Colossal +1 Man, hazel has been here for a long F***ing time and he is the best person I met here, he is genuinely the nicest person the only problem is he didn't talk as much back in the day but now as he opens up more and talks to ppl, more of the community is realising how nice he is and how mature he is and just how cool he is. Neutral. He is a real sound lad. I would +1 but it would be biased cuz I have been away from the server a while. I feel like Jabba has the creativity needed but lacks the experience. Also Reg hoping a bit before the the Application puts your chances low but I wish you luck as you are super chill and fun guy.

-1/Neutral The reason I did neutral is because I feel like he could be a good candidate in the future, most ppl know sahid for his mingy side but he is a smart person from what I've talked to him. I feel like if you matured a bit sahid and also got to the correct rank you could be a decent candidate but at the current time I would say so, anyway if you do somehow manage to get it good luck.

I would say that is my main hobby I also of course enjoy gaming and used to play Rainbow six siege at a highly competitive level before moving away to chiller games and I am also an avid chess player and enjoy that as a hobby as well, I also have a few interests towards astronomy and physics. I also think my dedication could help me balance and maintain the role, as well as help me further myself in it. Like everyone on this server my end goal is to have fun as I understand that this is a game, and I would also like to bring fun to the table and help people enjoy the server as much as possible. I also believe that I am mature enough for this role as the two summers before this one I was able to maintain and excel while working at a Golf resort starting off in a caddying program and then finishing as the best pupal that season and then being hired to oversee and teach the next caddying program as I earned massive amount of respect from my peers while doing it while also having to make difficult choices along the way and having to deal with very difficult situations. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: Battalion members are meant to set examples and must understand the responsibility of their actions. While on base they must make sure that the base is running smoothly and also, they must grant and deny specific requests. They must perform trainings for their regiments and also monitor the cadet area to make sure that our newest recruits are getting trained, Other than that they must walk around base and make sure that everything is running smoothly around the base. Their main task is to lead during events and when they do that, they must be confident and creative with their orders while trying to think of ways to outthink the opposition. Whilst the higher-ranking battalion must help the lowering ranking battalion to make sure they are fully capable. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: No, never. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes and that is why I feel like it suits me. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? They should stick by their regiment and assist them when needed, for example by recommending something but they should not take over leading. They should also act more supportive than frontline. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? They must host a good Debrief Lead a base attack Host a mandatory training What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? They must Grant/Deny certain request while also relaying any helpful information to the Battalion leading and also suggest certain ideas when needed to help the battalion who is leading, also in the rare situation that the leading battalion crashes or something similar you would take over for the time being. Anything else: I know that my time on the server is quite low but I feel like during my time so far on the server I have earned respect from people in multiple different regiments so I feel like my limit time shouldn’t be a downfall as from it I still managed to get to a relatively high rank and show dedication.

+1 Would bring more life to the regiment and would let us get to the frontline with more firepower. I feel like it would advance the regiment and make us standout more.
