It is a glitch it happens sometimes when I tab out and tab back it starts shooting the secondary cannons ( it is also completely random so it didn't come to my mind that I should have checked if it was glitched it happens rarely) . but this time when i tabbed out and back in I was still in the front of the briefing and i had my keys in my hand. So I didn't notice it was glitched until I got in the ship and when I got in the ship the damage was already done. Evidence:

i understand that the admins can't prove that it was a glitch and they are just doing there job.
but the only thing i could defend myself with is that i never got warned or banned before and looking to my rank why would i do this? i also got Plat VIP and pac-3 why would i get that stuff and then commiting MRDM that is just throwing away money and time.
At last i would like to apologize to everyone that i have killed it wasnt my intension and i will try to make sure it doesnt happen again.
I hope the warns can get changed to accidental because it was an accident.

I believe this CE has great future, High playtime and rank... The last CE COL to join battalion didn't go that well [Archer Moment] . But fluffy has the attuide to act when needed and does so, along with a great personally in criminal jobs making everyone have fun. Doesn't minge even when the chance arrives . Great replacement for victor

What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum)
Because I am not just here writing this purely out of my self, people from 3 different regiments told me to apply for battalion, if they all saw something in me I'm sure they are not mistaken. I enjoy leading, both in and out of combat and a happy leader is more likely to inspire happy troops. I'm a trustworthy guy shown by the facts people come to me with there problems and am able to be very impartial when it comes to making judgements (this extends to myself, however sarcastically narcissistic I might sound).
I have been told I'm a friendly and approachable guy and like to help others with there problems and have in the past worked as a mediator for people who have had problems with other players.
I don't very much like to have problems hidden and undiscussed and causing needless friction, making me a fairly honest although sometimes a bit to direct of a person.
I can also speak fairly fluently, being no stranger to having to present large projects, giving speeches to large crowds or even theater performance as you probably have noted, writing, specially with a text minimum is not my strong suit partly do to me having dyslexia nor do I like to write about myself.
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)
In short, the supervision, leading and management of base and the regiments there in.
We are to set a example for conduct to our troops by behaving ourself in a mature and dignified manner and correcting any issues we encounter on our daily duties.
We are to lead our troops into battle, making sure to create a bit of order in the chaos of a battlefield, making sure to see and lead the big picture so the lower clone leaders can focus on and do there tasks effectively.
And one of the most important things, we are to manage our daily goings on, from the simple granting and denying requests to the organizing of trainings and handling of smaller issues that arise.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL)
I would stay with whatever regiment you are supervising, if ordered by the leading battalion to oversee another regiment you would go with them instead. I also would not be there to act as there commander and give orders all around but to assist the already existing leadership there, more of a mouthpiece of the leading battalion if anything. I would also be allowed to assist in the mid to front line assuming my equipment would be suitable.
What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:
Lead a planetary with voice amp, do a satisfactory debrief, carry out a open sim.
What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to:
Up to captain.

I also would like to add that, although I didn't add it in the duties of a battalion as i feel its more of a meta/general duty, I think its a fairly important duty to make sure regiments have stuff to do and aren't bored out of there minds by form of passive RP. This is a RP server after all.
