Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I’ve been put in several stressful situations which endangered the site, and Ovis City as a whole. One of those fine examples is the SCP 001 breaching ‘event’, with Spivak in EZ Warehouse. While the O5 was dealing with talking/negotiating with Spivak. I (on ECM) with the HoEA at that time, was dealing with holding the site stable, handling E11 from not fucking up because they kept trying to go in EZ Warehouse even when not told to, handling GOC coming in with UIU trying to make a ceasefire. For second, surprisingly I had to deal with an assassination of the mayor on ECM considering HoEA pussied out at that time, I know that seems easy, but the mayor was Bob Curtis. So, that meant a lot of police officers, SWAT units being on + UIU protecting the man. In short, I’d say I have been put in situations I shouldn’t have been as ECM and that the situations I was put in were mostly for SD/HoEA. I also believe that I as a person don’t act on emotions or friends, I’ve demoted several people from their job, punished them accordingly because they broke the legal codex or something related to that. I believe that I’m a person that has no shame in asking for help in anything, if shit hits the fan I will gladly communicate with other Foundation Administration members, or MTF CO’s/MTF Commanders for the best solution. Personally, I believe I think very rationally when it comes to problems in general and solve them as a team or even alone to make the outcome be the best for me, the people around me and the site in general. I’ve been on the server long enough to know what to do and can’t do as well. Forgot to add this as well, I've been under the wings of Krail Vega, played SA when he was on SD. I have learnt a few things or two on being a 'good' Site Director because of him. What role does the Site Director have on the site?: The SD (Site Director) is the highest ranking member on site at any time (Besides the O5.). They make the hardest, most challenging decisions as a whole for the site and send out tasks for the other respected departments. They also face a lot of obstacles while leading the site as well. They are in charge of managing the personnel and operations/projects of everything that regards the site. They oversee what happens on site and try to keep things running smoothly and keep it stable. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is a group of 12 (13?) people that hold full authority and power over every event, project, plan, etc.. that happens in The SCP Foundation. With some even possessing anomalous powers to keep them safe from any harm. Not much is known about the council considering it is pretty anonymous and kept a secret, information we know might be not 100% true even. They sit back and guide the foundation to a greater future while remaining a secretive council. They protect the world from any sort of anomalous threat. Their members are one of the most logical thinking, competent, brightest strategists and many more words you could describe them.

+1 Right, before I get crucified for +1ing this. Henry knows when to RP, and when he does it he's quite well at it. I've seen him play Foundation Administration sometimes, especially yesterday for a long fucking time. People quite underestimate henry for being a combat freak, but he isn't fully one. If you want to see him play passively, it's more on his civilian characters. Besides, he's a really fucking good CSB as well. I think Henry Johnstone deserves a chance in HoEA.

+1 Have seen this guy a few times, talked to him too. Pretty chill dude, but also one of the only fucking SDs that play and roleplays it well. I think he definitely deserves a chance for O5.

As for kaneki frost, my fellow dutchmen. I think he's definitely one of the best staff I've seen on the server. And a good role-player, in summary I do truly believe he deserves a spot on the council. So it's a.. +1 from me.

And one SWRP server. My highest rank was Senior Admin which is the equivalent to Super Admin on the server. Yes, I am quite familiar with ULX commands unless the server has it's custom ones then I would not mind learning those too. Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min): Personally. I think the experience that I have staffed on several servers, and my creativity as a whole could be a good addition to the Event Staff team. Since I have first joined the server (2017ish) I have met many great people, made many new friends because of Werwolf Gaming. And that I'm still playing today, means I have quite enjoyed my time in there. Of course, there are negatives to everything but that's normal, nothing is perfect. Since then, I haven't had the thought of becoming any sort of staff till recently. Helping the server out with making new Events, rather than the boring pew-pew ones and shining light on the underrated GOIs on the SCP Page, and bringing those GOIs alive in the server sounds really like a fun idea and interesting idea for me. Not only would the players experience something quite new, but it would bring also new sorts of RP depending on the GOI. Besides the fact, since I am a European player. When the server count is sort of low (20-30 players) I could host a small event so I can entertain the players and not make people just go AFK and leave because it's boring. Something that I and a friend have noticed is when certain GOIs 'flag up' such as UIU and have no purpose on, that just leads to them either flagging off or being AFK. I would personally make a small event around UIU, only UIU so they have some sort of roleplay other than interacting with the skipper or just containing anomalies. Sure, my events won't be as amazing as the other staff team considering I am new to making events but I'm not afraid to take any critique from the players or any guidance so I can improve myself. As much as I hate ego-boosting myself, adding me into the event team would be a good idea considering I do like including everyone if it can in events, helping people out when they're bored, I'm an early player, and join around when the pop is like 20, etc and just overall making people have an entertaining and joyful time on the server. And that the server is its players back up to 70-80, I'd be more than happy to help the Event Team. We have not really talked for awhile, but on short I've noticed you're a great guy and a good HoEA player. Besides that, your event is quite decent and having that on the server might be quite fun. So it's a. +1 from me.

I haven't known you for a while, but from the times I've met you, you're one crying emotional bastard but you're a chill person. I think you'd make a good addition to the EP team as well since you're fun to have around and brighten up the mood sometimes. +1 - Good event, would be fun to have on the server. - Overall good person to be around with. - Do NOT ask them to explain the difference between sex or gender you WILL fall asleep - Plays league of legends.
