  1. My wife. :3 In all seriousness. +1 - Competent - Good site-admin. - Sweet fella and has a brain!
  2. +1 Not gonna lie on this one I think he's competent mate. Proved beneficial like an Nu-7 though this is a literal PassiveRP job, (No guns!!!!)
  3. Your in-Game Name: Kaneki Frost (I'm thinking about changing it) Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:229303029 Your Age: Currently 15 years of age. Your In-Game Playtime: 6w 12h. (By the time writing this.) Your Warns: 1 Warn. Metagaming, job abuse and revenge RDM. (In one warn.) Rate Your RP Skills: 8/10. What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-9 "The Constant" Male. European descent. American origin. Mid-40s. Mostly seen in a normal suit, and a blue tie. Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Yes, I have. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I highly believe that I am an encouraged individual, and able to come up with greater and brighter ideas for the Council, it can allow me to have talks with other fellow Council Members, and see their sides of certain stories, and or situations. I see that the Council can be serious at the time. I believe a friendly and outgoing member would bring stability and diversity and variety to the council, which will be favourable. I personally have served in Alpha-1 for quite some time, and through out that time, I was able to show patience, and being able to work under pressure. Alpha-1 is the MTF in closest contact with the O5 Council, seeing the little things of what the O5 Council does. My vast experience in MTF E-11 has also proved beneficial, teaching me to keep eyes all around me, staying on high alert during breaches, working harmoniously together, to secure the area, and getting personnel to safety during extensive breaches. I believe that I am a mature individual, taking my staff position as an example, I have shown the ability to work under pressure and keeping the things running smoothly, this paid off beautifully as I have shown my ability to be working as Site Administration. Administrative personnel are to be taken seriously, take The Site Director, I've served as Site Director for a high period of time, learning to give out orders, and maintaining harmony through the site. I've recently joined the Ethics Committee, seeing an entire new view of an administrative member, I've learned surprisingly at a high speed and I believe I've shown my abilities and predilection on the field and roles as of such, and I believe I can bring a new perspective to the O5 Council. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: The O5 Council are the top administrative personnel of the Foundation, as they have the ownership of all the Foundation sites. The Council vote on actions to take on critical problems they come across within the site, wether it were to effect internal or external issues. The Council have authority over all foundation staff, and have access to all site recources, and count as the most well valuable personnel on site. The O5 Council differs, reasons for it being their secrecy. A Council member shows themselves when something poses a threat to the Foundation/widespread staff of the Foundation itself. The Council varies from other site administration, seeing that the Council have a select MTF as Bodyguards/protectors, MTF Alpha-1. What is the O5 Council?:The O5 Council are a faction of 12-13 individuals who run the Foundation itself, and the operations that are to happen internally of externally. Overseeing all foundation staff, MTF's, departments and especially other foundation administration members, the Council are crucial to the Foundation, and it's staff, taking they are to make critical decisions. Every Council member is to be considered Class-A Foundation Staff, meaning their route to safety during a site-wide catastrophic event, is to be top priority. Regarding the decisions, the Council votes on main decisions for the foundation, making a decision for the Foundation that will protect it, and not harm it. Council Members have an Expertise when it comes to talking and making things happen. Clearance Level 2 Personnel are unaware of their existence, every single O5 Council Member's identity is a secret, therefore they refer to their nickname/tag/codnames. The O5 Council have the ability to activate the nuclear warhead/omega warhead, though this action is hardly ever to be executed. Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: I'm currently a Site Director, and Senior-Administrator on the server. What Departement would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): I enjoy variety, perhaps we can discuss this together. I have two in mind, MTF's, or Ethics. - Thank you for reading, please inform me if anything needs changing. Kaneki Frost.
  4. [OOC Information] In-Game Name: Kaneki Frost STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:229303029 Current In-Game time: Current Warnings (Show a screenshot of your warns in game): Picture will be placed. [IMPORTANT INFORMATION] 1. Please list the first 3 roles of the Ethics Committee and what it is they do as part of the foundation and Site Administration?* The Ethics Committee gives guidance the O5 Council on what should and should not be done taking into consideration every detail, the local population itself, and the damage that an action can cause to both the Foundation and to the locals, the costs and the risks. Take any catastrophic event. The Ethics Committee takes some time to think of a decision, that will turn out to be the best, and ethical. The ECM is responsible for overseeing the necessary and unnecessary action of the facility, and advising the O5 on what is acceptable an what is not. The Ethics Committee are the ones that balance the moral value, to allow a great future for humanity, the Ethics Committee must pick a lesser option to prevent the anomalous beings, effects, or objects, from spreading around the globe. SCP's breaching, unnecessary waste of foundation recources, the Ethics Committee is able to help keep an eye on the Foundation Staff. The Committee seeks to establish a diversion in which they are able to easily oversee the activities of all on-site personnel regardless of what role they perform,The Ethics Committee is to keep eyes all over Foundation and keep continuously observe the interrogations, SCP tests, and more. They are to keep an eye on unnecessary waste of foundation recources. The Ethics Committee seeks to ensure in context, that all resources used are used properly and handled without waste. 2. Can you explain the 3 Lessons of the ethics committee and why they are important?* The foundation is not evil, or wicked. The Foundation are not here to act like terrorists, or a bad group of people, they are here to show mercy. The Foundation is there to lock away the anomalous entities, and protect the earth from those anomalies, we use violence when necessary as a mean to protect humanity not destroy it, for the children to the elders currently alive to live a peaceful life without having to always stay alert of some random unknown entity kidnapping you, resulting in you dying. Violence isn't needed when not actually needed. The foundation does NOT rule the world. The foundation doesn't rule the world, it's actually the other way around, the foundation is here to assist the Earth, and not let out all these entities, we are the lifesavers of millions and maybe even billions of people, The Foundation is here to serve the world by Securing, Containing, and Protecting the many anomalies. We do what is ethical and right, so that others don't have to experience the effects of the SCP's. The Foundation isn't the war hero in a prestige story. Its the whole entire US Military. The "P" stands for "Protect" The SCP foundation is seeking to protect; it's context isn't simply for one, simple thing. They protect it's employees, researchers and guards, members, and Administration members. They protect the anomalies that they recover from the public eye and as such, overall, protect humanity from the insanity that are SCP's. The organisation, "SCP", is split into three of it's parts. From Euclid to Apollyon, they will try everything to save humanity, and stop the anomalous entities from taking over the entire globe with their effects. "S" Secure. To secure the anomalies, of such instances from the public eye, and to keep anomalies away from the wrong hands, we are to recover it and Secure it. 3. Why do you think you should be accepted into the Ethics Committee?* I've been playing Site Administration for a while, and I quite surley like them, I've aquired whitelists as, Head of External Affairs, and Site Director, I think I should be accepted into the Ethics Committee, because have good leadership, and know what I'm doing when it comes to Site Administration, I'm serving both jobs, Site Director and Head of External Affairs, I should be accepted into the Ethics Committee because I wish to complete our goals with absolute morality. I personally enjoy speaking to one another, when I am to be called on the comms, I will be there swiftly asking if there is anything wrong, I will be able to show maturity to the Site Director and overseers, as well as the entire foundation itself, as they can always rely on a Committee Member, I've lead missions and situations before, so this shouldn't be any problem to me. I've seen a few Ethics Committee members on the field working, and I observed them, and It seemed to have taught me they like things ethical, so do I. [SCENARIO'S] 1. The SD, HoEA and SA start to contradict each other's orders thus creating casualties in the field, what do you do?: Call all three of these Site Administration to a meeting room/private place, and to talk to them about them showing unprofessional behaviour, and I would advise them to be nicer to each-other, and think straight for a moment, now, the HoEA is armed with a pistol, so perhaps I would detain the HoEA, to ensure he won't do anything with that pistol. I would ask all three individually what is wrong, and why they are upset at one another, and attempt to fix the situation. 2. You witness a HR order a shooting of an infected personnel while he begs for his life, what do you do?: Quickly advise to hold fire, and wait a few seconds to see if the infected personnel were to do something, or stand still, if it were to come into custody, we would be able to examine it, ethically. If the infected were to show hostility, attempt to still contain it, if the disease does not spread. 3. A Nu-7 unit complains to you about being picked on by his colleagues for under performing, how do you deal with the situation?: I would gather both the under-performing Nu-7 unit, the ones who picked on him, and their higher-ups on-site, and speak with the higher ups about the unprofessional behaviour of the Nu-7 units (The ones who picked on the other unit.) I would simply tell the "Bully" that the Nu-7 Unit is simply still learning, and that you, perhaps, can teach him a few things about combat. Depending on the situation, on how exactly the Nu-7 Unit is under-performing, he could possibly be taken into custody, and or the "Bully" for unprofessional behaviour. 4. An unknown disease broke out in Ovis City and is turning people into mindless creatures that attack and infect anyone they can get their hands on. The infection is spreading rapidly and is at risk of spreading beyond the city, the MTF can't control it any more and an Overseer is considering using the nuclear weapon to destroy the infection but the HR told you they are very close to a cure that could save the infected, what do you advise the Overseer to do?: I would attempt to advise the overseers for more defensive grounds, and to block off all entrances of the foundation with MTF's, E-11, B7 and Nu-7, and call the medical personnel to do check-ups on everyone to see if they are not sick or anything. The HR said they were CLOSE to a cure, so I would give them a few minutes, to do so, and keep communication with the Overseers, the MTF's and the Research Department, mostly HR. For example, If time ran out, and the spreading of the infected is about to enter the Foundation, there's sadly not much we can do at that point, but if the cure was made before, immidiately use it. 5. 100 people are at risk of dying, if you kill 49 then 50 people will certainly survive but if you only kill 1 then there is a 33% 99 people survive. What do you do?: 33% Is a pretty low number in my opinion, but perhaps choose to kill one, and take the benefit of the doubt, even with doing some math, both could be decent options, but I would choose to only kill one, and believe in those 33%. If it were to fail, I would then probably/maybe have to kill 50 others. As we then atleast have another 50 people.
  5. you ain't nothing but a broke boy, boy, boy, boy.

  7. Your in-Game Name: Kaneki Frost Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:229303029 Your Age: Currently 15 years of age. (Still...) Your In-Game Playtime: 5w 3d. (By the time writing this.) Your Warns: 1 Warn. Metagaming, job abuse and revenge RDM. (In one warn.) Rate Your RP Skills: 8/10. What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-10 "The Accountant." ^ Male. Nordic descent. In his late 30's, mostly charming, plays a large roll in helping MTF's Upon not listening, you may mysteriously dissapear afterwards. Likes things being done quietly Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: I have Absolutely! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): Through the many times I've played on the server, and obtaining some of the whitelists, I've been taught about all the kinds of things you are able to do within the foundation, HoMD provides ammunation, as HoEA keeps secrecy, but this doesn't stop the fucking Civilians from being shocked from a giant gate beyond a blue door, but now that I have obtained the Site Director WL, and that I've played this certain job for a while, It's safe to say that being a high member of the Foundation can certainly be breathtaking, and I certainly know what the feeling of that is, however you are to make good decisions, that cannot lead to someone's life being taken, or the Veil of Secrecy being broken. Usually this is HoEA's job, but we are here to discuss the question, what role can I bring, Support, Professionality and doing absolutely everything necessary to keep the foundation at it's prime, and to make sure no one is to find out about the foundation, instead of going guns blazing, ever thought about a Stealth Op? Making stuff as quiet as possible. Will you ask for Patience? ... I will deliver ... will you ask for optimism and common sense? ... I will deliver. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration? Question is who works directly with the notoriously private and inaccessible O5 Council? Let's see. First the O5 Council's muscle, Mobile Task Force Alpha-01, appropriately nicknamed the Red Right Hand. These are the best of the best, handpicked for both skill and absolute loyalty to the Council. They work with an extra layer of secrecy and accept their orders directly from O5. If the Council decides it doesn't care for you, then the red laser dot that appears on your head an hour later is attached to a rifle of a Red Right Hand operative. Also seemingly the O5 Council are able to grant any sort of request at their will, but they will mostly deny requests depending what this could be. So, the differ, as they have bodyguards, and they are to be considered Class-A foundation staff, as they are the ones who are to evacuate site, if something catastrophic were to happen. - The O5 Council Members can also grant specific requests such as the making of Grenades. MTF Alpha-01, are the O5's Muscle, as they O5 Council Members themself are the Mind. The O5 Council are to make the most critical decisions for the Foundation itself, and It's staff. What is the O5 Council?: Like most secret organizations, the Foundation goes to great lenghts to make sure their forbidden knowledge remains secret, that's why low level junior researchers, guards, and janitorial staff aren't privy to where all the bodies are buried - both literally and metaphorically speaking. The O5 are a group of 12 or 13 people, usually named "The Overseers" or "The Overwatch." . The Foundation has five levels of security clearance, and the O5 Council and their select staff are the only ones who are at Security Level 5 - also known as "Thaumiel Clearance." O5 Council members are also considered Class A Foundation Staff; meaning they are of critical value to the operations of the Foundation. As such, they're not permited to interact with any anomalies for fear, corruption, alteration or death. Though of course seeing as they're the most powerful people in the Foundation, they don't always follow their own rules on this one. In the event of an emergency their evacuation and transportation to a designated Safe Zone becomes a top priority to all Foundation underlings. They rarley, if ever, interact with the majority of the Foundation instead favoring to use a vast network of messengers and go-betweens for security purposes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: I am a Site Director. What Departement would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): I do not mind any, maybe we can discuss this. Leaning to MTF's. Well It seems that I have tried again when a slot was open. Cheers for reading xx Ending. ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛

  12. Born and raised inside an unknown facility in Germany, Subject █ █ █ went through terrifying tests, performed by Dr. T. ████ . And Dr. J. ████ . Henry was raised by both these Doctors, and Henry never really minded them doing experiment on him. Subject: █ █ █ Also known as “Henry” is known to have bad eye-sight, but can hear and sense just perfectly fine, maybe even better. Throughout the numerous tests Henry has gone through, he has mostly succeeded in every test. Henry’s main colours that he can see are Red, and he can slightly see Yellow. Henry can be very friendly towards other humans, and usually decides to be. - Dr. T. And Dr. J. sometimes assign Henry to missions, where Henry will go undercover and see what is going on in the world. Henry’s tactic of maneuvering is feeling the walls, and using his senses to walk around - - First Henry was sent to The Netherlands, he was sent to a specific place located in the South of the Netherlands, a place called “Maastricht” reports indicate there was a small anomalous object dropped in an alleyway, which looked like a compass, which Henry successfully retrieved it and Henry returned. Moving on to Henry’s second mission, he was sent to France, specifically “Versailles”, to retrieve an anomalous French Necklace, which turns the one wearing it invincible for 10 seconds. - Henry retrieved the object, but was caught when leaving, he wore the necklace and started running, shaking off the hostiles through Versailles’s streets. He did take bullets to the leg, but he felt nothing of it. Henry successfully returned. After he returned he enjoyed some free time all by himself, trying to focus and hope he could see some other colours, he sadly failed. Dr. T. And Dr. J. performed tests on Henry, and officially gave him this name, made test logs, two of them to be exact, doing small tests on Henry. making sure he is ready for the last test. A Senior Field Agent was assigned to Henry, and brought him to OvisCity, informing Henry there are some old buds in town he can say Hello to. Henry has been informed secretly about GOI’s by the Former Field Agent, but only Henry knew, because he was out in the Field. He knew stuff about MC&D and The Chaos Insurgency, for example. Henry soon finds another Facility inside the Subway of OvisCity, and attempts to make some new friends, as he realizes he might not be safe inside this Facility, as he loses his only communication to his "Home." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ OOC: In-game name: Henry Set Job: ???
