  1. Thanks, I wrote it all in google docs and I believe that it looks much better there. I had troubles importing it into this type of text doc.
  2. +1 I have enjoyed, and still enjoy role playing with Carson. I believe that he has developed and grown since his last application in all positive ways. I believe that you deserve at least a chance on the council. Best of regards, O5-11 "The Liar"
  3. Sir Rose made a good point which I agree with. HL2RP and SCPRP are two different things, and with your low playtime I believe that you need to learn the server climate, and how things work before you are given a position such as O5. Player more Site Admin and get our name out there. -1
  4. Dear L.S... If this is even you, My official name [RP name] is...: Jason Dal, O5 11 The Liar, Agent Executive My Online Identities [Steam Name & Discord Name] are...: Spectre, Spectre#2236 My Library Card Signature [SteamID] is...: STEAM_0:1:118119498 The time I have spent inside of the Library [Playtime] is...: 2 weeks -------------------- My intentions when I joined The Serpent's Hand was...: to embrace the anomalous world. What has been opened to my eyes is that we now live in a world of lies. I can't decide what the truth is anymore, from my shower curtain to my coffee mug, the limit of our new world is indescribable. I joined the Serpent's Hand to understand the anomalous world. To show others that there is more then just going to a job that pays too less, and back to a house that is too expensive. The world is 100x more interesting and has more meaning when you embrace the anomalous world. Joining the Serpent's Hand was the first step towards taking a stand, a stand in showing people the anomalous world, a stand in fighting against disinformation. Figures such as L.S who stand as a type of a figure head for the Hand sprung me into action. I have lived long enough in a world controlled by liars. I have lived long enough in a world where I go day by day and wonder if there is something more. I have lived long enough in a world where men in suits are "shadows." I have lived long enough out of the loop, it was time for me to get inside the loop. I used to go by my days and see suspicious things, things that were unworldly and dust it off, but that will stand no longer, it is time for me, and everyone else to embrace the world that so many of us have no idea is even there. I know a lot about The Serpent's Hand such as...: its place in our world. The Serpent's Hand with its figure heads such as L.S or its anomalous ties such as the Wanderer's Library has so many things to discover and find out. The Wanderer's Library by itself is more then a person can handle, from its endless amount of books that has every and all books written and those beyond. It is a utopia of knowledge; you need to find something out? The Wanderer's Library will have it. Want anything as simple as a good read? The Wanderer's Library will have it. But I also know from the writings, and my own experiences that the Wanderer's Library is not a easy place to reach, and it exiles those it does not fit as worthy. I also know what The Serpent's Hand is and what most of its opposition gets wrong. The Serpent's Hand isn't a coordinated group with a set of laws, rules. It holds no elections, no men are designated to a place of power, nothing is forbidden, and nothing is required to join. The Serpent's Hand has its tastes of the radical to the easy going. The Serpent's Hand is a group of cells, and as described above some cells are different then others. Some take direct actions to those that oppose the ideals of releasing the anomalous knowledge. This is what keeps and makes the Serpent's Hand strong and whole. Anyone from a high school student to a CEO of a big business, anyone can join the Serpent's Hand. And as the days go by and more become informed about the anomalous world we grow strong, and that doesn't just count The Serpent's Hand but those who are embracing the anomalous world. Our message is getting out there, and that is the main goal of the Serpent's Hand, if you asked me what the duty of a Serpent's Hand member was, I would tell you that it is it keep the common people well informed. I would describe myself as...: Fanatical. I am Fanatical for the Serpent's Hand and its ideals. Radical. I cannot stand by and let something that could be in my hands stay out of my hands. Scared. We all can admit it, we are somewhat scared of what the anomalous world can bring, it isn't all sunshine and rainbows, I am scared for my well being, those close to me, fellow Serpent's Hand Members. Obsessed. I am afraid and hate to admit it, but I believe that I have fell far into the rabbit hole. The anomalous world and its secrets has consumed me, I am half of the person I was before I embraced it. There is so much to learn, and it never stops and it never will. From possible world eaters to a chair that can adapt to the person that sits in it, it is a endless amount of information just like the Wanderer's Library. Everything from your car to your fork could be anomalous and you don't even know it. Shit, you, me, we could be anomalous. My story about finding the Library & The Serpent's Hand starts with... A Laptop. I had my laptop for about a year before its true meaning delivered itself to me. When i first got into the anomalous world and the Serpent's Hand I was using the Laptop to look into sightings of anomalous activity. I can remember the night like it was yesterday. It was late, I think 11:34 pm was the time on my Laptop. I was about to head to bed when the Laptop opened a tab and automatically put in a URL. The Laptop didn't send em directly to the site, but it left the url there and as it taunted me to hit enter to head to the website, I almost put it down. But my curiosity was too strong and I hit enter. I was shot to the website. The whole website was a picture of a book, and then words on the cover of it. The words wrote "would you give up something so dear to you, if you would grant you a unworldly gift?" I had goosebumps, I sat there, laptop sitting on my lap, my head resting on the bed stand. I must have sat there for 30 mins before I looked down at the ring on my finger. A ring that is passed down through generations of my family, it was written in the will of one of my ancient ancestors that the ring must be passed down to the first of kin. I knew that it was something very dear to me and those around me, but the obsession for knowledge was too great. I took the ring off my finger and placed it on the laptop. The ring dissolved and the screen acted like a tractor beam. It sucked me into the Library. The rest is history....
  5. +1 - Grinds Site Admin - He is a very good Role Player and knows how to lead correctly. - Is competent with ECM whitelist Overall I believe that he is fit for the HoEA position.
  6. As my colleges said above, you are showing the qualities that can add up to make a good O5 member. I like your app, and have had good experiences with you in game. +1 Best of luck,
  7. Where I do think that you are a competent role player, i do not know if you are ready for the position. This is due to certain experiences with you and your lack of site administration time. -1 Best of luck,
  8. Hi Blake, I believe that you may make a good O5 if given the chance, yet I think that this application was a little rushed and wasn't as quality as your last one. I have seen you perform as a Site Director and you do it to the standards that a SD should be at. But i do think that this application was rushed, and not a lot of effort was put into it Furthermore I believe that, like I said above, you would possibly make a good O5, I believe that you just need more time with the server. So I will stay at - Neutral
  9. -1 App is under detailed too me Bad experiences with in game
  10. +1 Good Experiences Knows what he is doing Been on the server for awhile.

  12. [BASIC INFORMATION] Your In-Game Name: Jason Dal - (Went by Drake Rui in V5) | Enigma Your Steam-ID: STEAM_0:1:118119498 Your Age: 17 Your In-Game Playtime: 1w 4d 12h 19m Your amount of warnings (15 Warnings max): 0 warnings Rate your roleplaying skills: 9/10 [BASIC QUESTIONS/IMPORTANT Questions] What would you like your O5 Designation to be?: O5-11 "The Liar", or "The Father of Lies" (300 to 350 words) Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I am certain that I should be apart of the O5 Council. I believe that I can bring my confidence in making the right decisions when it is necessary to do so. I think that I can shine in this aspect of having self confidence, but also using that said confidence to as said above make the right decision. I believe I displayed this confidence during a event that took place the night of the day before the day this application has been posted. A time traveler appeared in EZ Big Room, he wanted to speak with the "Leader" of the site which in this case was a O5 that was on site. In order to keep the O5 safe from the possible threat of the unknown time traveler we decided for me, at the time a Ethics Committee Member to talk to the man and then to relay the information to the O5 in order to keep him safe as we did not know the exact intentions of the "Time Traveler." Speaking of Ethics Committee, i believe that the ECM role shows off my decision making and confidence to lead, I am confident in my ability that I have shown in the ECM role sense I got it and I hope to apply the things I have learned and always done even to the O5 role while playing site administration like ECM and Site Director. But my confidence and decision making isnt the only reason I believe I should be apart of the O5 Council. I believe that I am a very good role player and i believe that the O5 role will allow me to expand on my role play as it is very rp intensive and that is why I applied for ECM, was ECM was a very role-player intensive role and I hope to have even better role player experiences playing as O5 council then you would interacting with everyone. Getting to my point, I believe that I am made to fit into the role player climate that O5 brings and that I will prosper in it. (100 to 150 words) How many O5 Council Members are their in the SCP universe that are known but not on record?: There is a "said" total of 13 O5 Council members, From O5 - 1 to O5 - 13 each having a certain designation. Some say that there is a O13 used in cases of a tie, as in if there really only is 12 and its a 6 to 6 a 13 is brought in to then break the tie but has never been confirmed. But all O5 members have one thing in common, they all are clearance 5 - "Thaumiel" level personnel, having the highest access in the foundation. Each knows vast information about the Foundation and its inner workings, This leads to people knowing their standing but not much about the reality of the council and their inner workings. (300 words) Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: A O-5 Council member is the highest ranking Foundation personnel that is known of. The O stands for overseer and that is exactly what they do. They differ from Site Administration as they are more of a "behind the lines" general. They do not work up close and out of the shadows when it comes to giving orders, and they rarely do the physical job at hand. This leads them to giving orders to Site Administration such as the Site Director who then hands of those orders, this is what makes the O5 the "overseer" Figure as he should and the a "director" figure. The O5 is also not blocked by clearance levels or rank requirements which allows him in some capacity to do his job more thoroughly then others. Furthermore a O5 and his identity is detrimental to their survival which is different then someone like a Site Director or a Ethics Committee Member. The O5 isn't the who handles every situation. A O5 is not going to go negotiate face to face when a GOI comes knocking at The Foundation's doors. He is the one overseeing the negotiations from as said before, behind the lines. The O5 is also not going to lead every task that he gives, there is no room for micromanaging, this requires the O5 to have faith in leaders of said task and have faith in the ability of the position that said person in. If a O5 were to micromanage every little thing, then the O5 danger levels shoots up due to exposure that micro managing brings. To expand on my points before about the O5 working behind the lines, unlike other Site Administration, The O5 works more in the shadows and does not make such vast physical appearances as a Site Director can. The O5 is more like the steering wheel in a car, and the other site administration are like the wheels of the car. The O5 does not make announcements to all personnel unless absolutely necessary which differs the O5s commanding style from the Site Director. The O5 doesn't head down to D-Block to check its status, he sends someone to go do it, because one it could put the O5 in danger, and second it could lead to some bad people trying some tricky things. (150 words) Explain what makes you special: I fully believe what makes me special is my confidence. I believe that I am very confident in the things I invest my time in such as role play. I believe that my confidence is like the engine of my role play and that I believe in the decisions I make and my actions. But I also believe that my ability to recite and remember important information is a special quality of mine. When I am told what is and isn't right, I don't have a hard time remembering the information and I believe that that is a key trait in being a O5, I can't say from experience but i can guess that a O5 must know certain protocols and certain waits to deal with situations and I have never had a problem at learning and remembering when instructed on the dos and don'ts. This is a crucial trait as I believe it can make the difference between living and dying, wining and loosing, succeeding and failing. ( No Word Requirement) How do you initiate a nuke?: To you initiate a nuke, you require Clearance 5 to enter the activation room. You then must have a valid reason and evidence as to why you would require to launch a nuke. You then need to present said reasons and evidence to Hierarchy. They then decide on the fate of the nuke launch. ( No Word Requirement) What are the rules a O5 Council member has to follow?: Refrain from going to or being close to D-Block. D-Class can sometimes get frisky and cheeky, this could lead to a bad series of events endangering personnel like the O5. A O5 Council Member should not go onto the surface unless it is absolutely necessary to ensure survival or a emergency outcome Nukes are not something to be taken lightly. As in don't launch a nuke for a no good reason, they should only be used in detrimental situations. This could also lead to a MRDM charge and a Blacklist from the O5 Council Breaches of SCPs are no jokes. If there is a breach O5 should seek protection such as a breach shelter in order to ensure safety, this could also apply to scenarios such as massive raids of the Foundation. SCPs are in Containment Chambers for a reason, but as we have all seen, they sometimes fail. This could endanger a O5 who is near a SCPs Containment Chamber, so O5s should stay away from a SCPs Containment Chamber. A O5s identity and health is a major priority. A O5 should value his life and his position due to the information that O5s know due to their clearance level. To go along with valuing his life he should try his hardest to keep his identity safe as it could be vital to his survival. Think before you decide. By now we all know the O5s and their standing, they make the big boy decisions, but like all decision makers. Decisions are crucial, so when it comes to a O5 he must think about is decisions and throw out orders and decisions willy-nilly ( No Word Requirement) Why would you like to role play as an O5?: I touched on this above in a previous question, I want to role play as an O5 as I feel that my role play ability will fit the role and that I will fit into the O5 climate very easily. I think that the role play environment around the O5 Council, as in how they operate and what they do is such a mysterious and exciting environment. This is why we role play, we are invested and interested into the people we role play as and the environments that surround them. This applies to my want of joining the council and the role play that it brings. It allows for that feeling of new experiences and situations. My answer is as simple as that. I believe that I will have a blast role playing as a O5, sometimes with my fellow O5 council members, or interacting with the facility, or solving issues that arise. Thus, this is why I would like to role play as a O5 Council Member. Thank you for your time inspecting my application, Jason Dal.
  13. SteamID: STEAM_0:1:118119498 In-Game Name(s): Jason Dal Playtime (Minimum 3 days): 1w 3d 00h 24m Amount of Warns (Max 15, exceptions can be made): 0 Warns Have you ever been severely punished before? Why? (3 day+ bans): I have never been severely punished. Why do you want to join A-1? (Minimum 250 words): A-1 peaks my interest because I used to play A-1 a good amount back in V5, the once V6 came around I took a break from SCP RP entirely. I have always enjoyed the role play that comes with being someones bodyguard, part as to why I played A-1 a lot in V5. It just adds a new aspect of RP, your someone of importance but the person you are guarding is usually apart of something great then yourself which lets you create experiences based of their experiences and that element of RP is great and i really enjoy it. Some may say that standing next to someone for hours can be boring but I enjoy that sometimes relaxed style. And come on, who doesn't like to be a secretive guard of even more secretive men... but on a more serious note A-1 opens up more opportunities then just standing next to someone which is what I look forward too hopefully experiencing. Furthermore I do enjoy things on the more stricter side which I think A-1 will allow me to experience, some of the rp on the server gets hectic sometimes and I think A-1 is a gateway to the more stricter, or more competent side of rp on the server which are the experiences I strive to have on the server but are hard to find in other places. Thus, I truly believe that I am one of the more competent role players and think that I would fit into the A-1 environment very well which is why it has peaked my interest. IC SECTION What is the purpose of A-1?: A-1 purpose is to defend and report to the 05 council and its members to their fullest capability in order to ensure the security of said individual(s). A-1 also have the purpose to oversee the Mobile Task Force Epsilon 11 "Nine Tailed Fox". What can you contribute to the Task Force?: My contribution to the Task Force would be my confidence in doing what is needed to get done. I of course give my inextinguishable flame of loyalty to the 05 Council, but I will work to perform above excellence hoping to rival my peers in a good way. What would you do as A-1 if there are no O5 members on-site?: If there is a situation with no 05 member on site I would seek the next highest ranking Facility Administration personnel such as the Site Director and work down from there. The safety of Site Administration is ALWAYS number one priority, unless you are ordered otherwise, do you understand?: I understand my duties as a A-1 Going rogue as A-1 is the biggest mistake you can make on the whitelist and will always result in immediate blacklist, do you understand?: I understand the consequences.
  14. OOC Information In-Game Name: Jason Dal STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:118119498 Current In-Game time: 1w 2d 15h 02m Current Warnings ( Show a screenshot of your warns in game): Important Information 1. Please list the first 3 roles of Ethics Committee and what it is they do as part of the foundation and Site Administration?* 1. As a Ethics Committee Member, we oversee The Foundation in order to make sure that what is being conducted in the facility upholds ethical standards. As a Ethics Committee Member we make sure that events such as, D-Class Experiments, Interrogation, Threat Extermination, Threat Assessment is done in a way that it is of ethical nature. Thus, say a researcher decides that he is going to test on a SCP. This researcher would grab D-Class from D-Block and get them ready for experiments. If this researcher decides that he is just going to throw endless D-Class into the SCPs cell, this could cause many D-Class to be killed, corrupted, sent mentally insane. This is a example of unethical behavior, as the researcher is just "wasting" D-Class left and right. Exactly the reason why we need a Ethics Committee Member to catch this event of wasting human life, thus intervening and fixing a major error from continuing further. 2. As a Ethics Committee Member we advise the 05s on how to approach certain scenarios. We let the 05s know what is and isn't acceptable while they decide what is and isn't safe, we still have authority to keep the 05s from being unethical. We help the 05s have morals in their decisions. The 05s might see a fast and easy solution, but we keep them from making a rash decision that could create for negative outcomes then positive. This could consist of a mass extermination of threat, or unethical torture methods to be given to a prisoner. Whatever it is, the Ethics Committee is there to see that we do things methodically, with more positive outcomes then negative. 3. As a Ethics Committee Member we are like "Judges" of The SCP Facility. Ethics Committee Members find wrong and then punish wrong. But punishment can also be unethical. This is why as a Ethics Committee Member we are like a Judge. We hear out claims, evidence, etc. We then decide what the correct punishment will be. That could range from Janitorial Duty to Death. Some crimes require harsher punishment then others. This is what keeps the balance between right and wrong thus solidifying the presence of the Ethics Committee. 2. Can you explain the 3 Lessons of the ethics committee and why they are important?* 1. The Foundation is not evil. The Foundation may use questionable tactics to ensure protection, and containment, But The Foundation does not use bestiality violence for no good given reason. The words Defense and Assault have two different meanings. Defense; the act of protecting, Assault; the act of attacking. The Foundation protects and only attacks when deemed absolutely necessary. This is because violence brings nothing but corpses, and open questions. This is what the phrase "The Foundation is not evil" represents. The right side of a situation overruling the wrong side of a situation. 2. The Foundation doesn't control the world. The Foundation isn't a world statue, it is the legs of the statue. The Foundation is here to serve the world by Securing, Containing, and Protecting. We do what is ethical and right so that others don't have to experience the effects of Anomalies, SCPs, and various threats that roam the world. The Foundation isn't the war hero in a grand story. Its the whole army. 3. The "P" stands for Protect. The Foundation has one sole task, To Secure, Contain and Protect SCPs. We do not destroy SCPs, torture SCPs, or use SCPs to our advantage. The P in SCP is like the roots of a tree. We are here to protect the SCPs from reeking havoc on the outside world. Like I said above, we are here to keep those innocent from experiencing the negative effects which we do through protecting the SCPs. 3. Why do you believe you should be accepted into the Ethics Committee?* I should be accepted into the Ethics Committee because I wish to complete our goals with a moral compass. I want to be the hand that navigates that compass, navigating us in the right direction. If we don't stand for anything, we wont fall for anything. Standing for something is what gives our work purpose, its what gives the long work days meaning. But on a more real life perspective, I believe I have the traits that makes up a good middle man. I understand the "Greater Good" the "What ifs" and I believe that I am competent in how I assess situations and then how I proceed to execute myself in said situations. 4. Explain in detail what the SCP Facility is and why it is important.* Secure, Contain, Protect. is a series of words that make up SCP, this makes up the SCP Foundation. The SCP Foundation has spread its grasp widely all over with its various facilities, operatives, and resources. The SCP Foundation is devoted to Securing, Containing and Protecting SCPs. They are vital to the survival of the world. As they house some of the most deadly SCPs, capable of causing detrimental havoc across the globe. The SCP Foundations structure with its Administration to Mobile Task Forces, to Researchers all come together to complete its overall goal which keeps us all so safe. Without its structure the SCP Foundation would turn into something like The Chaos Insurgency. A group devoted to creating Chaos. Thus why the SCP Foundation is required in order to make sure SCPs are protected and are not being used in a negative way. This is also why Foundation Departments work together with their separate goals such as, Making sure SCPs are contained correctly, There is ethical nature in the Foundations work, That SCPs are kept hush hush, That the Foundation itself is secure, etc. Thus making the SCP Foundation a key piece in the world and its stability. 5. If you are playing Ethics Committee and a situation has occurred with the O5 being unethical and unlawful by ordering mass executions of high ranking members, what would you do? First step is always to make sure that allegations are true, I would start there and make sure that I am not running head first into something. If said allegations are true. I would issue a detainment call for the 05, after the 05 has detained, hopefully peacefully. I would move to a more secure location and discuss the rights and wrongs. 6. You hear that the Site Director and Head Researcher have been abusing the powers of the SCPs on site(such ass 500 and 2295), what do you do? like I said, Evidence is very important. I would see for myself what the SD and the HR are up too. If allegations are true. I would demand to meet with them. Then I would explain to them certain lessons as to why this is unethical. I would then compose of a report and demote them putting people who actually understand our values in charge. 7. You witness 2 Researchers wasting D-Class by throwing them into SCP-106 for "Feeding", what do you do? I would immediately detain the 2 researchers. I would give them a lesson and explain the wrong in this situation. This would then lead to me demoting them for their wrongs. 8. While on duty a breach occurs and you have the time and option of opening 1 of 2 gates to save someone from an incoming SCP, on 1 side is a fellow ECM and O1 unit and on the other 5 junior researchers, what gate do you open and why? The second gate is my choice as saving five people is more positive then two but I would hope that the ECM and the Omega - 1 would prosper.
  15. Thanks, I used to play a good bit. Then took a break. Im back now, ready to get back into some rp.
  16. RP Name: Jason Dal Steam Name: Spectre Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:118119498 Playtime and Level (5 days and level 50 minimum): 1w 2d 15h Warns: 0 warns ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What is the Department of External Affairs?: The Department of External Affairs is a Foundation branch that has the purpose of dealing with matters usually consisting outside of Foundation grounds. The Department of External Affairs and the Intelligence Agency are combined to make one big department with its four key branches. The Administrative and Operations Bureau, Disinformation Bureau, the Intelligence Bureau and the Recruitment Bureau. The Department of External Affairs personnel usually work with the goal of obtaining information, whether that be about various GOI groups or anomalies. Sometimes said GOI personnel or anomalies are used for Foundation goals in the use of MTF Sigma - 66 or MTF Omega - 12. These various MTF units are used by the Head Of External Affairs in order to help achieve the goal of gathering information, planting false information, and keeping the Foundations "Outer Walls" safe from any imminent threats. Who is the Head of External Affairs?: The Head of External Affairs is a Clearance 4 Foundation Personnel in charge of a Foundation Facilities "external" matters. The Head of External Affairs deals with matters that Internal personnel usually will not. This includes gather information on anomalies and GOIs, planning raids or even defenses, Recruiting various GOI personnel or Anomalies themselves into two MTF units, Sigma - 66 and Omega - 12. The Head of External Affairs further uses these MTF units in order to furthermore complete their "external" goals. What is a GOI?: A GOI, Groups of Interest. Are various groups that work outside, and disconnected from The Foundation. GOIs range from Mercenaries, to religion. They play a major role in the DoEA goals. Some seek danger against The Foundation, others seek peace for themselves, others sometimes... "connect" with the foundation. GOIs are your Good guys, and Bad guys scenario, but none should be taken lightly nor trusted greatly. Who does the HoEA anwser to?: The HoEA is required to answer to the 05 council. If in situations where a 05 is not on site, The HoEA will report to the Site Director, even if circumstances with said Site Director are.... not so good. What are the duties of a HoEA?: The goal of the HoEA is to work alongside the DEAAs and Foundation Field Agents in order to protect The Foundations "External" walls. The HoEA should coordinate with Field Agents and DEAAs to keep the Foundation safe, Collect information on various GOIs, Protect the outside world from the threat of Anomalies and threats they might bring. And to use captured POIs and GOIs to their advantage in protecting, collecting, sabotaging. What is MTF Sigma-66 and Omega-12? MTF Sigma - 66 and Omega - 12 are groups connect with the DoEA, they each share a common trait with the fact that they have nanite explosives that can be detonated at any time from the HoEA. These groups of people are used to the advantage of Foundation Interests and are usually selected by the HoEA MTF Sigma - 66 "Sixteen Tons" : MTF Sigma - 66, "Sixteen Tons" is a group of captured GOI personnel that the DoEA find useful even if they are not loyal to the Foundation. Instead of getting "rid" of said captured GOI personnel, they are outfitted with a remote explosive and are told to do the bidding of the HoEA. MTF Omega - 12 "Achilles Heels" : MTF Omega -12 "Achilles Heels" is another MTF Group comprised of Anomalies such as reality benders that are outfitted with described nanite explosives. These operatives are used to fufill the goals of the DoEA and serve the HoEA. Describe the SCP Foundation as a GOI: The SCP Foundation is a large group that deals with anomalies in the world. They have one of the biggest collections of anomalies, with the intent of keeping the secure, contained, and protected. They have various MTF groups, and Facility personnel that are all interconnected to serve the main goal of securing, contain, and protecting various anomalies. They rival many GOIs as the SCP Foundation holds various types, of SCPs that other GOIs might want to get their hands on. In the totality of it. the SCP Foundation is here to keep SCPs contained, and learn more about their powers and desires.
  17. In-game name: Jason Dal SteamID: STEAM_0:1:118119498 Playtime: 1w 2d 15h 02m Warns (send screenshot): In-game rank and level: Level 50 PlatinumVIP --------------------------------- Explain what Omega-1 is and it’s purpose. Omega-1 is a unit interconnected with the Ethics Committee. Omega-1 is tasked with patrolling the site, on the lookout for things that may be unethical, law breaking, or plainly just not right. When Omega-1 is not on the lookout for those who are deemed unethical, they are reporting to the ECM (Ethics Committee Member) on site where they will take strict orders from the ECM, such as.... terminating unethical threats. What would you do if there’s no Ethics Committee Member on-site? In the case where there is no Ethics Committee Member on site, I would start to patrol the site, as described above looking for unethical behavior. But this would also include contacting/finding another Foundation Administration Personnel such as a 05 or a Site Director. This would allow me to continue my duties as a Omega-1 to the fullest when a ECM is not there to take the helm. An O5 member is ordering you to detain an ECM while the ECM is ordering you to stand down. Who do you listen to and why? In this instance, or any instance like this, I would follow the demands of the ECM. It is important to uphold the devotion to the ECM and I would tell the 05 that I cannot do what is tasked as It may be unethical unless the ECM is on board. Thus, I would stick by the ECM. Why do you believe we should accept you into Omega-1? I should be accepted into Omega-1 as I would consider myself a competent SCP RP member and I believe that I can uphold the standards that are given to Omega-1s in order to create good rp without going power crazy and destroying rp that can be created. I have been in other MTF groups such as Beta - 1 and I think that Beta - 1 has similar traits to Omega-1 and Ethics Committee when it came to bringing of law in the facility. Alpha-1 units are preventing a lawful arrest of an O5 council member and are shooting upon you while ordering you to stand down. What do you do and why? In a situation like this I would keep my devotion to the ECM, thus I would if necessary open fire back on the Alpha - 1 if they are causing harm to the facility and its personnel. Yet if there is a more peaceful way of settling the dispute I would look for that before starting any kind of firefight, but I do put the life of me and my fellow Omega-1 personnel, including foundation personnel into a high priority, thus I would do what must be done to insure the correct thing is done.
