By the looks of things in the video, he had died, went to armoury to get guns and then he went out. Highly doubt that he committed a crime because of how much flip flopping your story has, you just seem like a kid who tried to arrest someone unknowing that they had died and because he left you made a ban request.

Neutral The fact that he is shouting that he said he died and NLR is in effect should have given you a heads up not to arrest them. He probably left due to you ignoring what he was saying. Also using warns as a point when he hasn't been warned in months doesn't prove anything.
