Updating my previous post. This user has been seen around quite a bit, He doesnt take this too much as a game, he deals with it as if it were real life, yes he could grasp things a little more like controlling the Site Advisors when they are in the CC of a breached SCPa lil more, but in general he gets down onto the situation quite fast as soon as he learns about it. I recommend moving forward with "The Vote" if "The people" see fit. +1

I would communicate with the Alpha-1 Members via FA comms (or comms that are available at that time), inform them of the situation, if further issues were to arrise i would make a report to the ECM informing them of thesituation possibly wait for a suggestion on how to proceed, if Alpha-1 Members do not attempt to handle the situation appropriately, their termination will be a viable option for opposing a lawfull arrest for (reason stated).

First last I checked most of these sweps are custom made and they are done decently well, second it will be a pain to develop something like that because when 106 is contained he cannot leave his cc which means if he tries to enter his dimension while contained will be a pain in the ass for the programmer of these sweps. If you can solve all the issues that will arise then go ahead but there's no way for it to really work like SCL SL
