conventions, and no official membership rolls or requirements - the only thing one need do to call oneself a member is to make art that employs, exploits, or revolves around anomalous objects, beings, or phenomena.
 
The organization of an AWCY? cell varies wildly from place to place. Many groups are organized into small salons led by a creative mastermind or a professional critic, while others are collectives with no clear leader, and some members prefer to work entirely on their own. In the opinions of some, it is not even necessary to know that the movement exists in order to be a part of it. The tendency of some such groups to produce highly visible public artworks that cause death, injury, or lasting psychological harm has led some to decry the entire movement as a bunch of "art terrorists", a label some of its members wear with pride, some repudiate entirely, and some wear ironically.
 
The largest and most visible gathering of AWCY? artists in any place or time is "Sommes-Nous Devenus Magnifiques?", a grand exhibition held every ten years since 1874, at which those "in the know" can gather to view and scrutinize a selection of some of the finest works in anomalous art produced over the previous decade. To have a work accepted is considered (by those who care about such things) to be one of the greatest achievements an anartist can attain in a career, and members of cells all around the world petition to have their works displayed.

How important is your suggestion: 3 out of 10

Your suggestion: Add more pistols to the gun dealer NPC. I have a few in mind that i'd like to see have the same use as the luger (a VIP+ weapon that really any job can get).  The pistols I think should be added to the store and their pricing is the mauser C96. I think it should be priced at 12k. The reasons this gun would be good is because it is in the pack used for guns right now, it's balanced and versatile and it would add a little bit more spice to PVP. Another one that should be added is the M1917 revolver. This gun would cost 8k and be a bit on the cheaper side. It would be a cheap gun that's used commonly by civilians. This low pricing wouldn't make it overpowerd because the gun is quite bad at the moment and of cource all guns are illegal so you will probably lose them quite often. Now the last one i'd like to see added is the Welrod MK2A. It's pistol with a built in silcencer. It has pretty low damage and slow firing speed because it has a bolt you need to use whenever you want to fire it. The pricing should be the same as the M1917 because it's a pretty weak gun at the expense of stealth. It could easily be used for self defence.

Reasons for this suggestion: I generally feel civilians should use pistols more and mafia/resistance should also have reason to buy normal pistols. All these pistols are already in the CW 2.0 ATOW mod which this server uses. It would not be a lot of effort by staff but it'd be worth the tiny effort.

Your suggestion: Make the train tracks completley flat with an invisible world prop of some form since cars get stuck  SUPER easily on the tracks. I deem it a big problem.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to ensure that everyone is role playing according to the rules of the Server. If anyone breaks any kind of rules, they can get a verbal warning up to a ban depending on what rule that person broke.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server is set in 1943 in the German capital Berlin. The Third Reich was slowly losing the war. The Russian have managed to regain their strength and switched their tactics from defensive to the offensive after the battle of Kursk. The RAF bombing runs have left most of Berlin in ruins, hundreds of people left without their homes, factories destroyed, etc. The German Resistance in Berlin and in Germany started rising from the underground after being helped by the Russians and the Allied Forces by being supplied more weapons to put up a more fight against Thirds Reich's sadistic acts against the jews, gypsies etc.

1) For how long were you a staff member on WW2-NRP/ORP? For about 6 months
2) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team? Moderator and Event planner x2
3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why? For the first time I resigned due to IRL reasons and the 2nd time I was demoted for having an average number of sits
4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member? Not being so lazy and would be responded faster to sits.
5) How have you improved since you left the staff team? I realized my mistakes, and started improving my flaws, which the biggest one being a lazy guy in general.
 
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would firstly tp to the person that sent the message. After speaking with him and hearing more of what happened and checking the logs, I would proceed to stalk the reported person to see if it’s true of what has been reported. If I see that he is continuing to kill/shoot people I would immediately freeze him and then I would bring him to a roof. After that, I would check how many people he killed/shoot at and also asking him the reason behind it. If he is a new player I would give him a warning for RDM Tier 1 and Fail RP Tier 1. After that, I would proceed to kick him and give him the link to the server rules. If he isn't a new player and he is here just to minge I would give him an RDM tier 2 warn, Fail RP Tier 2 and ARDM Tier 2, and after that, I would proceed to ban him.(the ban duration depends on how many he killed/shot at).
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would tell him that there are 3 factions that he can choose to play. The Wehrmacht, the SS which are the main jobs and the NSDAP which is a secondary job. I would explain in detail what he will be doing inside those factions and their divisions. If he wants to lead more to police RP, he should join the SS and mostly ORPO, if he wants to lead more to Combat RP he should join the Wehrmacht and if he leads more to passive RP he should join the NSDAP. After he has made a decision, I would teach him how the f4 menu works and guide him to the anwarter jobs.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: Depending on what he is not performing RP and messing around, I would drag him to a roof. I would proceed to check his warnings, and if he already has already a Fail RP tier 1 warn about not rping, I would warn for Fail RP Tier 2 and ban him for 1 day. If he doesn’t have any warns about not rping, I would proceed to give him A Fail RP tier 1 and put him down from the roof and telling him that if he still messes around the next to warn will result in a ban. I would stalk him for some minutes, and if I catch him again, I will give him a Fail RP tier 2 and even NITRP Tier 1 if it’s very serious on what he is role-playing as.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: It really depends on what the rank that person holds, if Its a grenadier/unterwachtmeister/Mitarbeiter I would just demote him. If its a higher rank I would proceed to give him a verbal warning and also speaking to his COs. If he continues, a Fail RP Tier 1 will be issued to the said person. If he still doesn't care to not care at all, a Fail Rp Tier 2 and 1 day ban will be issued.
5) A player is prop spamming: I would instantly kick him from the server, if he rejoins and does the same, a permaban will be issued and the Prop Spam warn will be given

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier 1 punishments are mostly issued to: new players  | doing it by accident  | Misunderstand a rule | Unintentional Error. Tier 2 warns are issued mostly for: Intentional Rule Breaking/Constant rule-breaking | If he already has a Tier 1 warn | Not knowing the rule at all.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC (In-Character ) is everything you do and say while playing as your character and the jobs that its role playing as on the server. For example if you say that you are gay IC, your character can be punished or even executed, which you will need to change it. OOC ( Out of Character ) Is a counterpart to IC, anything you say OOC won’t be taken as IC and affect your character that you are playing as. Meta Gaming is a way to get information from OOC for IC. Like for example, knowing how many people and what guns they have are in a building by looking in the tab menu, knowing names by looking at peoples faces etc
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Semi-Serious RP usually doesn't interfere that much with you character, you can be more sillier, theres less passive rp, tends to be more less serious and more calm overall. Serious RP on the other hand, throws all of that out of the window, and forces you to do follow everything by the book, saying names and ranks correctly, follow orders all the time and if not you will get punished,  etc.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: Passive RP in a server is very important as it makes the players more immersed in the characters. Passive also tries to bring the player to a more realistic look of the server/the year is set in (saniats helping wounded soldiers like /me gives morphine)
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat baiting is the act to attract people to gunfights (shooting in the air and getting orpo from the pd to the casino)

Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I don't think I deserve staff more than others,because I was demoted before and its a shame for me.My laziness got the best of me, being told multiple times that if I keep the same number of sits, I will get demoted and it happened.After I got demoted I tried my best to fix all my problems, and I hope I will do more this time If I do accepted into the Staff Team.One of my strongest points are that I'm somewhat OG (joined the server in Mid August 2018), that I have been staff before, 2x times moderator and event planner,and that very active on the server now since the summer vacation has arrived. I'm overall a good person, I don't shout at people or scream at them, Im with them if there are any problems happening in their life,I'm very friendly towards new players and mostly everyone in the server that I know personally. My IG experience is quite big,as I reached the rank of Generalmajor in the Wehrmacht and now for my progress on reviving the SA,my work was rewarded and I was given the promotion to SA Fuhrer (member of the NSDAP administrative staff). I hope I can do more this time and to be a somewhat key member in the staff team.

We need more german resistance, german citizens and mafia players in my opinion because they are what jobs like orpo get most of their RP from. They are vital to the server and having many ways to earn money as these jobs makes more of an incentive to play them. The fact that farming is so annoying to do because of this is probably a reason not that many people play this job and i feel like it's a small change thats important.
