    +1 over his 8 - 9 months in CG he had matured and reached the rank of Vice Commander and over that time he has made mistakes just like everyone else however with this in mind he grew as a person and proved people wrong.

    -1 due to some experiences on swrp i believe you are currently too toxic for staff and i believe you should take time to improve before applying

    overall +1 people may hate him from GM however as stated before they have all been repeating the same thing he has been extremely active in CT and to my knowledge has cause no problems, hes attitude and behaviour have improved tenfold and as pagan stated it is a lot harder to get major in CT then any other regiment. +1
