Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe I should be part of the O5 Council because I'm a very experienced player on the server especially when it comes to Site Administration, these claims can be proved by the fact that I've been a Head of External Affairs twice and also that I'm the current Vice-Chairman of the Ethics Committee, not only that but until now I've been in a lot of different Whitelisted Groups and each of them gave me a little experience in different areas such as Combat and PassiveRP, not only that but recently I became part of the server's Staff Team which shows that I'm well known on the server and that I'm trustworthy and mature enough to hold this position. As I said previously me being part of the Ethics Committee and Head of External Affairs gave me a lot of experience on dealing with internal matters such as commanding MTFs and dealing with Site Directors or Site Advisors that were acting unprofessional and putting the whole Site at risk, I've also had my experiences with dealing with the local Government or GoI as a Head of External Affairs. Also I was an Agent in MTF Alpha-1 twice before it became unWhitelisted, while I was on the job I had the chance of seeing different O5 Council Members approaching different situations in different ways, these times gave me a better understanding on what O5 Council Members do and how they should act while on-site. My experiences being it bad or good certainly teached me how to improve next time and as such I'm already familiarized with situations that require quick thinking and me making the important decisions. Personnally I have a way of thinking which is "The ends justify the means", I act in ways that guarantee that the Foundation and the World as we know it will leave as unharmed as possible. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: The O5 Council manages the Foundation as a whole, they are the ones who manage military operations and the fundings for different Departments, the O5 Council are the ones to appoint the Site Directors and they also have the power to demote them, actually if any of the Site Administration are found to be unable or unwillingly to perform their jobs any O5 has the power to demote and replace them, O5s are people with access to every file in the Foundation because of their Clearance level 5. An O5 Council Member usually when on Site keeps his presence hidden except from the Site Administration and controls everything from the shadows trough the SD, the reason for that is due to their value, not only because of their title but because a death or capture of one of those 13 Members could be fatal for the Foundation as not only they could leak important information but because it's hard to replace an O5 Council Member, that's why most of the time they are accompanied by their personal MTF Alpha-1 Agents to protect them and are not allowed to come into contact with any anomalous entity. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is a group of 13 individuals who lead the SCP Foundation, they have acess to everything that happens within their Sites around the world. Some of them have anomalous abilities and sometimes very peculiar personalities, usually they come from somewhere within the Foundation but sometimes they can be brought in from outside, except the mysterious "The Administrator" they are the most powerful individuals in the organization. I was there, basically he got arrested for some reason, and then he started to break out of cuffs while under gun point and then I showed up and told him to stop breaking out while he had a gun pointed at him, I said multiple times that he can't break cuffs while under gunpoint, since he was just saying "Yeah yeah the Gmod Admin said" or smth close to that I warned him for Breaking FearRP and then he stopped breaking out for a while, after a while he is warned (maybe banned I dont remember) again for the same thing. Knowledge is power, what you decide to do with that power it's a different matter tho, right now I just want it, why do I want knowledge? Well it's quite simple, because it's fun, no I don't mean that knowing EVERYTHING like you are Jesus Christ himself is fun, I mean the road to get there, every new discovery comes as a surprise and fills your heart with joy when you understand things, every new discovery you make can be either a completely new phenomena or a plot twist that just throws everything you kno out of the window. However to gain knowledge you have to read, study and experiment, the problem is that a person can never hope to find all books that exist or have ever existed, unless you have access to the Wanderer's Library, an almost if not infinite library that has nearly all books that were written and even some that never were, I can't begin to imagine what marvelous books I can find there, how much knowledge! Well that's one of the reasons, I'm basically a "bookworm", altough there is another reason which is... the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition or "Jailors" and "Bookburners", I have a serious problem with them, how can they so simply jail and destroy those mythical creatures so easily, by the way I'm talking about the friendly ones, I'm not saying that they should let the Lizard out in the world, but I believe that the ones that are friendly should have the right to be free, like that cute orange thing they have, I think they call it SCP-999, seriously it's so cute! And still they keep him locked underground, what a waste... I know a lot about The Serpent's Hand such as...: that the Hand is not an organization like most outsiders think, we are more of a "movement", anyone can join the Hand if willingfully to do so and can leave whenever, also we don't have someone to call a "Leader", unless you are in L.S.'s faction or in the other many factions and splinter groups that are scattered trought our "movement", which to me is the best part! Everyone does what they want, how they want, we aren't restrained to orders or Command Centers telling us where to and where not to go, each and everyone is free to act how they think it's best. The Serpent's Hand, when and where did it start? Altough I couldn't find anything about exactly where is started I could find some intersting dates of when it started, yes I said "dates" since nobody really knows when it did but most people believe it was in the late 19th Century A.C.. Now about the "trademark" of the Hand, the Wanderer's Library, most people know that the Hand has acess to the Library and that they even use for meetings, but it wasn't always like that, at a certain point in near mid 20th Century A.C. the Hand lost acess to the Library, altough I couldn't find out exactly why. I would describe myself as...: good humoured, maybe even talkative when I'm debating with someone else, I love debates, it's like a War but instead of bodies and scraps it leaves destroyed arguments and ideas, or maybe just a draw. I also find myself to be patient, there isn't really anything that sets me off to the point of bring blinded by rage. Finally as I said previously, I think the word that better describes me is "bookworm", I love books, they are a way of storing so much knowledge in such small sized letters, not only that but it gives freedom to your imagination, while watching a movie, whenever you think of scenes from the movie you will have them stored with that specific look, while in books it can be however you want, cartoonish or realistic. My story about finding the Library & The Serpent's Hand starts with... Alexylva University, I know what you are thinking, don't worry I'll explain. Melo Samue is the name I adopted when I came to this reality, my original name was "Argento Aurel" but that's just past, anyways, I was a student in the renowned Alexylva University, the best University in the whole Empire, I originally was planning on graduating in Philosophy, how did I end up here then? Well I had a professor which I was friends with, we shared similar opinions and overall we got along with eachother, one day he told me about this "Wanderer's Library", a place with infinite knowledge, that gathered books from around all the worlds, realities and universes, I told him that it was unlikely if not impossible for such thing to exist, he still wanted to believe in that and he told me that he wants to find it one day. When I was heading home that same day, I couldn't get that story off my head, it seemed like I had started dreaming of finding that place aswell, while lost in my toughts I didn't notice a strange ripple in the air infront of me and I walked into it, I then show up in a library like place that has bookshleves of heights I've never seen before, it takes me a while to process all that but then slowly I startd to think- "You know what? Maybe my professor wasn't dreaming at all.", it was painfully obvious to me where I was, to be honest I was surprised with my reaction, instead of fear and maybe worry about my situation it felt like I had never been so happy in my entire life, I started to open and read books, if I remember correctly I spent 10 minutes doing that, I had never seen so many unkown languages, symbols and other things like that, it was comfirmed to me, that was the Wanderer's Library, I picked a book in Latin and started to read it, a while later 5 people enter the Library, they were dressed drastically different from what I was used to, they stare at me before coming in my direction and talking to me, they were speaking English, however I only knew Latin back then, however luckly, one of them knew a little bit about Latin language and we managed to have a conversation, I told my story to them of how I got there and then they told me who they were, they were members of The Serpent's Hand and that they were a small splinter group that was mainly focused on attacking an organization known as "GOC" or "Bookburners" as they called them, of course I didn't understand what neither of those factions were so they caredto explain everything about their reality anomalous world, the factions, the anomlous objects and etc., they told me that there was this city called "OvisCity", a city where anomalies appear left and right, and because of that multiple organizations had set up there and that it was essentially a war zone, I asked them if I could come along since it seemed way more interesting than going back home, however they declined since I didn't know English, which was a huge problem for communication, so they said to learn the language and then they would let me go along and that's what I did, it took me a few monthsbut I managed to learn it enough that communicaton wasn't a problem anymore. Then I finally stepped into OvisCity, it looks a lot different from my hometown, the buildings looks old, they also didn't seem to be as technologically advanced as my country was, but anyways they teached me where the Way was so I could go back to the Library at any given time, after a few hours of touring and explanation they gave me some money so I could rent an apartment, which is from where I'm writing this to you now.

Another reason is that trought my time in the Server I've been in most Whitelisted RP Groups of V6 and I am also a Group Manager currently which I believe shows that I spent time and effort on this community, that I am mature and responsible enough to have important positions and that I'm trusted enough for a position in the Staff Team. I personnally believe that I have a good reputation on the server since I always try to be nice and chill about things with other players since we are all there to have fun but I also try to do a good RP as much as I can to have a good experience for me and other on the server. (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP is based on the internet "creepypasta" of the SCP Foundation which is basically a clandestine organization supported by all world governments that specializes in Securing and Containing anomalous entities or phenomena and Protecting humanity from them by keeping them locked away in their so called "Sites" or "Areas", SCP-RP tries to re-create that by putting the players in Foundation workers's feet having to deal with multiple dangerous anomalies from inside the Site that's located in the fictional city of "OvisCity" which no one seems to know where it's located however it's speculated it's located in either Canada or USA. In the Werwolf-Gaming SCP-RP case the SCP Foundation Site-19 has to deal with both anomalous threats from inside and the Groups of Interest threats from outside, however there is more to that since there are multiple Job Classes on both the Site and the Surface, in the Site you have classes from the Mobile Task Forces to the Janitorial Staff, each class has a different role and objective whitin the Site, on the other hand the Surface houses the Local Government of OvisCity and multiple Groups of Interest that can be Hostile, Neutral or Friendly to the Foundation or local Government, like inside the Site each class has a different objective and sometimes there can be some interesting events like Groups of Interest such as the Chaos Insurgency join forces with the Local Government to attack the Site and vice-versa. ARD (Accidental Random Deathmatch)- Killing someone whitout a RP reason accidentally. RDA (Random Arrest)- Arresting someone without a valid RP reason Breaking NLR (New Life Rule)- Using information from your past life (after you died) within RP or going back to the place where you died whitin 5 minutes of your last death. FailRP- Breaking a RP situation by doing things you wouldn't do in Real Life (Suicide to avoid being captured, closing doors while in cuffs, etc) Microphone Spamming- Using your microphone to annoy people by playing loud sounds, music, etc. LTARP (Leaving to Avoid RP)- Leaving to avoid an RP situation.
