Honestly I do not see a problem with CL2. If people are really making a cluster for no reason add a "no loitering" under it. CL4 is not a bad idea, makes more sense to have it like that too.

Update: After a bit of research I found out that your ban was extended to a permanent one due to your warn history. 41 warns and the majority of them being FailRP.

Update to my previous comment: I tried ot jump up to the brig, didn't take me more than 5 seconds to do so. Crouch jump to the spaced area on top of the door, then lean outwards without falling and jump to the roof. So the jump is possible with ease, as long as you crouch jump.

+1 no harm to add this, all commanders should be compitent on how and when to use it with permission anyways.

As for this case, with no evidence or witnesses (literally mentions 4 witnesses with no names, responds or support of them) you aren't going to get anywhere. You are asking for the jedi's name without providing any yourself. "Although my intentions were mingy", don't know what to say about that. With all this aside, did you make a claim of this supposed staff abuse? Seems only reasonable to do in that situation. And if yes, which staff member responded to that?
