Teidowan engages in deep conversations which allows him to share his perspective and feelings. Master Gondor implies the importance of acknowledging mistakes and seeking redemption. Leading to the controlled simulation of the village tragedy, But with the support of the Jedi this time and with the assistance of the Jedi it provided Teidowan a chance to heal and learn. This in turn leads to Teidowan undergoing training with Gondor to strengthen themselves. Jedi Event Character outlines and execution: Teidowan’s internal conflict is shown due to his isolation, Self-doubt as well as visible distress. Maintaining a constant distance from the Jedi to begin with until they begin to slowly assist in Teidowan opening up addressing the guilt and fear he holds so tightly. Apart from that i have spoken about before was my experience with a working flow and an active team for example having to maintain a can do attitude when leading events while the CO-lead assists as best as possible, To keep the flow of combat and comms in a neat and formidable position. Since being in different regiments dealing with “minges” and “trolls” is norm and being in battalion I’ll make sure to keep these standards within all regiments i supervise as making sure all members are heard and spoken to if need and all questions answered plus all trainings giving or allowing them to gain something from it. Leading is a key part of the battalion as well Also within any base attack/event the task to make sure they keep all the fresh new TRPs and that all is in order when events are occurring when this happens and these numbers can be a large amount discipline and respect is needed as well making sure all are treated correctly and not giving any negative comments or verbal abuse. For myself I feel like staff will help a lot especially with my education I currently study journalism and I feel like this server is a prime example of a strong lasting community and I use this server to create pieces of work speaking about how people enjoy this game server and how they make friends and amazing memories for example the effects of the many people of here have such as Madsheep, McKnight, GM Marshall CMD bobby and his ways with GM. Like I know this is not really my skillset yet, but I have had a good history with maintaining moderation being apart of xbox communities, Game server like Ark but beside my moderation background. I have skills in Media so for publication wise, advertisement, Document assisting & I am quite a talkative person I can have a laugh. I am well driven I do not stop until I get it done. I do have spots of stutters and issues with things, but I feel like it would massively help me by building these up with staff because of the role of it being quite work driven and I want to be apart of something like to improve my skills in a workspace and be a part of a community such as this.
