I resigned a month ago today from 41st SpecOps LTCOL and have spoken with Breatoking to enquire on just how recent a resignation can be in order for a Battalion application to still be valid. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment (If so explain the reason): I believe I was blacklisted from 501st due to the same issue surrounding my tier, again this was lifted and I am more than happy to dispute this further if needs be as I do believe it was a very convoluted situation. What is the Battalion Motto: "Lead your mean to death, Honour is better than surrender" (Which I still think makes absolutely no sense as battalion cant actually order suicide pushes, only VA+ can.) Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): A member of Battalion is tasked with running the base both in the day to day during defcon 5 and also when in defence of any base attacks, or even planetary operations. This can go from granting and denying landings / takeoffs all the way to leading full scale planetary incursions for the GAR. A battalion member may be tasked with the supervision of a regiment, not acting as a fourth hierarchy member but as a watchful eye for Admiralty, reporting any wrongdoings or better of, any exceptional performance of all members within their supervised regiment, including and most importantly the Commander, Vice Commander and Executive Officer. If permitted by the regimental hierarchy and authorised by High Command, the supervisor may also conduct both NCO trainings and Tryouts, in the absence of any SOs or RH they may also lead their supervised regiment during battle, given they have not been tasked with leading the entire republic force currently undergoing said operation. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): Well, when it comes to experience I think I am plentiful aswell as maturity and seriousness however as shown by my previous exploits (Both IC/OOC) I am also fairly approachable and able to get along with most people, even if it goes against my own wishes in order to complete the task at hand. As stated prior I have led many base attacks and even a planetary or two, just on CWRP this was at a point when there was often a lack of Battalion around, I am experienced with the Voice Amp too. Of course on IRP as Vice-Admiral I led my fair share of events also. I understand completely how the server should function and how others should behave, aswell as being self aware to the point of understanding that Battalion is a highly esteemed position and is looked up to by a lot of the troops and so I will be expected to carry out my duty as such. OOC: Seen by my time as staff manager, aswell as a long lasting super admin on both server I can be trusted with high positions which hold a fair bit of power and can be expected not to exercise this in anyway which may be deemed detrimental to the server, again I will happily dispute my one Temporary Tier in about 2 and a half years of staffing which I still think, pardon my language was completely horseshit. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank? Of course, I would not wish to tarnish the badge. What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): As explained prior, a Battalion member should be with their supervised regiment assisting them with both leading and fighting as they see fit, they should never however be running around brashly in the fray and should attempt to remain as safe of a position as they can be whilst still supporting their troops. They may also be tasked with Co-leading an event where they are expected to give suggestions to their comrade who is leading the main republic force, during a Co-lead they should also be granting/denying requests with consideration for what the leading Battalion thinks, this is to allow the main Leader to be able to conduct the GAR as smoothly and with as little afterthought as possible. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted? 1. You must host an open training, 2. Of course, you must Lead a base attack and conduct the debrief afterwards, 3. Finally, leading a planetary operation is the last step in becoming a fully fledged member of Battalion. +1, To put it simply WG seems to love redemption stories majority of those in high positions currently wouldn't be there if someone somewhere had the wacky notion to give them a second chance, without naming any names. The commander strike never should have happened, Kids came out of noclip infront of him and got ran over it was a very one sided discussion between Frisby and Kids. The Hierarchy Blacklist was also complete bollocks, Blacklisted 6 months after leaving the server just because Silent felt like it? Good joke. I even spoke to Silent myself after he handed out said blacklist and his response was something along the lines of "Haha, doesn't matter I did it cause I can, not like theyre going to come back to the server anyway." I'm not gonna type a big message sucking this guy off cause for a start, you all know he's my mate anyway so it would be incredibly bias I just feel that some clarity needs to be expressed here seeing as the majority of the server seems to give Pagan a bad rep as a result of an incredibly twisted game of chinese whispers which has happened since his initial departure to NRP.

Neutral, In all honesty Dex as an individual I have never once had a bad incident with aswell he has plenty of experience, however I would say that it is very apparent that activity is somewhat a struggle for him, however I would say that his activity appears to always increase around the time of certain openings, Hierarchy spots etc. so perhaps this application may act as motivation for him. +1/ Neutral. Alright a few things to state at first which seem to require emphasis albeit aforementioned by multiple others the following two rules were violated. 1. The use of staff powers in order to spy on any IC situation or meeting is wrong and one of the first things you are told to avoid doing upon obtaining a position in the staff team, this is non negotiable and anyone who thinks otherwise is incorrect. 2. To quote the staff code of conduct directly: "You ARE NOT to interact with roleplay situations while playing as SOD, unless it is to intervene where a player is breaking out of character rules" This point is specifically applicable to Zab as there is complete evidence of him doing this, I have also noticed this on multiple other occasions. Now, to dispute some points made from others. This entire argument is counter intuitive, the whole point of not using your staff powers to disturb IC happenings was broken here, it shows that even with minimal involvement, by just simple being present Zab using noclip and cloak with his name appearing in the chat box for who can hear disturbed this IC situation, meaning that this was no longer a completely valid roleplay scenario and albeit quite cringe this does mean that "The immersion was ruined". This has been a feature of RRD / Researchers ever since they were first inducted into the server under Pain & Frisby, the due to some research being conducted on clones being deemed unethical in the eyes of the republic. Of course the alternative is to terminate the subject however for many reasons, the aforementioned is the preferred option. See my response to Jeff, your duty as you understand it well as a staff member is to ensure all players can enjoy a roleplay experience with minimal OOC interruptions, Zabs presence alone (before even speaking) was enough for the participants of the RP to break character. This is not what is being disputed here, this is a given however RRD were ordered over IC comms prior to the map switch to rishimoon to report to the RAs office. Unless you were planning on warning RRD for breaking CL5 & 6, this is not your job you failed your job to maintain RP within the server when you alerted everyone within that room with your presence, breaking the roleplay completely. It's not your place to inform him of this, unless force was in an OOC situation of course. If the CG were then to respond to this situation they would have been metagaming, which you would have instigated. Another warnable offence for normal players. Perhaps questioned IC rather than by a noclipping staff member, who has no valid argument to be present. To my knowledge there was no attempt IC to communicate with RRD? I have responded to this as expected, as a Super Admin and not as RRD Hierarchy, the evidence is stacked against Zab with little to not rebuttal, I am aware of some negative bias held against RRD by 212th however this is irrelevant when staff duties are in question. The only saving grace in this scenario is that Zab himself is actually quite an understanding and approachable person OOC and I do not believe his intent was malicious, however actions (conscious or not) especially like this should have consequences. Apologies are one thing however prior actions are another, staff members in the past have abused their powers and despite being however apologetic they still received valid punishment, only difference being they were pro-active and attempted to right their wrongs prior to being reported.

What role are you applying for: Head Research Officer What makes you a good pick for the role: (200 Words - Minimum) Well, I believe that in my time on the server I have achieved many feats however those I have enjoyed the most have to be my time partaking in passive RP, whether that be RC Interrogations or Jedi happenings. My experience is second to none and I have what it takes to build this from the ground up, as I already have via helping making the required documents and concepts. I previous experienced from my short time spent as a temporary 74th DMO as well as overseeing many research experiments as RC. Now I understand what I am sacrificing in order to potentially obtain this role but I have full confidence of the current High Council and Masters to continue the great efforts and progress we have made collectively. The role I played in the creation of the RRD & Regimental medics allows me to have an edge on other applicants as I understand most, if not all inner and outer workings of the RRD. As many of you know and as many of you may call bias, me and the Head Medical Officer served together in RC and had many memorable moments which we sometimes shared with those out with RC and I would like to offer these pleasantries to the server once more. Furthermore despite popular belief I do not actually enjoy combat that much in the server and as mentioned prior, during my time in RC I often opted for the passive options such as interrogating prisoners or protecting VIPs which is why I believe this role is best suited for me. Describe the roles and responsibilities of the role you are applying for: The Head of Research must lead the RRD, focusing on bettering the war effort via medical developments and enhancements in clones, their main focus should be monitoring the divisions performance both in and out of events and of course, their general activity. He has the authority to promote and demote to any ranks within the RRD meaning they will also be tasked with the interviews for the RRD. Bottom line is the main objective is to focus on medical research and may take control when hostile diseases are spread across the battlefield. Their expertise is second to none in the field of medical practice. FMO must oversee all regimental medics and ensure they are fighting fit and ready to keep their fellow soldiers sustained in battle. HMO will oversee and aid both of the aforementioned to further the republics war effort. Both in and out of combat. What is combat healing: Combat healing is the act of sustaining someone's HP whilst they are under and exposed to continuous fire. What is healing priority: Healing priority is the order in which you would heal soldiers infront of you. -1 There is little to no justification for what you did OOC or IC. IC - you have no authority to execute prisoners, nor do RC via the use of anything but their own weapons and without others. OOC - The only justification I could see being viable is "Whoops Missclick" and even at that, its a poor show. You've been warned countless times about using your RPG and have killed countless friendlies aswell. Not just by staff but also by the playerbase and you more often than not decided it would be best to argue and attempt to defend yourself than to accept the fact that you were in the wrong. I would maybe expect this from a new 212th SO, but not from a Battalion 2nd Lieutenant. You fucked up and now have to face the consequences.

+1, I always said throughout the process of Rez's ban that it was most likely freak luck, Rez with what integrity he holds openly admitted that he did infact hack on Counter Strike, which is a different kettle of fish altogether, however still maintaining and sticking to his guns that he didnt not actually hack on GMOD, which is understandable.. Note: the hacks used on CS were Wallhacks, not aimbot. He was accused of Aimbot on GMOD.. In all honesty Rez has had mixed opinions from the community, however despite some minor mishaps towards the end of his time in 501st he hasn't actually been that toxic, or detrimental to the server. Despite some childish comments made towards the Server Manager in a previous unban appeal, which in all honesty I can kind of understand as he has stuck to his word of not Hacking in GMOD. There was significantly less evidence available and less surveying conducted upon Rez, albeit an attempt at a reconstruction of the events. I myself was on the receiving end of that 1v3 clutch situation could even admit it was a lapse in judgement from me, perhaps even from the other two. Rez has had enough time to mature and evidently has learned from his prior actions I think he deserves another chance. TL:DR - won a freak clutch, doesn't mean he's a big aimbotter and has learned to stop acting like a complete child about things, even when he believes he's in the right - something others should do also.
