Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link In Character Section - In-Game name: (Regiment, Rank and then your name) DU PFC Falcon (currently eagle but will be changed) All Previous Ranks Obtained: (Highest Per Regiment) DU : Colonel CT : SGTM 327th : pfc What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) i think i should be picked because i like to lead and have the leading experience from my 3 months as DU SO also, i am very active and can perform really good as shown in my 2 logging records on the DU spreadsheet one for SO and one hierarchy (was during temp exo). i have a lot of fun ideas for trainings during defcon 5 and i get along with most people i meet. i can work together with people as a team and can be a fun guy to be around but aslo can be very serious if needed (was one of the reasons i got colonel in DU). i also am very active and always try to get more logs than the mins i got to make. i also try to get the best out if my men i encourage them to become better. i have been around for about 6 months so not as long as most people here but in my eyes still a respectable time, so i have whitnesed a lot of change in DU. i see battalion as a oppurtunity to become better and change the good way. in my eyes i have shown that im worthy and i hope i get the job. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalion are the leaders of the base they guide everyone through events and help them if they have a problem. they are in charge and are respected by everyone. battlaion gives tactical commands during comebat to make the regiments work together as a team and not have every regiment work by themself they also have a lot of things to do during Defcon 5 like granting and denying acces to base, the usage of training rooms and for people that want to take of or land. they also get to supervise a regiment to make sure the regimental command is doing what it needs to do and try to help them improve. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) i have been striked in DU a while a go and that strike resulted in my demotion. i got striked because of poor behavior and toxicity and that didn't improve so i got demoted from major to captain. i worked my way back up and realized my behaviour needed to change so i changed and i believe i did a good job at that Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: i do understand that battalion is a very respectable rank and that members need to take their job seriously because if not no one will. they have a huge impact on the rest of the people and if my behaviour is unaceptable punisment is deserved What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) the leading battalion is the one giving orders to everyone helped by a co leader if available. if your not leading you will not intervene the leader and not give orders yourself so the leading battalion can fully focus on his job. you can go and help the regiment you supervise by listening to the highest rank in that regiment and making sure they understood battalions orders What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: the three duties a officer Cadet has to complete are leading a planetary with voice amp, hosting a open sim and host a debrief to a good enough standard What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: the battalion brigadier can promote and demote up to captain and below.
