CSB is a group of SCP Personnel that enforce the legal codex and punish anyone breaking it. Including foundation personnel,civilians etc. They are to be punished appropriately. 2) Define the Foundation Legal Codex The codex was created to enforce laws created by the SCP Foundation. Examples: Murder,Robbery,Treachery,Bribery,Taking Hostages etc. The Legal Codex can be enforced by other foundation personnel. Civilians,POI-s and GOI-s must follow these rules SCP Foundation Employees also need to follow these rules aswell or they will be punished accordingly. 3) Explain how to utilise the Foundation Legal Codex as a CSB member. The CSB officer can patrol the areas of the Foundation such as for example LCZ to search for anyone breaking the Codex. They can work together with other members of the SCP Foundation to find and punish the people who break the Legal Codex rules. 4) What is the Foundation Employee Rights Act? It is a collection of right that a Foundation Employee has. (Freedom of speech,security and respect among his co-workers). The Foundation Employee Rights Act does not apply to D-Class Personnel or a Foundation Employee that has broken the rules of the Legal Codex. 5) An Alpha-1 is suspected of behaviour massively in violation of the Codex. What do you do? I would try to find evidence that support this claim. After I get the evidence needed (for instance a clip of him breaking rules) I will set up a search for the POI and as soon as I find him I will have him arrested on sight. If he tries to resist (firing on me or somebody else, trying to escape after repeatedly telling him to stop running) I will be forced to terminate the POI. Termination of the POI would be the last resort. After I captured him I would serve a sentence that would be fitting for the crime he has committed. If the sentence reaches over 20 minutes I would ask for permission to detain or execute the POI. 6) Explain, in your own words, an ideal investigation into a whitelisted job member if they have broken the Codex. Firstly there has to be evidence to support this claim. For instance a video of him killing someone or breaking some other law. All the people who saw the crime should be present and the punishment should be demotion or termination.
