Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: Unfortunately not. However, despite me never becoming staff on other RP servers, I  have been exposed to many different types of RP throughout my time on Gmod and I believe this experience will help me in assisting newer players on how SWRP works along with other staff duties.

 
Age: I am currently 16 years old.

 
Playtime: I have 4w 6d total playtime on the server.

 
Predicted time on server per week: In school terms: 30+ hours.
In holiday terms: 60+ hours.

Do you use a microphone: Yes and it is good quality.

 
What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: If I were to be accepted into the Staffing team, I would ensure that I am always doing my best to help players out wherever I can when I am online. I aspire to work my way up the staffing ranks as I am passionate about helping people and doing so on a server that I enjoy playing is a double win. I aim to be someone that people will be able to speak to about any issues they have on the server and help them out as much as I can. Whether that be a problem they have with another player, having problems with binding things, or simply asking for a tool and phys gun. I want to be able to help as much as I can, wherever I can.

 
Why do you stand out among other candidates: I believe that I have the dedication that is required from a Staff Member. I am willing to learn new things and try my hardest to become the best Staff that I can be. As previously stated, I enjoy being able to help out. When I first joined the server, I was amazed by how close the community is and I wanted to become a part of it. Now that I have been here for a while, I feel that it is my next step to become Staff on the server so that I can help the community that I once wished to become a part of. Along with this, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with minges throughout my time on Gmod. Therefore, I am aware of how to go about dealing with them along with anyone else who breaks the rules. I work very well with other people and I develop friendships very quickly. This will help in the staff team as chemistry between staff members goes a long way. In my time in the community, I have made many new friends and I only wish for that list to grow as I continue to play.

 
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): The first reason that I should be picked for Staff is because of my activity. I am on the server every day for a decent amount of hours. In this time on the server, I will be able to take claims and help people wherever I can. I know how frustrating it is when you make a Staff claim and no one comes. I want to ensure that this never occurs to anyone while I am on the server as no one deserves to be ignored.
 
The second reason that I should be picked for Staff is because of my personality. I am able to have a joke or two but I am also able to be stern. This will be good for Staff as there is no point in having Staff that just get walked over by minges. Being a high rank in clone has made me deal with players that have no intention of RP before; this experience will help me in dealing with them in the future if I achieve Staff.
 
The third reason is that I understand the duties of a Staff member very well and I am aware of how I should act and what I should say in certain situations. I will paint a good image of the staff team and not the opposite. You will never see me saying ‘I can't be bothered to take that claim’ as I will always put 100% into my job.
 
The final reason is that during my time on the server, I have become extremely familiar with the ULX commands that are used on the server and how the staff on WGSWRP act. This will help me in the trial process because I will already know most of the things that I need to know in order to be effective as staff.

 
Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes I fully understand the responsibilities a Staff member holds and can assure you that I would never use my ULX power for anything other than staffing duties. This is not something that I would ever do as I am aware of the trust that goes into choosing someone for staff and betraying that trust would be something that I never want to do.

 
If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: There shouldn't really be an instance where a trooper would see me as I would always be noclipped and cloaked. However, if for whatever reason I am uncloaked and a trooper didn’t salute me, I would do nothing as Staff on Duty is a completely OOC role and should never intervene with RP unless it's a staff’s concern.

 
You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: Firstly, I would make a formal apology to the Server Management Team and then fulfill over double the number of claims I need the following week to compensate for my mistake. I would then ensure that I never do something like this again and, if I will not be able to complete my minimum staff claims a week on another occasion, I would make sure that I put up an LOA just to prevent further complications.

 
You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If this were to occur, depending on the severity of the situation, I would either leave it and just try to avoid them in future, or attempt to confront them about it and talk it out. I would prefer to talk to them as having a negative view 
on someone you have to work closely with would do nothing but harm the chemistry of the Staff Team.

Good application in both formatting and answers, which shows time has been spent and a healthy mindset. Activity and playtime are also not an issue.
From personal experience I can furthermore say that Navas is a friendly guy and overall competent guy, who would be a perfect fit for staff.
