i have seeing  this guy for a long time now i have seeing him grow and change, obtaining peacekeeper is a succesfully goal for its hard to get in there, plus all the other +1's sums up everything so  a FAT +1

To be entirely honest, this kind of reply shows a lot of maturity. To clear it up though, I don’t think this is how you act all the time. Hierarchy can be stressful but the role of battalion will be similar but I do believe that you would be fit for the role. I’d say it’s a +1.

Honestly, I do not personally know you but, the one interaction I had with you was horrendous. You said some things over OOC which directly disrespected me and a member on the server when you were CG VC. Plus, that behaviour set an example for a high ranking member in CG. Later on after the initial incident, in IC chat, the member in question disrespected a member of DU hierarchy but, we decided not to retaliate. Now, I must admit, we did play a part in the altercation but, what we did was no where near large enough to warrant a reaction like that. Either way, it must have been a bad day or something of the sort as I see some good things being spoken about you in the thread. One slip-up should not be what stops you from getting into battalion but, I felt that it must be acknowledged.

Your application has definitely improved compared to your first one, however some things lore wise for example you explaining what C24 is in the HL universe was a bit rough and I don't think you really knew about it. Obviously Heinrich has explained that above me but a lot of your answers were very good. You are also a high ranked on SWRP and I have not had any bad encounter with you at all

as great as of a candidate you are my main problem is if you leave 327th this early then it will not be good for the regiment seeming as you just got EXO so it would mean multiple hierarchy members in a short amount of time.

over his 8 - 9 months in CG he had matured and reached the rank of Vice Commander and over that time he has made mistakes just like everyone else however with this in mind he grew as a person and proved people wrong.

When you were in CG, I thought you would've been an amazing candidate, however you did resign and are maining Jedi, meaning your clone activity will be reducted.
You are also going for subpath leader which would not be possible if you were to get battalion
However I have known you since I was Temp in CG and you were one of the best and nicest leaders I have ever been under, you led well and also gave precise orders when needed.
You have lots of experience in commanding ranks which makes you a great candidate.

As your 3 minute timer for NLR was over, so permitting you to return to the scene of your death, which in this case was not even required as the car had been moved, in this instance I do not see this as a case of FailRP NLR. You did not return to the scene of your death, you did not engage in combat with your original combaters, and you found your car, which you recognised as your own, in a different location in your new life. In this regard, I rule this as a valid RP situation, and as such shall consequently remove warn and ban.
