Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

The Battalion members have quite a lot of responsibilities but overall a battalion member needs to be someone who is dedicated, good leader, friendly, easy to get along with, respectable and responsible with their actions in in-game character situation and ooc situations. Obviously the main job of the battalion is to lead the republic to victory by organizing the clones in a way to get the victory. As said earlier the battalion member has to be responsible with their actions, it takes a good level of responsibility during the events to make a good decision, also if they do make a bad decision, to take it under consideration and get better. Also this includes the responsibility of granting and denying permissions that are asked by the clones and other entities, they are the ones to decide if a training is to happen or not, flights, leaving mb and entering, breaking CL's etc... The battalion also has the responsibility of taking care of their assigned regiment, basically supervise the regiment, to keep it in standards, also they help with decisions, if asked to, and they are to help the regiment if they are in times of need. Also, it's 100% a responsibility of a battalion member but making the events more enjoyable is something a battalion should do!


Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):
Well after being in the server for more than a year already I've learned a lot, I've been a CT Vice Commander, which takes a lot of responsibility in basically everything in CT since a CT VC is the 2nd in command of the regiment so, I and alongside who was in the hierarchy at the moment had to take care of a whole regiment, which at the time wasn't in a great position and I stayed until it was in a better shape. Obviously I've been in battalion as well, reached Major but unfortunately happened to have to leave because of some personal reasons... Considering I've been in battalion, I have a good amount of experience at the job of Battalion, leading, different types of trainings, organizing, helping regiments, granting and denying, helping the community overall and also helping as best I could the new players that come to the server daily... Basically make everyone experience in the server better...
Always been a very patient person, in CT and in battalion even had more patient to the situations, consider the facts of each side and always come up with the best solution I can think of with a calm behavior. I'm a friendly person, I've made a lot of friends in the server and I believe I'm pretty known on the server. I also always try my best to make everyone happy with a situations by helping as best as I can the people or the regiment.

Basically would try to make everyone have a good time on the server while I'm on it


Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank? Yes I do!

 


What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):
While they are not leading an event the battalion member should try their best to cooperate with their supervising regiment for example, even lead the regiment if there's no CO+, they can also co-lead the battalion leader, which basically helps him with granting and denying. They also need to be always prepared to take over the leading in case of an emergency, basically be always prepared for any type of situations.

 


What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

-Host a complex open training

-Lead a planetary attack with voice amp

-Lead a base attack with voice amp or without one

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:

The brigadier can Promote people up to CPT and demote from a CPT
