SCP-662 "Butler's Hand Bell" SAFE ----- Special Containment Procedures: SCP-662 should be kept in its red velvet lined case and stored in High Value Storage locker 23C located at ------- when not being utilized for testing or other appropriate activities. The item itself is safe to handle, and poses no known threats of any kind, though the effects generated could be considered highly valuable and variably powerful depending upon how the SCP is used. Description: SCP-662 is a small silver hand bell, 4 cm tall and 2 cm in circumference. The bell is missing its ringer. Within the inside of the bell, an inscription has been etched into the silver, reading: “Forever Mine – S.J.W.” The bell is susceptible to damage; however, given its safe nature, destruction has been deemed unnecessary. As it is made of very pure silver, it requires regular polishing to remain without tarnish. When the bell is shaken as if to ring it, a soft chime can be heard (although this does not come from the bell). A short well-dressed Caucasian butler of self-proclaimed British heritage, calling himself Mr. Deeds, will appear from the nearest area not within line of sight, usually from around a corner. Mr. Deeds will address the ringer of the bell by their appropriate title and last name, and ask what it is they desire. His knowledge of individuals’ last names and titles is a mystery, as he himself will purport. Please see interview log 662-L1 for further details. Most reasonable requests given to Mr. Deeds will result in satisfaction. However, there are limits to what he can do. He is unable to produce very complex items such as sports cars, luxury homes, or personal jets. If he is allowed to leave line of sight and return, he is able to produce smaller, less complex items such as a ham sandwich, a glass of iced tea, or even more luxurious items like caviar or a brick of gold. A list of notable items the butler has thus far been able to provide to those who ring the bell may be found in addendum 662-A1. Mr. Deeds will also perform menial tasks, such as washing vehicles, preparing food, and cleaning bathrooms. If a request is deemed unreasonable or impossible by the butler, he will kindly tell the ringer so, and offer an alternative if one may be had. The butler is not immune to ill actions taken against him while in sight. He has been killed or injured in multiple tests, and will remain either dead or injured until he is out of sight. Upon return with a ring of the bell, all previous injuries will have vanished and he will be groomed and well dressed in his uniform, and ready for the next order. A more detailed explanation of the jobs he can perform and the limits to which he may be put can be found in the aforementioned interview log 662-L1. Test logs relating to his ability to heal himself, and those of the properties of the bell, may be accessed by any level 2 or higher personnel. All attempts to catch Mr. Deeds "disappearing" have faile , as equipment will either fail or he will find a suitable unobserved spot. So Mr. Deeds will be a Whitelisted Job. When you are playing Mr. Deeds you will be able to spawn SCP-662 and you will get a Cloak SWEP, and re appear when SCP-662 gets ringed. SCP-662 can be moved via Gravity Gun and Mr. Deeds can spawn SCP-662 in empty Chamber in LCZ. Or Random Place with a reason (Only Permissions from Senior Admin+/Or the rank who allows breaches). Mr. Deeds will not be a supply cabinet or a Salesman, and do the requests generaly been made (See the Addendum). Mr. Deeds could be "Friendly" to Foundation (Not killing any Foundation Personel or so). Hierarchy will decide it. Cloak Rules: Do not Abuse Cloak to stalk players. Do not Abuse Cloak to bodyblock players. Do not Use Cloak to RP as a "Ghost" Do not Use your Cloak when a guy asks you. You may only Use your Cloak when disappearing, crafting or using your ability. More information will be told you to when you get in to the group. Ability Rules You are not a supply Vendor. You may not supply anything for yourself (unless requested). You may not supply everything you have to someone (More information will be revealed in the group). And if somebody Abuses on the Job, they will be instantly kicked out of the group and probably get Blacklisted, depends on how did they ruined the job.   11. +1 After thinking about it is fine. Do your tryouts like Theta-9 put Class-D's in a box and give them Fists and make them fight for eachother.
  12. So first of all Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 "The Red Right Hand" seems like a Personal Bodyguard to O5. And as a Subgroup. Just go to the Mobile Task Force Wiki Page, scroll down to MTF Alpha-1, and you won't see a "Bodyguard" or "Guard" or or or "Protection" in these sentences. Only thing you can see about Overseer Council or O5 is: "Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 is a Task Force which directly reports to O5 Council-". What is my Suggestion then? Let Alpha-1 be a Normal Original Group. What will it do anything to A-1? Making it a normal group, this means Management will have full acsess. Group won't be better armed Nu-7 or Combat Medic Clearance Level 4. Group won't sit near O5 and handle the personal guard ALL THE TIME. Group won't have basic Rankings. Having their own Discord and not connected to O5 Council Discord (Reps will have acsess to most of the channels). It will remove the all "Protect O5" or be Nu-7 Respond to Raids/Hacks thing.

    Radio Comms

    /radio was a command, it caused Performance issues and more metagame than you think Noe. You can't see it on the Logs. People can type in the radio while they are DEAD. People can type in the radio when they have their comms stripped. People could set up unfindable comms (like /rj 190.213) and chill. You could just get a screenshot of a guys of in same discord and the same group yeet it and send it to SMT and make this actual thing to warn etc.

  15. So I have a lot of questions in mind. -Will you promote people actively and fill up these ranks? -Why would you need 12 Slots? I mean Nu-7 is a big boi MTF but balancing need to be made. Some suggestion I will make: Make Assault Limit 2, Limit 3 of Cadet. Change Support Unit to specalist so he can more stuff etc. Or add Scout Unit back with snipers. -You don't need more fire arm you know that right? Tranings and Coordination would handle these things. -Why you need to go to Field Marshall again? You can make Owner = CMDR, Co-Owner = XO/COL, Manager= LT COL/Brigadier. You are managing a Squadron not entire Nu-7 now. -Will there be like Medic Lead's to choose and give WL's their own rankings like Medic 2IC, Medic Officer etc. etc. or will you just give WL's cause he is at this rank or he is friend of management etc. -Will you host tranings? How frequently? Will there be Drill Sergeants? -Will rank Reset?

  18. 1 Warn, given to me a Year and a Month ago, + it does not matter me being something. And When I was staff, Staff Team wasn't like this. They were better strict and didn't abuse their powers and if they did it they would be kicked unlike the new staff. And this kind of thing happening between players and staff would be only caren if: Staff or Player does not like it and make a sit about it. You engaged at me cause of you were annoyed of Willrick and B-1, but nobody in that room called a sit or messaged staff about this. If they actually were I would understand, but like I saied nobody did and you were just stalking/watching players for no reason and see me do it and warned me, without a verbal warning. And since you are not Staff, you will give the same warn to a guy with 2 Warns or 30 Warns. Evan to Reserve Hierarchy (I banned Ash for MRDM and warned him 2 times), guy being old staff, staff, hierarchy doesn't mean anything. Everyone is players and they will be judged same. The Guy managing the server (Owner) Doesn't care about this cause he does whatever he wants, but that doesn't mean everyone should do it. I already argued a lot and drunk, I am going to bed can I +1 my own suggestion?
  19. Stolen from V6 Punishment list, + I got warned without getting in to the sit or getting verbaly warned about FAIL RP. + Shooting SCP-999 around 9 shots should considered as an warning first. If I unloaded all of the rounds of RPD ACR and Remington on Bread I could understand that. But shooting few shots shouldn't be considered "Warnable Offense".
