Hi, it was me who banned you. Sadly enough I hadn't had the pleasure of talking to you but when in-game and looking at arrest reports your name was a frequent one that popped up when concerning punishment. As Pie has shown, those numbers are real and be assured I won't ban you without getting the facts right first. When your ban ends, you should consider how you play the server, because of the influx of arrests you get and the hassle you make for CG and CT SOs.

Permissions for commands don't change based on the job you're currently playing.

This whole post seems kind of pointless to me, from what you said in your post and the Youtube link, you're upset because you were excluded from the 'fun' 501st were having in their own bunks? You were told to step away many times yet you decided to loiter outside even after being told by multiple people. Shadow listened to your case as much as he could considering how simple the concept of you not moving away was. I don't really see any reason for punishment.

That's not what this guy is suggesting. Besides, a global chat command which any player could use without showing their name would be disastrous.

This is already a thing on the server, the EP team just doesn't use it as much.

Hi dude, I'm the guy who was dealing with your case in-game. As you remember, you shot someone which I checked logs for, who was a fellow CT. I teleported to you to talk with you, only to see you shooting in the directon of a bunch CTs. I warned you for ARDM after I had a little talk with you, which you were fine with. From what you told me, you got arrested shortly after. This is because you can be punished both IC and OOC for your actions. When I responded to your request you left because you didn't want to do the time in the brig. Now the reason you were banned is because you LTARP'ed, (Left to Avoid Roleplay) which you would've been put in the brig in this case. Hope that clears things up.

+1 - Regularly active on the server, has been here for a very long time and is pretty friendly. Only unfortunate aspect of him is that it seems he fucks up everything he touches in-game.
