  1. The amount of times I have been friendly fired by 212th since the killcard update inclines me to +1 but its also not very fair to place all of these rules and restrictions on 212th when others with explosives seem to willfully ignore them.

    What Silent said.

  2. At least if this ends up happening, 21st will probably end up getting the dropship we've all been winging about for ages.

But yeah, I understand where you're coming from but you will just kill two regiments by doing this, especially considering 21st doesn't really focus on shooting from long distances on high areas anyway due to the relative inaccuracy of the Westar at long range, its low firerate and the fact we have Flamethrowers which are infinitely better and also provide kills.

If you removed the GH, you'd likely also kill another regiment which isn't really even guilty of what you're complaining about.

  3. I feel as if a lot of older people from CWRP may swap over to IRP to either try something new and fresh or for a chance for a new high rank due to their experience. I hope not but it does feel likely that, even with SMT/CAT intervention, IRP may leech some of the CWRP playerbase although it could just be for the short term.

Very flashy but i feel as if all of the additional features are just gimmicks that don't really outweigh it's massive filesize. I can never see a use for its ability to carry various light vehicles outside of trainings, the added animations and customisation is very cool, i'll admit, but not very necessary and the carpet bombing could be problematic to the server as Shepherd has said.

Plus we already have a functional LAAT on the server.

  5. Would be nice for the regiment and would definitely help us but wouldn't make sense from a balancing point of view and would likely result in us losing our Grappling Hooks.

Also if we were to get dropships, it would likely go to only hierarchy or at the very most, ARC SOs as this is the case in other regiments.

Finally, you need hierarchy's permission to suggest regimental changes like this. Cut Narco some slack because he's only just returned to the server and may not be aware of the rule but yeah, this will almost definitely get denied due to a lack of hierarchy permission in the first place.

Misunderstanding or not, I still think punishment should be handed out as it is only fair. People have been punished for genuine accidents before so I don't see how an incident like this should be shrugged off as a mistake. Additionally, you say that Ice Cube's original post lacks good evidence to back this up. I disagree, since at the very least it shows that you killed more than three players unjustifiably (will go into detail about below) which is enough to suggest you commited MRDM.

This is still RDM. If a random CT began shooting you in MB, would you fire back? If anyone else were to do this, they would've been punished immediately. If you were on the Wookie job (which I presume you are since i cannot see the job but you are using the Catamaran) then you were in no right to return fire onto the LAAT, making this unjustified and as such RDM. I have nothing against you personally by any means but everyone must be held accountable for their actions, no matter their rank.

As an avid Flamethrower enjoyer, i will admit the blind effect is cancerous. The point of it was to emulate the sensation of burning alive and not being able to concentrate back when the Flamethrower did very little damage and was just there to throw off people in CQC. The "nerf" gave it a very limited ammo capacity but made it deal an extreme amount of damage which was a good change in my opinion. However, i can understand the hell that the effect makes and how it no longer really has a point when the FT does so much damage now so i would be fully on board with the removal of the siezure effect as long as we can keep the damage. Otherwise it would be utterly useless.

The basic order won't be 21st do a flame push over and over again and battalion would actually have to use different orders and won't rely on one very op tactic

This is our one job outside of flanking which also normally includes flame pushing btw.  We're used to break stalemates and lead the rest of the GAR into areas which more often than not results in most of our deaths. It would be a bit naff for the regiment if we were basically phased out of our main job since flanking can be a very situational tactic.
