Pancake recipe 
 
Sieve the flour with the salt into a bowl. Make a hollow in the centre and add the egg and egg yolk. Start adding the milk, stirring all the time to incorporate the flour. Once half the milk has been added, stir in the melted butter and beat well until the batter is smooth. Add the remaining milk and let the batter stand for at least 30 minutes, covered, before using. Your pancake batter should resemble thin cream, without any lumps. If it seems too thick add a little more milk than the recipe states.

I achieve to be able to help the community at any given moment as well as being able to make the server more enjoyable as a whole.

I believe I stand out as I have experience with ULX powers already. Through my time as EP, I have learnt and developed skills to be able to help people with anything. I take claims as it is - when staff are absent - and I already know how to staff to a certain standard. I can also guarantee that I will be active as I have been whilst in CG as well as EP. 
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
You should pick me to staff on WG as I am trustworthy and experienced with the use of ULX. As I start out, I will already be able to perform certain tasks other Trial Mods couldn’t. I am already experienced as I have taken claims before, and I know how certain rules work. I know that I am active and I will be able to perform to a good standard. Using my experience as Commander, I can punish people harshly without being biased, as well as being able to make good judgements within any situation. Friend or not, I will be able to staff to a good standard and will have no room for people who break the rules. I have a good temper, and can stay cool in various situations, asuring I am friendly to everyone, no matter how bad they are. With the knowledge of the rules, my skills and experience, I will make a suitable staff member, and will not lash out at anyone for anything. If I become a staff member, I will attend all meetings, requirements without fail (Unless an appropriate reason). Using my ULX commands also, I can assist more people when I start off. I will be able to develop skills as staff quickly as I am a quick learner, and will make little to no mistakes.

As SOD, It would not matter, so nothing. As Commander, not much. I don’t expect people to salute me.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: Inform Staff management, and do at least double the requirements for the next week.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
I don’t allow disliking people to affect me, if someone is in the staff team I dislike, I will just deal with it on my own. There is not any need to go to staff management to inform them I dislike someone. If they cause problems however, I would go to staff management, but if I like them or not I will not allow myself to cause an argument over it.
