  1. In-Game Name: Jack Euclid Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:172652814 Forum Name: jack euclid What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words? The job revolves around being the administrator of the facility (now replacing O5), they are solely responsible for overseeing all operations in the facility and their subordinates (MTF Commanders, Zone Managers, HoEA, etc). The Site Director is supposed to respond correctly to difficult circumstances that involve internal matters while allowing some autonomy for other departments like HoEA and Surface. Past experience in leadership positions? HR Owner, E-11 Commander, SA, HOS, Mayor, B7 Commander, ECM, SD (when it was unwhitelisted), virtually every single unwhitelisted job on the server including leadership, Nu-7 Commander (before Nu-7 rework) Rate your RP Skills on a scale of 1-10: 9 Rate your communication skills from 1-10: 9 What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted? Fill out spreadsheets, assist in helping regular SDs in-game, be fairly active, and keep an eye on developments in and out of the game (etc. SDs being problematic). What additional information would you like to share? Nope
  2. SECOND! remember to drop a like and follo on harland's twitter, v7 is just a week away!
  3. guys pls stop feding te trolls its really not funny anymore! or so help me god i will -1!
  4. +1 let me in i'll be active this time!!!!
  5. I miss the old bob Curtis! He was such a bad lad with all his roles
  6. Neutral, I'll list the problems I have in detail: -Events including mass breaches are never really fun for the majority, especially Containment units unless they swapped to that when the event started just because they wanted a good K-D ratio or they wanted combatRP. My point is, maybe mass breaches would be a bit overkill to the story, I would probably have accepted if it was up to me to have maybe one-three separate breaches so MTF, Security and non-combative jobs don't have too much on their hands that the volunteers for combines would just murder them if they tried to save administration and then get NLR which would give them an even harder time to deal with the SCPs, if there's a point here I'm not getting please tell me. (Another thing to note is that events with mass breaches have been overused in the past excessively, I was there) -I'm the HR Owner, I have been the HR Manager and Owner for some time now, I did put Dr. Nook in charge of HR as Manager although we still work together to improve the job. The only reason why this statement is relevant is because there is no R&D Head which would leave a bit of a hole in the plan as it would really not improve ResearchRP if there was no Department to even try to use or research the stealth suits, making it a non-research friendly event, it would only just make researchers have to go to the breach shelters or get cuffed for not complying and dragged in there for half an hour until the mass breaches finally end, or of course if that doesn't happen, die to SCPs! I can point out I am being a tiny bit biased but I think its justified because you promise an event that includes/requires the major parties below. - Another problem is that only SMT can turn the lights off or do the Alpha warhead detonation (I'm sure it isn't a problem but in case you didn't know I'll go ahead and tell you now) -I think 500 HP, all raiding equipment, and decent-great guns is enough, I don't think they need emplacements unless its a final stand, not to mention their cloaking equipment and portals, its not like the volunteers will have one life each, they would be respawned and re-kitted like in every other event. There's also 10 of them. -In the last statement above, there was an event that can be used as an example that Plague did (what I'm about to say is not a mockery or making fun of Plague's decision and planning in his event, nobody is perfect and I can even admit I've done very terrible events myself). Plague made it so CI had Zeta-3 Units, Zeta-0 units (MTF Zeta-0 'Monsters' was basically the better version of A-1 but were sent on a suicide mission for practically no reason and most of the members perished, so the last ones seek to destroy the O5 Council and especially O5-1) and full CI had a lot of power, they had portals, good guns, some had cloak SWEPs, hacking equipment and more, my memory isn't great okay but I can say most of this was true, the event itself had good potential, its a shame some captona decided to leak OOC information of how the event plan would go in full detail to O5s on DMs and they acted on it and caused huge problems in the events leading it to go a bit downhill, it ended in administration and HRs being kidnapped through portals and MTFs literally not contributing anything to RP whatsoever, when some CI were captured they were instantly executed instead of any roleplay for interrogation being done on them to know more details, maybe it wasn't exactly MTFs that were at fault here, but you got to understand that the player-base is picky on what is portrayed as a good event. -Lets be real here, this will never happen in a million years unless there is a veteran HoEA on or the SD doesn't have a stick up their ass that day, I don't know about O5 players approving on it since it would break even more secrecy but hey, in my position if I was an O5, I would think that the veil has already been broken 100x over so what's the harm of one last one ey? I'm not saying it would be impossible but yeah, at least you have backup plans. Might as well make it 100% TDM because only 30% of the player-base roleplays or at least tries to during an event involving volunteers and CI in the same sentence with the two words "mass breach" following suite. Suffice to say researchRP has no place in combatRP gaining the majority in long-term events, before any of you ask "Why don't you just get a new R&D Head?" this is because its an important position I cannot just hand out willy nilly, anyway I want to put this into the hands of Dr. Nook because he is the Manager now which is why there is no current R&D Head (if any of you ask for a free HR wl or R&D Head job you will be blacklisted from the job permanently ) I'll get to the pros though of the event plan though as a whole: -I liked how much detail and work you put into the whole plan, I'm impressed. -I have confidence you could go on to improve as I buy into the fact you're a fast learner. -I've seen you in-game and you've gotten yourself to be known enough. -Good role-player. -You have extensive amounts of backup plans meaning you're prepared. Forgot to mention that we should have more OOC events by the way in my opinion, if you can make at least one OOC event you would fully have my blessing to become a fully-fledged event-planner (not that you need my blessing my points are opinion-based and not a dictatorship) -Please do not give me any hate I am stating simply what John Goe can improve about his plan, thanks and goodbye!
  7. I'm equally confused, I get where he's coming from but at the same time did you even read my application lol
  8. +1 Lorex already proves his leadership and capability in tough situations with Research Director and ???. I have faith that he won't fuck up anytime.
  9. Look, I'm not going to argue with you any further but keep in mind I barely play chess and barely minge on the server so I do not know where you got your story from. If you can give me over 2 instances where I've not done my job and played chess then fine, but if I didn't play either E-11 Commander or HR properly I assure you it would have strict punishments.
  10. I've only used my radio on E-11 Commander when it was boring. Also again what's with chess? You've got the wrong guy I don't play chess on the server a lot, the last thing I would be is a minge because minging ruins other players' fun, there's a thing called 'messing around' which is harmless to other players. I'm even aware minging on E-11 Commander or HR will get a tier or demotion and I haven't gotten either yet as far as I'm concerned. The one time I was probably seen doing chess was in a bet as E-11 between Nu-7 for fun, some friends were there and it was at the time when nothing was going on so again I don't know what on Earth you're talking about. Different story on HR because whenever I go on HR is when I'm making sure no researchers do dumb shit or when I have a project to work on given to me.
  11. Maybe it was a terrible example for an event plan to do, I misunderstood what it meant at first until I read it again, I saw already there was like 70 views so changing everything about it would be too late and many people would've made their minds on their opinions, although I'm not bothered by -1s at all I don't know why it was necessary to mention the top thing, also no idea what you mean by chess I haven't even played chess on the server unless a friend asked me to because of a bet (Which I rarely do anyway although I can name only two instances). I could've done a storyline event but its too big, I can't use it as an example because it means I will have to do it as one of if not the first event(s) I will have to do, there's 3 stages in becoming an EP. This comment probably won't do anything but it was worth a shot. Also I didn't mention SCPs killing everyone even I know that ruins fun and only makes volunteers/event staff have fun. The mass breach event was only an example and I even put more event idea examples (3 more). If you really want I'll give you another one. The only event idea that you didn't mention that isn't a problem is SCP-093 'Red Sea Object'. You also have to understand that many events have been done a while ago before which limits creativity a bit, I would definitely do a storyline like Hanz or Plague but that would be on a later date instead of for my trial on EP.
  12. Yeah I guessed some people would think this, that's why I have backup event ideas that don't require mass breaches at all, if its your opinion that's totally fine, this however may be an event example of mine I could do if I had the chance, but I'd do research first to ensure the majority are okay with it. If not then I'll swap it over but thanks for the feedback. Edit: Actually on my part I probably should have chosen another event since I even thought myself it is quite generic but I don't do stuff based on what I think if its to do with events, its always about the majority. I'll let the community decide on this one. Another Edit: In case you think I'm lying about more event ideas then here's another one I had which is from the SCP Wiki. SCP-001 'O5-13' essentially in short O5-13 comes on-site but the O-5 Council on-site have suspicions that he is anomalous and was responsible for nuking Site-01 and killing off the previous twelve Council Members. Site personnel and the O-5s need to find a way to secure him in secret so that he does not retaliate in case he knows what's up. By securing I mean putting him in his own special private quarters which is actually just his disguised containment chamber. There's more to this event as O5-13 will eventually find out what's up and disappear entirely. Later on he will appear again but this time he is hunted down by MTFs, he disappears again and that's basically the end of it. I'd call it more of a mini-event than a medium or large event because not much happens. Another event idea of mine is SCP-093 'Red Sea Object' which I'd use the event room or dark room for (or something like that) to build a gigantic desert or farmland or abandoned urban city. Its more leaning towards ResearchRP so that expeditions could happen. Again this is a mini-event. Yet another event idea of mine is SCP-1504 'Joe Schmoe' which would go down like this: He has been missing for a while after escaping a containment breach at Site-[REDACTED], he is discovered and captured near Ovis City's region and brought to this server's facility and questioned, he is then contained and interviewed by researchers (Partly ResearchRP) but suddenly the next time he is checked in his cell he's missing, no signs of damage anywhere in the cell or means of escape. He is searched for on surface but missing. Personnel must investigate how this happened whilst Joe taunts them over comms giving away hints of his location. That's also sort of a mini/medium event. For some reason most of my events have a certain theme to it which pretty much is "Anomaly appears, does something and is kept in the site for a while but then disappears again, a search happens and investigations but then appears again, then disappears." I have other ideas other than these bonus event ideas I mentioned.
  13. In game Name: Jack Miller/Jack Euclid SteamID: STEAM_0:1:172652814 List of warns: Any previous or current staff experience: No previous staff experience I'm afraid or current. Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min: I believe I should be picked as an event-planner because I have lots of ideas already, some events will require volunteers some will not. I have lots of knowledge on the SCP Universe as a whole and if required I'll always get more and more information to help me with events. I don't like to brag so I won't give myself a rating on RP skills but if its for an event no matter how small it is, I'd take it fully seriously and if needed ask for supervision. I'm new to staff entirely if I get accepted but I do know how to balance events. I might even have a possible MC&D event up my sleeve. I know not to leave the GOC out as well unless other GOIs are left out, I do not know about CI because I consider it 90% no RP whatsoever (Sorry if I'm being a bit biased but I've nearly not seen CI once do actually anything other than cause chaos whilst the Foundation is most vulnerable which is in their name 'The Chaos Insurgency' I know). If I have an idea that pops up for CI I'll do it as long as they play along although I can not be certain. I have had the role of Head of Research & Development for a long time so just take this as I have experience at least with events which would be mostly Plague's events to do with Forge or his main storyline that has been going on for a while now. I'm a person of responsibility so if something were to go wrong I wouldn't want to back out of it as it would cause more harm than good. I do admit in-game I mess around even a little bit but most of the time if I'm bored I'd leave the server, I don't admit that I minge too much or hold much against anyone unless they've been particularly a personal problem, I've learnt from past mistakes and think I'm ready for this role. Your event plan:(Before I had a plain event idea which even I at first thought was too plain but worth a shot, so I'm going to change it whilst it isn't too late and SMT view the application if that's alright): The event starts with the site being as it is, but there is something strangely different about the facility that day. The site may meet a new foe which is not The Chaos Insurgency, not the creations or family tree of Forge. Something new. This entity likes war, death and famine. It is the very definition of Chaos. This entity was born superior to the human race like many anomalies in or out of containment by the SCP Foundation and other Groups of Interest but this one does it for entertainment in watching the chaos unfold. The creature's name is "Make War not Love" which is essentially the other way round to the iconic quote "Make Love not War". This entity is capable of changing one's directives or even actions entirely just so it can watch bad things happen, the entity in question is a lot similar to SCP-106 who loath torture and genuine fear off of it's prey. (Quick note: It has been done by Plague recently making E-11 go rogue but if you ask him it was mostly my idea, for a genuine storyline for now I could continue this as a campaign). This entity doesn't just like to watch chaos unfold but to test if the 'prey' it is facing would come up with a counter to it. So far in all of its years it has not found anyone that outsmarts it which is why it went before to the SCP Foundation facility located in Ovis City after plenty of travelling to put personnel to the test, it appears on surface and attempts to get the SCP Foundation's attention by placing lots of hostile instances it creates or causing damage to the town. We will find out again when it returns for the second time and see where it comes from or what it is. They know numerous Foundation facilities and have goons to carry out small tasks for it to achieve chaos and destruction and have even pressured The Chaos Insurgency into taking part in such activities. (OOC: In future events for the storyline I'm still thinking of new ideas and have considered trying to corrupt the GOC in Ovis but would be too overpowered against the SCP Foundation and would only be fun for them and no one else so that isn't an option). Quick Note: Be more than happy to criticize me I'll be fine with learning how to improve and have more event ideas such as SCP-1504 'Joe Schmoe', SCP-093 'Red Sea Object' ResearchRP event and SCP-1879 'Indoor Salesman' who would essentially just go door to door at either bases, houses or businesses and teleport inside then make ridiculous deals at random and all GOIs might want to capture him. Most attempts are unsuccessful since he just goes behind a door and disappears. Volunteers or event staff would become MTF Rho-9 'Shoos Salesman' Agents and try to hunt him down sent by the SCP Foundation for an interview or containment of the object. 1504 and 1879 would both be appearing on surface out of nowhere not just suddenly be in Foundation with the excuse of "He's been transported from another facility". Thanks for reading! -Jack Miller.
  14. In-Game Name: Jack Miller STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:172652814 Current In-Game time: 08w 0d 15h 14m Current Warnings ( Show a screenshot of your warns in game): [IMPORTANT INFORMATION] 1. Please list the first 3 roles of the Ethics Committee and what it is they do as part of the foundation and Site Administration?: 1. Make sure no administration enter a stage of being morally corrupt - Examples of these are when an O5 Council Member decides to go on a power-trip and order mass terminations on personnel without a valid enough reason, this is where the ECM comes into play. 2. Oversee Research - Examples of these are when there are no Head Researchers or if there are, you decide to watch tests closely in order to spot anything going on such as mass feeding, that is when you will detain these researchers and decide their fate, obviously if they're new and they generally had no idea then a lighter sentence would be implemented. 3. Report to the O-5 Council if there are any situations that you need assistance with if too strong and needs a change - Examples of these is when there is a vampire event going on in the server, and personnel are being terminated in the masses for sacrifice of the grand vampire or their God and the ECM on-site is powerless, personnel begin to panic and it is beyond their control. 2. Can you explain the 3 Lessons of the ethics committee and why they are important?*: The first lesson is: "Foundation is not evil" . For the greater good of the SCP Foundation, they only do what is right, if it means sacrificing whole cities or having countless casualties, it is not because the Foundation is evil, the things that we keep in containment are truly the monsters, we are serving the globe. Say if we had to nuke the surface where a local town is because a monster broke free, this is for protecting everyone else, we do not prioritize civilians over the world. The second lesson is: "The Foundation does not rule the world". The SCP Foundation is here to serve the world not rule it, it keeps thousands of anomalies locked up daily from humanity to protect the race from total extinction. The third lesson is: "P stands for Protect". Ethics Committee members must always remember this lesson because it is crucial that it is not broken in the line of duty, in our name hints what we really do and how it reflects on the O-5 Council. 3. Why do you believe you should be accepted into the Ethics Committee?*: I feel like I know a lot about morality, I have expressed this many times as a Head Researcher, I have plenty of experience teaching new junior researchers about feeding and resources and know how many resources are needed. As a small side note I'm also really active on the server and only want to join for RP and not to minge around or be power-hungry. 4. Explain in detail what the SCP Facility is and why it is important.*: The SCP Facility are testing or containment sites worldwide which are there to keep in dangerous, curious or world-ending monsters. These are very important because if a leak were to happen, the world would go into panic and chaos. We keep SCPs in containment for the purpose of protecting the world. The SCP Facilities are vital for also better understanding of those in containment for the greater good. 5. If you are playing as an Ethics Committee Member and a situation has occurred with the O5 being unethical and unlawful by ordering mass executions of high ranking members, what would you do?: At this point the ECM would gain lots of power than before, and for once be OVER the Council Member. This means I will be informing all on-site personnel of this so they side with me, so that I could deal with the threat. 6. You hear that the Site Director and Head Researcher have been abusing the powers of the SCPs on site(such as 500 and 2295), what do you do?: I wouldn't forcefully detain and talk to them because that may raise attention, what I would do is to have a talk with them about how its wrong to do that since weaponizing SCPs is the complete opposite of Secure. Contain. PROTECT. 8. While on duty a breach occurs and you have the time and option of opening 1 of 2 gates to save someone from an incoming SCP, on 1 side is a fellow ECM and O1 unit and on the other 5 junior researchers, what gate do you open and why?: Sometimes this is what personnel fear most. The option to play God, the option to both have gain and loss at the same time. Ethics can be questioned sometimes, but I would personally go for the 5 JRs because of Morality. It is common sense whether you should sacrifice 5 people for 2, or 2 people for 5, but power does not matter. Just because someone is big man administration does not mean we should enact the feudalism system, its about morality and common sense. I'd rather have more people alive. As much as I would've wanted to save a fellow ECM and an O1 unit, I still need to choose the other.
  15. (Also my name was Dr. Simon Ross at that time)
  16. +1, I was one of the civs he RDM'd and can confirm that jhon in OOC admitted that "Yesterday our base was here! That means civs are definitely raiding! I should ask first. No replies? THAT MEANS THEY RAIDED! MASSRDM RANDOM CIVS TIME!"
  17. +1, I've seen and talked to Sanderson in-game and out of the server, if he had personal problems which Clint just proved then he deserves an unban. Was also a decent commander for Nu-7.
  18. Name: Jack Euclid Forum Name: AEuclidClassSCP Current Gametime: 06w 0d 08h SteamID: STEAM_0:1:172652814 How many warns/bans have you had?(Screenshot of warns) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2234581180 Have you read all of the SCP server rules if not Link is here: https://www.werwolfgaming.net/forums/topic/47-scp-roleplay-server-rules Yes IN GAME SECTION(Word Count required has to be 100 words or more for each question) Can you explain what MTF-E11 is? MTF-E11 is a specialized mobile task force within the Foundation that has shown very high competence and organizing. They are sent to sites if things have gone wrong and hell breaks loose, which means mass breaches, provided they are needed to do their tasks. They are armed with a lot of equipment for handling the recontainment of SCP subjects. They are nine loyal veterans of the Foundation. In the server, their main tasks are to maintain security within the Foundation, they can supervise the security and are usually the very first units to respond to breaches. They know their shit in short words. In full detail can you tell us what E-11 is specifically tasked with in SCP? E-11 is specifically tasked with maintaining security in the Foundation, if that means helping MTF Nu-7 'Hammer Down' with GOI raids, or keeping SCPs locked up. They are kind of jack of all trades because they can deal with raids, deal with all SCP breaches if they are E-11 Containment, and also keep the site well maintained. If there is nothing to do then they can be tasked with helping security, terminating any D-Class escapees, patrol the site, or help researchers. If any security failures or breaches occur, then they absolutely have to do what it takes to protect the site. Explain some examples of how to recontain any of the SCPs currently on the server? SCP-106 - E-11 require no more than one D-Class subject to strap to the Femur Breaker, which is a system built to specifically recontain 106. The way they do this is by making the D-Class go inside and shutting the door behind them, and then lowering the magnets. They then turn on sound transmission and push the femur breaker button, the D-Class' femur will be broken and intense pain and physical trauma will grab the attention of 106 and 106 will then head to his chamber, once he's inside the E-11 are required to turn on the magnets again and turn off the sound transmission then return to their normal duties. SCP-076-II - Since there is a new rule on 076 where he has to be hostile now, E-11 have to recontain him just by shooting him to pieces, trying to communicate with him and telling him to go back to his cell is no good. SCP-096 - The way to recontain 096 requires the specific job of E-11 Containment to use containment cuffs on it, all other E-11s are to stop people from coming into contact with it or going near it. If any pictures of 096 are found or of a skinny pale figure are to be reported immediately and disposed of. SCP-682 - The only way for 682 to be recontained is to just shoot it to pieces the same as 076-II, in lore the way to recontain 682 is to make his body 80% destroyed so that he is either immobilized or unable to carry on, when 80% or more is gone he will temporarily stop regenerating, that is the chance where Foundation personnel can bring it back to his cell. SCP-035 - The way to recontain 035 is also by shooting it to pieces, unless 035 has shown to be cooperative and goes back to his cell if in that position. SCP-173 - 173 can be recontained with containment cuffs used by E-11 Containment, this puts 173 in the containment 173 cage, its then to be dragged to its cell. SCP-1048 - 1048 can be recontained also using containment cuffs, but it can just run off and cause havoc, unless you have another armed personnel pointing a gun at it, 1048 is then put under FearRP and that is your chance to cuff it and return it to the cell. SCP-939 - Shooting, but also it can be baited back into its cell by making loads of noises, but its not likely. SCP-966 - Can also be baited back to it's cell but its preferred to be shot to pieces as well, E-11 can find them by using thermal vision, or using the Anomaly Scanner to find it, this requires communication and more than 1 person as you will have thermal vision or the scanner in your hand, and 966 can just move away from it's original location before you pull out your weapon, you can vocalize that it is in a certain direction or inch of space and the other people can shoot them. SCP-913 - 913 will most likely ask for demands if it is docile and not hungry (hostile), if these demands aren't too harsh or hard to do then its up to the highest ranking personnel on the site to decide, if KOS orders are in place then they are to be acted upon by E-11, if it is hostile then it is to be shot. SCP-049 - If KOS orders are on it then it shoot be shot by E-11, but if not then E-11 Containments can use Harpoons to force it back to its cell, if it does not follow the orders given by the person with the harpoon and 049 has no where to slip away, then it must follow FearRP. Why do you believe that you should be apart of MTF-E11 and what you can bring to the job? I believe I should be E-11 Commander because I don't particularly like TDM that much on the server, sure its fun at times but I focus more on RP, yes you can do RP as E-11 Commander. I have multitasked before as regular E-11 by responding to raids, dealing with breaches and killing D-Class, as well as patrolling, I don't stay on E-11 just so I can vibe and chill out with others, if I have nothing to do I simply help other staff out with their duties, like researchers or security. I think I'll be up to the job because I have played as HR many times and have shown leadership, usually getting involved with most of Pleig's anomalous events and dealing with researchers, along with supervising tests.
  19. +1 You've had loads of experience on O5 before, and I believe you deserve another chance. Good app.
  20. Your in-Game Name: Jack Euclid Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:172652814 Your Age: 15 Your In-Game Playtime: 05w, 6d, 08h. Your Warns: 4 Rate Your RP Skills: 8 What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-8 "Dogwood" How do you initiate a lockdown/unlockdown?: You initiate a lockdown by typing in the command '/lockdown', then doing the same afterwards if you want to unlockdown. How do you Initiate a nuke?: You initiate a nuke by asking a staff member to detonate whichever warhead you needed to be initiated, preferably hierarchy. Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Yes Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe I should be part of the O5 Council because I have shown dedication beforehand by playing SD/SA for over a week, every single day. I have a load of knowledge on lore of the SCP Foundation and in Head Researcher, I was promoted to Head of Research & Development (Basically making weaponry or equipment for the Foundation to better suit troops). My role play skills are pretty good and I have been involved in quite a few projects as Senior and Head Researcher. I'm fairly active on most days, it used to be every single day. I believe I can handle extreme situations or making tough decisions (etc. Having the choice of nuking the surface because its full of Class-Ds but also a mix of civilians. I would personally choose to nuke it if its a last resort effort in keeping Foundation not leaked to the world, if the escapees ever did spread information). but I would go about this by trying to be as ethical as possible. In role play situations I could be really loyal to the SCP Foundation and I wouldn't call myself a toxic player. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: An O5 stands for Overseer, the number in O5 though stands for the clearance level. They supervise Foundation facilities and usually make the last decisions or says if they are under situations or if the facility is. They differ from other site administration because they are the most loyal, hard-working, brightest people of the Foundation, they always make decisions that will impact it in the future. They were accepted into the Council because of their dedication and decision-making, and make sure that everything in the facility isn't going to shit. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council are the leaders of pretty much everything in the SCP Foundation, from military/MTF operations to site security or research. Each O5 with a designated number on the server are in charge of one specific role of the Foundation (etc. Ethics or Research). They do what is good for the Foundation in the present or future, and make sure the Foundation isn't falling apart, they are numbered O5-1 - O5-13, O5-13 "Tie Breaker" for example is non-existent in lore, but is there to make it so votes on decisions or ideas by the Council aren't stuck in a 6v6 stalemate, which dates to it's name "Tie Breaker". Explain what makes you special: I've played on the server for some time and have seen many other people play, I really like to role play and have been very active for months, I don't want the O5 WL just because of power and that I am power hungry in any way, I just want to help improve role play and think I could be up to the challenge of being an O5, given my recent activity on SD/SA for over a week straight. I think that there are some people that want me to become an O5, and I understand if others do not, I just want to try, so if you don't want me to be one then that's fine. What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): I would like to focus on the Internal Security of the site.
