How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I am active on the forums daily and Have been active on Teamspeak. IRP Discord I am not overly active but I look at it daily.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff is to enforce the servers rules via a system of punishment, questions or information via "Sits" Staff will often be busy claiming sits for players with questions or that have witnessed or been victim to a rule breach.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: First off I would claim the sit and teleport the player to a quiet area. Then check logs and/or console for evidence that there was a killing, I would then bring the offender to the area and ask about the situation. If I did not get a clear answer id check deeper for other victims etc and check the renders for correlation of say RDM or ARDM. If the player was "Joking Around" with say a friend I would warn them as well as advise them to read up on the rules.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would teleport the the Cadet and Close the sit, Then I would advise him to use Advert.
3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was a clear accident I would Heal the victim and leave it to RP, If it was a mingier Player I would take them to a sit and ask questions.
4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would completely handle it IC.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would consult a higher staff member as well as the specific rule and if his reasoning was valid I would let him go. If not I would inform an SMT member about the rule.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell them to stop and if they feel it was unfair that they should come to the Forums and paste a link to the Unban/Unwarn section.
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): As a regular and active member in the community both In-Game on TS/Discord and on the forums I know the rules and have gained a lot of knowledge of the Other Servers, learning and looking into bans. I know how to deal with rules and am familiar with aWarn and know how to utilise ULX I see myself as having matured and got past my past misbehaviours and my Community Ban and more recently my removal from NRP staff. I also have learned a lot of things from my time as Staff on NRP. I also have a good understanding of IC ranks and OOC situations and can be very active an always willing to help anyone, whether its making a pac or just giving them a radio template. I also believe I have a good temper and do not rage when I get angry and I think that having a clear head whilst staff is important so that its dealt with correctly and efficiently. In-Character and Out of Character I don't believe I am overly known however I can talk to anyone regardless of regiment or rank with respect. As-well as this I have a good eye for helping, As the server is currently not released I can safely say I have more than enough time for the server as-well as readying myself for it via preparing binds, Looking more into lore and rules(When they Release). I believe I could be an asset to the current Staff team and bring a great deal of knowledge to the team.
