Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: yes I completely understand scroll down please Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: Take them to a sit and ask what they think happened then i would check the kill logs and see if they did kill anyone. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i would tp to them and say they don't have to be trained to play but if they insist i would ask if anyone can train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: i would tell them to watch out and not do i again but if it was on purpose i would call shock to arrest them as it is golden rule. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: if im on staff duty i would ignore it because I'm on duty but if I'm in a trooper job i would kindly explain in RP that they should salute 2nd LT or higher. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Take them someone and say that FailRP is still not acceptable and if they continue to do it they could get warning and maybe even a ban. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: i would say that i think i punished them accordingly and if you dont agree they can report on forums. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): i would help the server and make it fun for everyone to rp on and train on and punish the bad people so people, can continue whatever there doing and I would never abuse my powers and only use them to train people or be in a rp to help people have fun on the server i will make sure the server runs smoothly and follow the rules even as admin ill not be to overpowered if i rp as a low rank and give myself weapons suited for the rank I'm rp'ing as. i will make sure everyone is following rules on server and on discord to ensure we are the best we can be. i think i deserve it cause other people could abuse there powers and ban people for no reason i wont do that. i will remind people like new people the rules and try train as many people i can to grow the empire. i am a kind and trust worthy person but i am also very disciplined and i am someone who follows the rule everywhere i will punish people the way they need to be punished and have friendly conversations with people to keep there happiness and make sure they have a fun time so they revisit the server or stay on for longer and try harder. If i mess up somehow i will fix my mistakes and put everything back to normal if i rp as a low rank i will rp like them not like I'm a overpowered ST unless i see someone fail rp or something like that, i would go over and punish them then get back into rp! i hope you accept my application i spent ages on this hope to be on the team goodbye.
