That would make it unfair for some who actually are mature and have a higher voice than the rest. I don't think that should be a reason to give someone a -1. Everyone had a squeaker voice at a point and shouldn't be treated differently. I am being given power for a position which a lot of people are interested in and I should be responsible for my every action as a staff member. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would open my console to see if the player has been killing clones and if so ill immediately !freeze them so that they stop RDM'ing people. Once ive frozen them I would bring them to me and ask them to give me an explanation of why he is randomly killing clones. I will warn them for RDM and depending on the severity of the situation it would move towards a kick and then finally into a ban. If it was multiple people he killed, I would check the amount and then give him a ban of 5 days. (Add a day after each person he has killed if he killed more than 3) 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would go to the cadet first and explain to them how to use advert and ask for a trainer that way but if he has been asking already for a few minutes I will go to a battalion member and ask them to send a Non-Commissioned officer to the cadet room to train him. It's still considered a FailRP offense which means it would be a warn. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I might not have been long in the community as the rest of the applicants applying but I am a very experienced SWRP player. I have been playing since I was 14. I have a lot of Staff Experience in various ranks including Super Admin which meant I had to oversee Administrators and Moderators as well as mentoring the Trial-Moderators giving them information on what they can improve on. The only way I was able to get to the rank of Super Admin was through patience, dedication to helping the community and other staff as well being part of the community. I'm not a morning person but I am one of little amount of staff that are on in the early mornings claiming tickets and helping out the community with issues they are having. As soon as I joined the server I grinded my way through the ranks being friendly to everyone I met making friends in multiple regiments. I'm friendly as they come and don't get angry that easily. I have been trying my hardest to entertain the community through my events so far and learning a lot from a position that I normally don't go into learning more ULX Commands that I normally never use as a staff member. I'm a very dedicated player and want to improve the rate of tickets being claimed. I'm in the Event Planner team, ARC as well as been a temp EXO which proves I am a trusted member of the community. I feel with all my experience that I have being staff on so many star wars roleplay servers already and being trusted in the community proves that I deserve the position.

NPC droids were placed around the base invading the Rishimoon base. They were trying to steal republic data which had new Hyperspace networks. What was your event and was it successfully executed?: Well the events I have done was NPC Events. Not a lot of servers use the unique PVP method of Event planning. I believe though my events were executed correctly to the server’s standard and the community enjoyed the event which is the important part of being an EP. I feel an Event Planner needs to keep the Community entertained and partake in events not only as their character but including the EC’s . Both parties should enjoy themselves, which is very difficult to do. As an EP you are given a lot of power so I understand a lot of trust is needed for the EP to be accepted and I believe I’ve proven myself to reach such a standard. What your suggestion is: Add Scene builder to the Server. The reason why I'm suggesting this is it opens up more ways of not only creating trainings but actually even Events. From the previous servers I used to play on they had this workshop and it allowed me to create training courses easier than welding a bunch of props together where as this, minimizes the use of props by a lot. You can add bunch of levels to it so you can create a lot of depth with it.
