When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I first joined on the 1st of July 2022, then got kicked for inactivity. but started seriously playing on the 12th of April 2023.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I would say above average. Whenever I am on my computer Discord is open and whenever I am on the server I have Teamspeak open. previous OOC punishments

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would check logs and then if it was true, I would warn the "somebody" and if it was not true I would warn

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would PM a Battalion member to say "NCO+ TO Cadet Room!"

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would leave it to play out with CG/Battalion as it is a roleplay scenario.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would not do anything as it is In Character.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would double check on the guides and things like that, then contact a higher ranking staff on what to do.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would check the Staff guide/handbook and then return them, if they make an appeal I will deal with that later.

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member : I feel that I would help out a lot in the staff team, I can be active in mornings on weekends and things like that when many staff members are offline, I can help out a lot in general. I know it is a big responsibility which I believe I can handle, I have been on the server long enough to know how things go and I can take people being arses which probably wont be needed but just in case. I dont have much experience in terms of ranks and things as this is the only time I have been higher than LCPL on a regiment. I think I would fit into the staff team but that is up to whoever reads these. I have had great activity since I joined CG ( At least what I would consider great). This is the only Garry's Mod server I play on so it would mean a lot to become a member of staff. Thank you for reading, Recon.

Positives:
 

- Achieved a reasonably high rank in game

Overall:

Recon has achieved a reasonably high rank in game so that is good to see, the main issue from my POV is the lack of detail within the Application and not keeping to the 250+ word count on the final section of the App.

Camo pretty much summered it up well, seems like u have very little amount of experience yet resulting in less details on the scenarios and on the final section of the app, next time take your time and build up a nice app, no need to rush applications!
