I don't know how to quote two things at once but yeah, he did mention it. It's just difficult to see cause of how he did it. I didn't notice it at first but before posting, look through it more thoroughly. I'll just copy and paste it here. He did it right under responsibilites. +1 There isn’t really any question about this for me. Speaking as his EXO, I do not see someone more fit for the role. Revis carried and managed the regiment on his shoulders for a good few weeks all the while keeping it active, healthy and dealing with all the shit that would come with it. Alongside that, he is always leading events. He is just that kind of person designated for the role of a leader, giving clear, concise and useful orders. He does not get overwhelmed or unsure about what to do in a combat situation. He’s the type of guy to analyse what’s actually happening and respond accordingly and appropriately. Speaking as his friend, Revis is a genuinely great guy. If you’ve ever any problems, if you spoke with him he’d try to sort it with the best of his capability. He listens to feedback, is open to discussion and all. A friendly and approachable person. It’s as Pingu said, he’s talked about battalion before but he was the only hierarchy of 327th for a while. He hasn’t just left his regiment behind, he’d made sure it was in a position of being self sustaining with bringing in a full hierarchy. Now that he’s got an EXO and VC, he can join battalion if he wants without leaving 327th to shit. If he wants to join Battalion, I will support him all the way as he’s supported me all the way in 327th. It’s the least I can do.

+1 an absolutely useless weapon, not worth considering in actual combat. it doesn't fill the role of having a b ackup weapon, if you run out of ammo, considering the terrible fire rate

What your suggestion is: To make the cadet training area (formations) proper ones instead of those images on the ground. The formations for the single column, tight/loose wedge, double column and firing squad are horrible to work with. They are overly small for no reason and there is no need for two of every formation either. Could it not just be like the one on anaxes or rishimoon which work perfectly fine? One of each formation in proper size laid out properly rather than a basically unusable formations on the ground that you can only use to look at and not stand on. Scriptfodder/workshop link: N/A Any additional information: As it is now, it's difficult to use effectively. The map is Storm outpost. Is it not possible to just put the older squares down instead and permaprop it?

+1 is a cool guy and has reached CG VC, that in of itself says a lot. evidently, he can work hard, is mature enough to reach that and has leadership skills which is necessary.

+1 jenson is a genuine guy, he isnt mingy and he wouldnt do this tbh. doesnt seem like him. if it's not evident enough from zabs own post, know that he literally got plat vip with me 2 days ago and we've been heavily exploring the roles since, playing a lot of jedi mainly leaving the others to explore deeper. im not surprised he didnt see the advert for aos. i was in ec with him earlier and we was in a call together but i had to mute and i pmed him ingame chat to tell him. he hadnt seen the whole time i was mute and i had to poke him. it doesnt strike me as impossible that he didnt see an AOS in chat for him.

+1 cool guy, all i've seen of him is a good person. has put work into the application and i can definitely see him hosting and managing an event. his event sounds pretty interesting. i do believe he has enough experience to determine what aspects could make an event fun or unfun as i think turning an event into an unfun one (by not having enough weps for ec etc) is a fine line. can definitely see him working well in the ep position

Simple +1 Is chill and cool, can actually joke around and the like but can be serious when needed to. Not much else to say, would be a great contribution to staff team I believe.

I haven't been on SWRP for long and I'm only a 327th 2nd LT but I want to speak my observations of Victor. Whenever I've spoken to him or messaged him etc, always eager to help. He is active everyday and I see him everyday. He might've been banned before or warned but it's not the Victor I know. He's changed evidently, considering his past warns, and I genuinely do believe when he says none of that will happen again, it won't. I understand warnings and the like are an official log of what's happened in the past but that's that. In the past. He hasn't done anything disgustingly unforgiveable. Only things that were dealt with warns (accidental RDM and homophobia) and 1 ban which was revoked. What matters is him as a person now, his attitude and the like. Is it so inconceivable to think that perhaps he's capable of a position now? People speak of their bad experiences with him, that may be so, I don't know but I will only speak from my experience with him and everything has been good. I think he is a cool guy. I think he has potential of staff. +1
