Denied, It has always been both ways for HP rushing, not sure how people get the idea that only ECs can be punished. Anyone that decides to rush ahead to just end up dying to try and grab a turret clearly don't understand what they're doing is a stupid idea. But it would be more correct for it to be put under failrp.

Denied, The ban will stay, you admitted to breaking the rules which doesn't make you exempt from them. Regarding the supposed bias you should report it either on the Staff Abuse report form or here on the forums.

Denied All you would do is just annoy others constantly and would try and shitpost to the point you got banned which is the way it will stay. -

Denied, Although you were in the EP area deciding to mic spam can be quite off putting so I could see why a warn would be given but as with most things a verbal warning should be given first but with mic spam it doesn't apply as it is quite clear that a rule is being broken.

Accepted, The ban will be reduced, but keep in mind there should be some kind of punishment but not something nearly as harsh as this and I will set it back down to 3 days, it was quite clear it was accidental but please be extra cautious as I know in the past certain things like this have happened.

Denied, Very little effort put into the appeal itself clearly showing not much improvement on behaviour. You can re-appeal in 4 weeks.
