    Now I am in agreement with Cameron that you are back after such a long time and havent been in your regiment for a good amount of time yet. I want to know you are commited by staying for atleast 4-6 months so I know you wont just go away HOWEVER the event plan is amazing. It takes me back to when I read alot of the SCP wiki and the story is so incapsulating and if you werent so new back it would be an easy +1.

    I partially agree with Cameron too and was half considering hiding this app, this means a lot though, been busy with some other hobbies but I'll have to log on and get active again, the whole SCP style was what I was going for, was inspired by Ubers style then laid it out like many SCP files I've seen.     This event plan is different from anything I've seen before. It has a good story to it and seems relatively well thought out. I like how you have 3 events for it. The EC's seems like they would be pretty well balanced.

    I'm not sure if you plan to do this or not but i think judging by 1. The maps and 2. the story it would be worth making a big ass dupe for it
    again not sure if you already plan to do this but just a thought.

If so, what are they?: An Event planners job is to run events on the server, create unique and interesting situations and battles or just to make everyone a little less bored, events give something for clones to do and EPs facilitate them in a responsible and fun manner.

    Anything else?: Before I rejoined the server I was convinced I wouldn't be able to join this or any other server again due to my technical issues, during this time I did a lot of stupid shit including making a joke batt application that got me blacklisted and I just want to say that I'm sorry about that and that I'm ready to be active once again and responsible. I'm also an Ex CE LT-COL incase it just looked l was a SGTM.

    What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) : I Clone Trooper 0456 Tempest am a very cool man, I introduced the Emo Ben Rafferty and vertically challenged Sandy Shores to the server and trained your previous Battalion Captain Arrow, I am Scottish and know many things about the star wars lore, I am known for being a legendary pilot capable of doing LAAT transport in the simple third person mod during infected last stands, in which I only VDmed one zombie while nosing the LAAT into the rishi jedi temple. I made a galacticraft minecraft server in which current Rear Admiral Toon lived in my basement, historical figures such as 212th Marshall Commander Zab, anthropomorphic animal enjoyer CE Commander Shepherd and Battalion Warrant Officer Scott have also played on this server.

     

    Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) : Battalions job are the brains of the Republic, on their own they are a utility unit with specialised equipment and a tank like health, however their strength comes with their duty, to lead, whether its simple orders in a battle or leading an entire event, they enforce the rules and make sure every single trooper is fighting and acting to standard. Battalions fill in gaps where regimental Hierarchy can't quite do their job and serve to shine a light on troopers who may have been overlooked by hosting open trainings. Battalion have worked their way up and now sit utop guiding the forces of the Grand Army.

     Very much so, Battalion is a high status of honour and authority, not only have you run the gauntlet of being a trooper but you have rose up the ranks, to a leader. A Supreme Leader. ALL HAIL!

     Battalion tend to assist their regiments during events and generally just function as a tank and utility unit, they have a lot of equipment and health so are specialists on the battlefield.

     I originally joined on the 28th of December 2019 under the name Jikki, I didn't last long and only got to CT LCPL I joined back on the 10th of December 2020 under the name Tempest, I've taken short LOAs now and then but I'd say I'm considerably active

     I use the TS whenever I'm on. I always check discord and chat, I do not use the forums often but if required of me I'll make sure to attempt to be active here.

     I have been muted once in the discord after telling people to @ Toon as a joke, I understand that as staff I should refrain from doing such things as to lead a better example.

    State the role of staff on the server:

    Staff's Job is to maintain the server and its playerbase, in roleplay and out of character, the job of staff can span from deleting a ship or giving someone access to noclip to punishing a player on a mass rdm spree, but yeah in simple terms staff keep us all in check and make sure the experience is great for everyone involved.

     Yes and if I'm unsure I will re read them or ask another member of staff.

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

     

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

     The first thing I do is open up the in game notepad, I take down the Players name an then ask for the name of the mass rdmer in question, I take that down and then go to an out of the way location. I bring the person in question and ask them about what's going on, I check logs and also check for any similar claims regarding the player, once listening to the defense of the player I take all factors into account and punish them accordingly, informing the person in question either that it was a mistake/false report or that what they did was wrong and that they were being punished. If it turns out that the person in question was clean I bring the original reporter, I ask them if they were sure they saw that person specifically killing clones, I check claims to see if anyone else reported mass rdm, if I think the claim was in ill intent I will punish the reporter for a false report, If in fact other people did report mass rdm I will bring them to verify the identity of the perpetrator. 

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

     I ask the cadet if they asked using advert already, if not I'll get them to advert they need a trainer, I'll also ask in OOC, if no one comes I'll check for any NCOs on, depending on the situation I'll either ask a Batt to order one to train the cadet or just bring one over, if worst comes to worst I'll train them myself, I wouldn't mind to be completely honest.

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

    If its only one or two shots and if it doesn't look like they were aiming or anything I won't act immediately, I'll wait till after the debrief and phys them to the side and tell them how to better safety/holster their weapon.

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

     Unless we're in a formal situation I won't do anything, I'm a Major and I'm not going to enforce that rule while just casually strolling around base, if anyone salutes me that's a bonus but I don't care. It would be different in the situation of a higher rank but I'm not important enough to justify enforcing that.

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

    "Please remember that any attempts to find a loophole in any of these rules will result in harsher punishments! Please also be aware that just because a rule isn't written in this thread but would be considered detrimental to the role play experience of players, doesn't mean you can do it, USE INITIATIVE!" Wow look at thiconvenient little block of ts ext, of course I would inform them that we couldn't possibly state every single instance of FailRP within the rules, if they still argue I would inform them that if they don't agree with their punishment that they can always appeal, I would then punish them and send them on their way.

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

    I inform them that I used my best judgement to punish them fairly and if they don't agree with said judgement that they can appeal on the forums.

     

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

    I haven't been on the server for long and in Garry's Mod I have had virtually zero experience moderating or using moderation tools however I am pretty active, I'm happy to chat and although I may have a slightly mingey reputation I know when to be serious, I understand that I can not joke around using staff powers, I can not use staff to minge and I won't. I have never been warned, I'd like to think I have good friends here and a decent reputation, anything I have done has been rather tame, just some joking about as scav or refugee I know that as a staff member I will have to lead a better example and I hope that I have never given any of you any trouble, I know when to draw the line and I know that other staff have better judgement than me, I hope that working under more experienced staff will not only increase my knowledge and understanding of the server but will allow me to acquire new skills and help out the community where I can. I have good understanding of the lore of star wars, I'd like to think I'm pretty kind and laid back I'd also like to think I'm approachable, I will dedicate my time to bettering the server and its players and I just want to improve the experience and assist other staff, being CE I'd like to imagine I have good understanding of a wide range of server addons(mostly lfs) and I'm used to making binds, I do not expect to be accepted on this application but I hope in some way if I'm accepted or not I can help out the community and I will definitely use this application as a step towards that.     Give Scavs Stuns/Tazers(Also Jawa Scav Model)

    What your suggestion is:

    I think that scavs should be given a short range stun or tazer,  not for use in combat but for stealing vehicles like speeders since there is no mug/randomly spawning speeder aspect. Of course this would have to have cooldown and such and possibly could be abused I just want to hear thoughts.

    also add jawas as a scav model it just kind of makes sense
