I have none.

Yes.
What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:
I would like to aid the server in running smoothly and help those who currently play to have an enjoyable experience. Keeping the server healthy and helping those within, those on the Staff team and those not, is my main goal.
Why do you stand out among other candidates:
I would consider myself a mature person within the community and someone who also has a fun side. Furthermore, I have been able to achieve the rank of DS Commando. The qualities needed to be an RC member are very similar to those required to be a Staff member and this helps me stand out from others who will be applying.
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
As mentioned above, I have a serious side and a fun side. I can be serious when needed, both in character and out of character, and fun also.
During my time on the server I have been part of 2 regiments. I joined 212th and achieved the rank of ARC Colonel before I was recruited to the Republic Commando’s Delta Squad. Although I have talked about this already, it is a key piece of evidence in my suitability to being a member of the Staff team. Qualities such as maturity, politeness, respect, honesty and dedication are all required for RC and Staff, and I believe I have these and more.
I am also a very active member of the community. Since I joined, I have been very active, and I am able to be on most mornings when there are not many Staff around to help. I am a very responsible person and can represent the Staff team at these times.
I also have no warns and I have had impeccable behaviour ever since I joined. This clean record indicates I will be a great addition to the team.
To finish this section, I think I can bring relief to the Staff team, when pressure is building and the claims are coming in fast, I think I can be the one there to assist and help when it is very busy.
Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed:
I completely understand this.
If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
I would of course take no action as a Staff member, as this is an in-character situation. I would politely mention to the trooper who didn’t salute they should do so to a 2nd LT plus in-character.
You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
First, I would apologise to the Staff Manager and Deputy Manager and assure them I would improve. The next week I would move forward from this and compensate for the previous week.
You don’t like a staff member; how do you handle this:
I would bring this up with the person privately and have a productive and meaningful discussion so we could solve the things bothering us. Clashes and arguments in the staff team should be avoided as it hinders the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
Anything else:
Thank you for taking the time to read my application. I hope you consider me to be part of the Staff team.
