With my past experience with SCP-RP I know pretty much how to deal with every sit to this date. After playing on this server for a long time and with my normal state (aka when I am not drunk), and I think I can clear old mistakes I have been made, and maybe take care of the Staff need of the server, who knows. Do you know what SCP-RP is about?: I do, SCP-RP is a gamemode in Garry's Mod based of SCP Wiki and SCP CB, and other games. SCP-RP is somewhat Community Decided gamemode, Community Decides what GoI (Groups Of Interst) or a group (lmao), as well the state of the Server. In SCP-RP you can find jobs which exist in SCP Wiki and custom ones made by the players. You can play these jobs freely (if you pay papa Harland) but some of the Jobs will be Whitelisted and you may need to apply to it or join a tryout. SCP-RP splits into Two, Passive RP and Combat RP. Passive RP is the main RP of SCP-RP, You can do Research RP, Introgation RP or any kind of Roleplay you want (Abusing and Creating events are bad bad), Combat RP is mostly happens in gunfights or raids and no explaintation Aim for the Head, word of advice: When you kill someone make sure it takes. In SCP-RP Cuırrently there is many jobs you may play, like for if you want to be a test rat you might Play Class-D, if you want to abuse Class-D's you might play Security, if you want to test and feed monster with Class-D's you might play Researcher. If you want to counter raids happen to Foundation you might play Nu-7 list goes on. And SCP-RP doesn't end in Foundation there is GoI's which you can play and RP on it, most of the GoI's have their own objectives like for Gru-P you fight for Motherland! Or for Church of the Broken God (COTBG) You try to rebuild your God Mekhane and kill Sarkic Cult's. SCP-RP is endless Fun for Players with endless capabilities. As well there is normal Jobs like: Civilian, Reporter, Police and such and RP in like Dark RP or go against GoI's or Foundation it is your decision! Do you know the rules of SCP-RP: Yes I do, Like as Staff I will force them so. And I might not know the "new" rules or so but I will go ask maurice to get better at it and understand it or just go check the updated document. I will not list them to farm word count.
  3. So I knew GOC is going to be added, and I know that Hierarchy is just gona make it Advanced Field Agent. First of all, I am not suggesting GOC, I am suggesting a PHYSICS Division, Stirke Team, I never named jobs or anything as "GOC". This is a Strike Team where Rank Shows Respect, not Power. Yes I suggested bullshit stuff and make OP, but I never saied they will be like that %100 or a LOADOUT This is a Request made by the Strike Team (I wasn't gona do it but Hieararchy can't balance anything). Yes we will carry out basic missions of GOC but we are on "loose" in that means we can do other things that GOC couldn't. And we can decide what will we do. I didn't write this down because I wanted to be all of it In Character. If you played at GOC most of your time will be spent in the base in corner waiting for an anomaly. Or waited for an Event Like GOC v Foundation War. Strike Team will create their own event, if we need to we will not be seen in public or plant up an UN Flag (Aka be very passive and hidden when need to or take control of the surface). Hierarchy can't do advanced coding so I am gona stick with the Suits, my plan was use Anomalous Weapons or Equipment mostly custom but they can't code very well. When they can code things like it I will change it to it and get rid of the Suits. Yes I will talk with Xunt if I need to but they can just reject this suggestion and make another GOC and test how fast will it die. If you want a group where you will wait at your base and wait for this text "Anomalous Activity Detected" and find and bring back to base then go AFK. Cycle repeats, I knew that GOC is gona get added with any shape of form and decided to write this and prevent another disaster.
  4. Yes I know and I tried to make it OP cause I didn't want Hierarchy to make GOC Roam around with G3A3, M16 and H&K G36C, If this gets accepted I will remove %60 of the stuff anyway and change it. If you want to see GOC with SMG's and worse weapons wtf is wrong with you. The sad thing GOC will have a unWL'd job too, I will try create some documents to make them understand and all. Operative's Handbook already explains IC stuff all I need to do is something OOC. And I expect the group owners to not change relations over a random guy. And they will be handled quite well and be respected. Aka you will not have a diffirence between a SGT and a Recruit (Yes Rank matters in Command but I am not talking about it) we are all expandable, we will do the same rescue Operation to a Recruit or to a Major. So last GOC's problem they were too passive or agressive, and they requested some Events to happen to do their RP and shine. My plan is to let GOC create their own Events. And I saied nothing about being Bum Buddies with Foundation, we could start a war at the first day ;), Anomalies need to be researched on and can be weaponised after their research is complete. And I am focusing on making GOI's Slaves not deleting them, aka work for us. I didn't want Suits too, my plan was Anomalous Weapons (Lazers Gravity Guns etc.) which you will recharge or get ammo from Untiram Lazer, so if people want to get stronger they needed to use the Lazer and Research. But as you know our hierarchy can't code that well, if GOC lasts long and they know and understand to code stuff like this I will change it. I am not managing it and I am looking for an Owner, if you think you can do 2 Tranings Per Day, Create Documents, Slavery other GoI's, Keep in watch of relations (Like change them for even a crossfire kill), and mass tranings per Week or 2 Weeks, keep watch on Applications and do tryouts actively DM me. If I can't find a good owner who will do those stuff, I will go to Owner and after GOC is setted up and going all fine I will demote myself to Manager or Co-Owner and get an Owner.

  6. This will not be a WL like other SCP's mate, It will require activity and have ranking system in it. If found abusing the Player's Whitelist WILL BE REMOVED before telling the manager. If player request somethings over and over Mr. Deeds will reject the request? I see no point of you writing this, unless you specify them.

  12. +1 As an old member of MFM (Was in the Ash's group and Dante's) and Dante's suggestion got ACCEPTED and got removed the same day because "Too Much Coding". Anyway I would recommand you do these changes to a group: -MFM is a low funding group like MP7 or SVU won't do anything, Change it to VSS and Mosin. Or Nerf it even more just let them have VSS and Pistols. -Explain the Memetic Agent SWEP more to people don't know or have an idea about it. -SVU is the most OP Sniper it is not weak. -If you want to you can reduce the Slot Limit to 2 to make it balanced more. And if person who is reading you can use Memetic Agent's to fight alongside you.
  13. Thanks for your support! So any mingery abuse in the job will result in WHITELIST REMOVAL without telling the Owner, and the Owner would be notified. Mr. Deeds will not be a Hired Hitman or Primordial Contractor, yes there will be some expections (Like kill that Class-D). If a powerhungry CI cames in and requests everything Mr. Deeds will be answser with "Sorry Sir, I can't do that at the moment.". I will have a Ranking System in the group it goes: Trial, Member, Senior and Veteran similar to ISD. Veteran's and Senior's would oversee the players and make everything go allright. So if AIC gets added I will request Server Hack SWEP and Hacking Keycard to Mr. Deeds to have GoI's have a counter to AIC, and when you think so they both are very simillar executing whatever they ordered to, But Mr. Deeds can do more then that, thats why it is top at the list. I might request some More SWEP's or entities to given to GoI's like Cerberus Suit etc. if Xunt still finds it Foundation is UP (And if Mr. Deeds supply GoI's something special Guns could be changed to original). And Mr. Deeds can spawn the SCP-662 other then LCZ Empty CC. Spawning it in Foundation will request a perm from a Senior (Places will be drawn out by the Management for an example: Glass Gate Control Room's Desk or Cafeteria) and doing outside the Foundation aka Surface will request a perm from Veteran (Same thing for an example: Hospital, Bank) Both of these ranks will decide it by looking at the current state of Server (Like E-11 is full you may spawn it on surface etc.)

The item itself is safe to handle, and poses no known threats of any kind, though the effects generated could be considered highly valuable and variably powerful depending upon how the SCP is used. SCP-662 is a small silver hand bell, 4 cm tall and 2 cm in circumference. The bell is missing its ringer. Within the inside of the bell, an inscription has been etched into the silver, reading: “Forever Mine – S.J.W.” The bell is susceptible to damage; however, given its safe nature, destruction has been deemed unnecessary. As it is made of very pure silver, it requires regular polishing to remain without tarnish. When the bell is shaken as if to ring it, a soft chime can be heard (although this does not come from the bell). A short well-dressed Caucasian butler of self-proclaimed British heritage, calling himself Mr. Deeds, will appear from the nearest area not within line of sight, usually from around a corner. Mr. Deeds will address the ringer of the bell by their appropriate title and last name, and ask what it is they desire. His knowledge of individuals’ last names and titles is a mystery, as he himself will purport. Please see interview log 662-L1 for further details. Most reasonable requests given to Mr. Deeds will result in satisfaction. However, there are limits to what he can do. He is unable to produce very complex items such as sports cars, luxury homes, or personal jets. If he is allowed to leave line of sight and return, he is able to produce smaller, less complex items such as a ham sandwich, a glass of iced tea, or even more luxurious items like caviar or a brick of gold. A list of notable items the butler has thus far been able to provide to those who ring the bell may be found in addendum 662-A1. When you are playing Mr. Deeds you will be able to spawn SCP-662 and you will not get out of the Noclip unless SCP-662 gets ringed (Yes it will have Noclip please see Rules for more information). SCP-662 can be moved via Gravity Gun and Mr. Deeds can spawn SCP-662 in empty Chamber in LCZ. Or Random Place with a reason (Only Permissions from Veteran or so and in-group rules will be explained). Mr. Deeds will not be a supply cabinet or a Salesman, and do the requests generaly been made (See the Addendum). Mr. Deeds could be "Friendly" to Foundation (Not killing any Foundation Personel or so). Hierarchy will decide it. Noclip Rules: Do not Abuse Noclip to stalk players. Do not Abuse Noclip to go places. Do not Use Noclip to RP as a "Ghost" Do not Use your Noclip when a guy asks you. (Like can you fly for me etc.) You may only Use your Noclip when disappearing, crafting or using your ability. More information will be told you to when you get in to the group. Ability Rules You are not a supply Vendor. You may not supply anything for yourself (unless requested). You may not supply everything you have to someone (More information will be revealed in the group). And if somebody Abuses on the Job the Removal of WL will happen before telling to the Manager.   16. So go find the Map's Addon in your Steam Workshop or Gmod - Addons menu. Then delete it and re-download. Please don't forget to exit Gmod when you download it and re launch it. If it didn't work go to your "Steam" file then "Steamapps" "common" "GarrysMod" "garrysmod" "Addons" then find this and delete it "werwolfgaming_scp-rp_v5_map ..." then redownload it. If any of those didn't work clear out all of the Addon's from the file and from the workshop.
  17. +1 Indeed, so GoI's should work to gather or use elemant of suprise, or use their brains for once. Basicly Foundation Nerf happened cause GoI's lacked of Braincells to begin with, Foundation need to be OVER most of the GoI's. And if GoI's GONE IN SNEAKY WAYS WITHOUT SHOOT SHOOT they have more chance to sucseed. I got into Foundation as CI Delte and achived to D-Block without killing anyone when there is 80-100 people on several times.
