This is a major +1 from me.

Even though you do have 11 warnings, which is over the 10 warning limit as previously stated multiple times by Mr. _Jam above, I do know that you can properly and seriously roleplay, and also help other players in an OOC manner. Not to mention how much you matured since I first met you. You can be serious when necessary, but are always friendly in your own characteristic way.

Your long playtime and time spent in this community are a +1 as well.

I honestly wish you all the best and hope you get accepted, as I truthfully think you would make an excellent addition to the NRP staff team.

In this situation you could have done one of the following, which follows the rules of the server:
-Went around through one of the 3 exists from spawn; you could have went trough any one of them and circled around to the car dealer.

-Called an admin; They would have either just moved him with their physgun, teleported them to somewhere they wouldn't be a nuisance to anyone, or warned them for body blocking if this isn't the first time they did the same thing.

I am the moderator in question here and I am willing to respond to your appeal, even though it is only 2 days and your template is completely wrong.
The sit that was called stated "LTARP" so I came to the roof of the RS, brought the OrPo guy and asked who did it and why. So he explained his story, I looked at the logs and there it was, you disconnecting. So I started to warn you for the reason LTARP, but you came back to the server, and instead of me just banning you, I decided to bring you and ask you why you did it for whatever reason.
Your answer was because you didn't want to call an admin sit and waste time, and then you started talking about the OrPo person RDM-ing and RDA-ing you. So I completed the ban. Quite an easy sit.

Oh and btw, you don't want to " i couldve just lied and said that i crashed like i saw someone do", because in the logs it clearly states if you crashed or disconnected.

Whilst I really don't appreciate being called a "slimebag", I will respond to your unban request.
The ban was quite valid as not only do the logs show every single command/chat log done in game (seen in Lichtenstein's response above), but I also have the whole encounter on video. You committed ERP, and no matter if it was serious or "for fun", or even only with your friends, it is still ERP and you have to face the consequences of the punishment.
Same thing would be if you RDM someone and say "oh no, it's only for fun, he is my friend", only this is a much more serious offence and on a whole different level.

I have seen this guy in roleplay multiple times on many different servers. He is very friendly and very serious about his job, whatever job that may be, and on SCP-RP he used to quite litteraly main Site Quartermaster as he only played that job, and he played it excellently !

Im sorry to have to do this but this will be a NEUTRAL from me.

So the whole application seems alright in its core, but the main problem in here is the actual contents of the answers, which I will not go into because it was VERY thoroughly commented about above. 

You seem like a friendly guy from the very few times I've talked to you and it looks like you are competent from your ranks and your past experience. You could be mentored and guided into perfection, I am sure of it.

All the little noticable quirks about it have already been pointed out in the previous comments so all that is left to say is that its nice to see such an enourmous amount of previous experience as staff (Although most of them are not SeriousRP it still is nice to see that).

If it is not RDM the you are to give the reason for my death, as RDM stands for RANDOM Deathmatch and for now this situation is considered random. Do not disrespect people in this community, that means me or anybody else.

Disrespect like that leads to nowhere, especially in ban requests, please be respectful and keep in mind, I am the victim of a PK, Clear RDM (which I discussed my options with Stellman and decided not to go with the OOC punishment route), and after the RDM I was in no way shape or form involved with the situation.

So basically, this ban request is full of pure speculation and self-incrimination.

First of all, immediately after getting murdered I called staff to check if that is allowed, which after a semi-long conversation with Stellman I decided I will go with the IC route after Stellman told me the 3 suspects are already under arrest as 2 people witnessed the murder. Being Greggor and Becker. So I let everything go its way. The accusations of metagaming are pure speculation as your accusation would also be considered metagaming, and you did commit RDM and should be happy I didn’t take the RDM case then and there. I will ellaborate more if needed when I come home from school. Thank you for your request, but please don’t lie in situations as important as these.

Well hello there, since the staff quesions were heavily inspected and fixed by our dear friend Feymous, I have a little complaint about your anwser on the Context of C24 question.

C24 on the Half Life Universe is located in Geneva, Switzerland. This city like many other cities are heavily guarded 24/7. You are depicting C24 as a Harsh and Brutal place to live in, where people are tortured everyday and corrupt CP raid every apartment that is not empty, daily... That however is not entirely true. City 24 is most commonly known as the "Royal City" in which people are "free to do whatever they want". Citizens in this city are not tortured at all, they are given higher privilages and even access to the Nexus if a high enough Loyalty Tier. Citizens from other cities want transfers to this city just for this reason. Yes CP are still a little harsh and yes there is a ton of C24 and Combine Propaganda EVERYWHERE, but living conditions are not as bad as in other cities. 

Other than that I do like everything else and your reason for wanting staff is quite nice and you say that you improved your behaviour.

Well hello there, let's see this application trough.  
-First of all from the basic layout and design of the application viewpoint, it is nice, easy to read and has very minimal grammatical mistakes.

-The role of the staff on the server was explained quite shortly but nonetheless correctly.

-The C24 context is a bit lacking, like where the City is located and such.

-Scenarios look fine in my opinion, short but simple. But the term for constant minging and not wanting to roleplay is simply called NITRP (No Intention To Role Play).

-All questions are answered correctly, but they do look a little bare-boned and could be worked out more.

-The "Why you deserve staff" met the 250+ word quota and surpassed it by 50 words, clocking in at 300 so that is quite nice. And it looks like you have a pretty good reason to become staff, you are passionate about HL-RP and want to see the Community and server strive and not die.

In all honesty, the application could be a little more detailed with some aspects, but all the questions and scenarios are completely correct and look fine. You are a friendly person, searching for the right community and now you've found it.

Very good app nonetheless and I think you would make an excellent addition to this staff team.
