What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I am to make the server a more enjoyable and friendlier place for both new and existing players and also support GC as we are left with just one staff member in the regiment.
Why do you stand out among other candidates: I believe that I have a good standing in the community, I dont believe I have any enemies / people who dislike me, as of proven recently with my Trial EXO period for GC I can be stern when needed but enjoy a good laugh here and there, I have been told by many that I am respected and reliable. In real life I teach martial arts / kickboxing classes weekly (after achieving my black belt aged 12) and I feel as if it has made me a disciplined and dedicated individual. Therefor I know how to handle people who may be bending rules etc due to having previous run ins with those kinds of people. Growing up i have always been told I am mature despite my age and am a good natured person who strives to see the positives in the most negative of situations.
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): Firstly I am very active, almost sadly so secondly, the hours I play I notice need more staff on at, for example late night where minges begin to appear expecting to get away with rule breaking. Due to lockdown and there being no exams I will have plenty of free time on my hands and I am planning to spend it on SWRP anyway, so I'd atleast like to do my bit and keep the server as free as possible of minges, rule breakers etc. thirdly In my time on this server, albeit short I have learned to get to know most people on this server, therefor I know how most people or atleast groups of people like to act I believe this could be a massive help in resolving staff sits / issues, finally me being a high ranking member of GC, being surrounded by staff and serving under them I have learned a lot from them since I joined the server I have been in GC the whole time, I believe this shows my dedication to the things I love, during this time as a high ranking GC I have had to deal with lots of issues and worked hard to solve them, albeit being shakey here and there I believe for a long time that GC has been a solid regiment and I'd like to think i've played a part in that, since Solaire resigned I have stepped up my game from before where as I was doing my loggings etc to now making sure everyone in the regiment, ET to SO is doing good and I try my best to make sure everyone gets their loggings done every week, often allowing people to take over a training when I was about to do one as they need it more than I do, I believe this shows that I am a helpful person, which a staff member should be.
Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes, I understand fully.
If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: If I am SOD then nothing as SOD is an OOC job, however personally I do not care for salutes but I understand why this could trouble others, I would simply remind them that they should salute 2nd LT+ and Knight+ and also to probably be more careful as others might not take it as lightly as I did and move on with whatever I was doing.
You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: Take time Reflect on what I could do to improve, and get my head down to work double as hard the next week to make up for the mistakes made prior.
You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: The way I normally handle situations such as these would to be to try my best to avoid said person when possible so as to not create any unneeded hostility, however I would not let this get in the way of my job as a staff and if required would work together with them to continue my job.
