  1. I petition to make this the new Official 104th Theme Song for the rest of time. (I did not make this)
  2. I understand the issues presented, I was unaware the jetpacks were already previously in use. To address the issues brought up, I can say that the Jetpacks are actually better for server lag than the current 104th jumpacks whilst also being easier to use in a server whilst lagging, since the jumpacks will sometimes just straight up not give you any vertical acceleration if the server lags enough. Alongside the improved server and some fiddling with the code to make it so the Jetpack doesn't spawn an entity and drop upon death I feel like the previous bumps can be ironed out upon a revival of this addon And one way to balance the issue out for ECs is to include more mandalorian ECs or a type of jetdroid for droid attacks, basically give a couple ECs a jetpack to even out the air superiority.
  3. What your suggestion is: a Jetpack that I have suggested in a previous SWRP server I used to play years ago, it was met with great praise and it became the new jetpack for Merc/104th/ARC from then on It allows more control over your flight with the ability to hover and raise/lower your altitude at will - with easy controls and more versatility than the Jumpacks, they also still work very affectively during laggy events as I have experiencesScriptfodder/workshop link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=931376012&searchtext=Jetpack I have tested this out myself in singleplayer and it is definitely the correct workshop addon - it seems to still work perfectly and you can also just press a button in the C menu to take it off - also you can change the code somewhat to make it so it doesn't drop upon death as I've seen this been done before although I am no coder so I can't really help with that partAny additional information: The jetpack is a little bit more Versatile, allows to more fine movements and can give the Mandalorian EC's and Republic Merc players a little bit more of an edge - especially since their models have jetpacks on them, they could even be given to 104th maybe at NCO+ or higher (starting with Jumpacks and then upgrading to the Jetpacks once they have been trained)
  4. +1 it is very annoying being instantly blasted out of a perfectly working tank as a driver, plus it stops EC's from using the LFS launchers against advancing infantry which does happen more often than it should.
  5. I think this should absolutely be handled In character, otherwise what's the point of IC punishments. the warn in my opinion was unwarranted
