    People have been banned for ERP for far less than this. 

    But is that kind of "joke" enough to permaban? And i understand ERP is strictly not allowed and is punishable offense but it doesnt mean that it's automaticly an permaban.

    Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak?: Yes i have a working microphone, if i come up with errors with my microphone i will fix it and not just leave it like that. I prefer speaking but writing is also a way to communicate. : )

    When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: I joined the server in the end of 2021-ish and i have had LOA's for my character but not like breaks.

    How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server and our forums?: I dont use TS3 a lot but i should start to use it more often, forums i currently visit a few times a week. But i will use both of them more in the future.

    List of all previous RP server staff experience: Well not "Actual" Staff experience but i know how to use admin menu's like SAM and ULX

    State the role of staff on the server: Staff's job is to keep an eye on the activities of the players and punish when needed. Staff doesn't roleplay when on duty and may not take part in roleplay situations. If a guy is minging in RP situation staff may punish them or grab with their phys gun to talk private with the minge in question. Staff is expected to help and guarantee a good and nice roleplay experience.

    Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The year is 1941 and Operation Barbarossa is about to be launched and Germany is preparing for the battle against Soviet Union. Germany is invading Yugoslavia and Greece and helps Italy with problems in battles. Germany has conquered for now: Poland, France, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg what means that Germany has basically conquered most of the land in europe. At the time Germany is one of the most powerful powers in the whole world. Germany's wars doesn't look bad for now and everything is under control..

    Former Staff Questions (Leave these blank if you have not been staff on our server before):

    1) For how long were you a staff member on WW2-NRP/ORP?

    2) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team?

    3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why?

    4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member?

    5) How have you improved since you left the staff team?

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

    1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would respond to the thing and bring both of them for a quiet and peaceful place where i wouldn't be interrupted and ask for detail and ask if he has any "proof" (clips, screenshots) about what happened and if he has i would take a look at it. Also i would check the logs etc. I would punish the guy with a ban if the rdm was MRDM. 

    2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would tell him clearly how to become one (tell to press f4, third reich,------) And ask which job they would like.

    3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: Take him with me on any roof and ask what he is doing and punish if needed, if its literal NITRP i would ban him for a while and see has he changed his attidute.

    4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: Well mostly those IC ranks and clowning isnt Staff's job but if it's FailRP or general breaking rules, i will take a look and spectate. If i see FailRP i will punish him.

    5) A player is prop spamming: I would ban him for spamming props, prop spam is ruining roleplay experience and too much props can cause crash.

    Answer the following questions in detail:

    1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier I rule-breaking is usually just a minor mistake or accident that wasn't meant to happen or he is a new player. And Tier I is a warn. Tier II is something that is done purposefully or that the person in question has been warned before about the samething. Tier II is usually a ban.

    2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC is in character and this mean that you're roleplaying as someone and you're doing stuff for your character. OOC is out of character and this means for example talking in discord or in OOC chat and it means that you're talking as your IRL self. Meaning that you are NOT talking as you Roleplay character. (kinda unclear xd). Meta Gaming is using information out of the game (OOC chat is not allowed resource of information) and using the information to be "better" or for knowledge of stuff that isnt allowed.

    3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious RP is roleplay where you basically play like it was you in IRL and you do what YOU would do in that situation. In Serious RP there is usually more strict rules and easier to get punished with big punishments if your breaking any rule and if you know what DarkRP is like, this is NOT like it this is opposite. Semi-Serious RP is basically like Serious RP but with slightly more calm with rules and punishments, also you can create your character and even sometimes choose your job, customize your look/outfit etc. Semi-Serious RP is basically not so strict lets say.

    4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP is non combat roleplaying. PassiveRP keeps the roleplaying peaceful and "fresh" when there is no random shooting which wouldn't happen for example IRL all the time.

    5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat Baiting is trying to get anyone notice you when you're doing something illegal, you're trying to get attention by doing anything illegal or trying to get in trouble in general.

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I deserve staff because i have gathered recently a good knowledge of rules as you will need to punish other players for breaking the rules and if you don't know all the rules you might punish them for doing nothing wrong or not punish them for doing a lot wrong. And im very active and will try to be online all the time when i don't have anything else to do (school, working etc.) Also i have experience using Admin Menu's like SAM, ULX. And i will spare some roleplaying time for on duty stuff if needed. Im also playing many times on early hours and in the night (basically minge hours) and i can punish some idiots if they are breaking any rules when no one else is online. And i don't see a problem or any bad sides on more people on the staff team, it's only helpful to keep the roleplay experience nice for the users. And only thing i wish is that, i can proof myself to the community and help with problems. I also want to proof my dedication for the community as a staff member. And i promise, i will be a kind staff member. And on top of all i want to stop rule-breakers from interrupting people's fun and roleplaying.
