Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): Due to my experience as foundation administration, earlier i played site director and moved on to ethics comittee when that was removed i moved toward HoEA and i have good experience with all of them, i think i am very versatile and can fulfill many roles as i have before, I have had great and good activity or performance on all my site administration and other whitelists, my activity and perfomance are frozen on great/great due to my perfomance (via 05-3 order). I believe my patience, sense of ethicality, and decision making required by the site administration roles which i have excelled at are proof of my worth in the O5 council. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: The Main difference of an O5 is their position, they outrank all of the site, noone is above an O5, this great power comes with great responsibility, you have to fulfill the site administration's role when they arent there, you attend all important meetings and you view important documents important to the roleplay or the server, The O5 does the job of all site administration for the site. The O5 council member oversees the entire site and makes sure everything is going well and intervenes when it is needed, in meetings, in decision-making, negotiations etc. However, the O5 isnt a frontline role, the O5's safety is of critical importance so he will stay back and only act if he believes it to be worthy of an O5's time. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is made up of the Overseers of the sites, the highest ranking of all site administration. These individuals have the complete control of the foundation. O5 council members know nearly everything there is to know, apart from secrets kept from specific members. A Regular foundation personnel member has a good chance of never even seeing a member of the O5 council, low ranking foundation personnel dont even know they exist. SCP-939 has problems that i heard cant really get fixed or bugs too hard, to make up for the billion knockback, low hp, comparitively low dmg id say 939 should get some buffs 939 NEVER gets played even though it has a cool system in which you can only see people when they move....WHICH IS ANOTHER WEAKNESS. I say for it to be worth it to play the scp, as it almost never gets tested and if it does its just feeding time, it should get more health and/or more dmg so the drawbacks and weaknesses get evened out. Id love to go on SCP with another person sometime but 939 is actually so terrible that the breaches are less fun than sitting around in your cc. The amazing CC is wasted due to the job being pretty much unplayable or not fun to play

This isnt admin abuse, this is a ban/warn request...i didnt abuse any admin powers here. This was at first someone just singing near 457 which then turned into a shrek play. Shortly after this recording (which was mainly outside) i deleted all the props. What happened in EZ Big barely included me and hanz gassed everyone in there anyway. The fact you mention my ban on the clearly NH2RP Urano who was spamming the chat with "nigger nigger nigger" and admin chat, he also did impostor sus shit and called himself "frederick captona" and went on to minge for the whole day leads me to believe you post this simply to revenge/avenge him. I should have deleted everything sooner and for that i am a bit stupid so yeah this should be a ban request / warn request.

Simply wrong, i maybe called you puggo 3 times overall, i cannot even begin to count how many times you have called me Captona. I have given you so many warnings and if you didnt take mine or lorex's warning seriously, its your own fault you got warned. I can recognize when someone calls me captona as a harmless no-harm-intended joke (plague for an example). I believe you do it to annoy me and you do not mean it as a light spirited harlmess joke. 90 percent of the server treat me like a regular player. You and maybe 3 more people at most call me Captona. They do it on the discord sometimes but it never got to the point where it actually annoyed me because they usually stopped when it was clear i didnt like it. You however, ignore my warnings, constantly repeat your behaviour after being told to change it by both me (tens of times) and lorex. I dont have a bias, if anything, i have given you MANY chances to not be warned, i also know that you recognized that punishment would arrive if you kept doing it saying "oh bango i said captona, you gonna ban me now?" (along those lines, varying forms). This is not only ingame but also in TS, Discord and on forums. You claim i call you puggo ingame, which is plain wrong, anyone on the server could see i never responded with that or even responded at all. If anything i warned you about punishment. It is clear you dont mean it as a joke, but as a means of annoying me and disrespecting me. TL;DR You should have listened to the staff warnings, you didnt, you got warned for it.
