But i do not play those alot due to the fun being at the administration now. I also got my ECM whitelist since yesterday! Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I feel i will become a good Site Director due to my social skills. Alot of the time i got on HoEA there are no Site Directors on and the researchers and MTF ask me stuff due to me being the highest role on site. I am good at commanding people. Not neccesarilly bossing around but just instructing as one would say. Most of the time the site is a shit show and as HoEA i have no command in there what so ever and i want to change that. I have been enjoying the administration jobs very much for the past couple of weeks and want to get more influence and actually have perms to do stuff on site. What role does the Site Director have on the site?: The role of Site Director is basically to keep an overview of the site personell and administration. He does not awnser to anyone except the O5 council and can boss anyone he wants to around. He is usually the guy where administration and commanders report back to if needed or asked. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 council is the highest of chains there is within the foundation. O5 council members are unknown and are very influencual people. They have no limit except from the Administrator. The O5 council are 13 of the most powerfull people on earth and helped build, finance or have done something great for the foundation. Alot of speculation comes from within the different sites due to the lack of information about the O5. But that is not that important. Important to know is to always listen to them or else you might find yourself in a acid pit near 682.

What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-10. Named The Doctor. The Doctor is a caucasian male of dutch origin and is estemated to be around his 30's. He is estimated to be around 196cm in length and has brown hair and is seen wearing mostly a black suit with a red undershirt or seen in scrubs. The Doctor joined the foundation on [REDACTED]. He rose trought he ranks due to his knowledge and being a personel doctor for site administration. He later was asked to join the O5 council due to him being very friendly towards site personell lower than him and was asked to be the medical supervisor for the O5 council. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I should be picked as an O5 council due to my actual medical knowledge (Seeming as i am a nurse in training) and i am good with keeping an overview. So let's say we get attacked by a massive group of enemies and the whole site has gone to hell i would take the coordination of the site and keep an overview of what is happening. Seeming as i do work in triage at the hospital i know what to prioritize and what not. Also i can bring good communication to the O5 council. The O5 are the most important people on site and if something has happend they will know it almost instantly. They are always kept up to date on site activities and projects that are happening. They get the best protection they can get due to their power. They have no restrictions what so ever and are to be protected at all times. They basically keep an overview over the site and get reports form the site director. They are massivly different from other site adminitrators due to their power and knowledge. Let's say the site needs to be evacuated. The O5 are first ones to be brought to safety. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 council is a group of 13 people that have ultimate control over the Foundation. Each O5 member knows almost everything there is to know about the Foundation and its activities. Between them all, they know every single secret that the Foundation holds. Most foundation personell spend their entire careers without seeing them. Foundation staff below Clearance level 2 don't even know they exist. Most people outside of the foundation have never heard of them or don't think they are real and just a myth. They make votes on certain projects and changes within the foundation. That is why there is a 13th person usually called ''The Decision Maker''. We also have The Administrator. Wich is basically the one person above the O5 council or he might be a part of them. There is still too little information about The Administrator.
