Do you understand the responsibilities an event planner has? If so, what are they?: Yes, Event planners are an essential piece towards healthy growth within regiments as well as a player’s experience. Applying the skills of Lore integration for example consistency within the timeline and its respected immersion. Also requiring adaptability to face errors unexpected or expected. Finally, the ability to deal with the creation of the events and the challenges which will be faced such as player’s decisions when IC this also includes the ECs regarding the style they go about when in combat and out such as negotiations or interrogations.

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: Yes. This process allows for not only the Event team to assess the trainee but to teach them how to conduct events well and within the guidelines to further the goals of possibly increasing player time and player count with consistent events of a certain quality.


Clone Event Plan:

Create an event plan for clones, Event announcement, and What type of enemies will be encountered. Keep in mind this will be used for your first training event. Make it easy to understand, be original, and be creative(Use the Template):
 

Story for your event: A blackout occurs across MB, Sending the surrounding area into darkness. All that is heard is distant ghoulish echoes of something possibly lurking in the base. Ordered by Leading Battalion to investigate you learn that a new medic was on base but this ain’t one of ours.

(CE Moves into the Generator room to find scattered around Deceased Clones. Questioning the clearance breach they will report it in comms leading to a squad being dispatched to assist. From there to be greeted by their enemies of the event)

Enemies being Experimental Clones / Tormented Clones

(The False Medic - EC will communicate in a reasonable time with the others to begin the attack in GR)

While Leading Batt is confronting this medic within the Medbay,  learning that he has been on Rishimoon for a while but has remained hidden, Fleeing into the vents…..

This event aims to test how battalion and Regiment Hierarchy control their regiments when being hunted properly.

Resulting in a slow transition into a Last Stand/hunt, Which can lead to two paths that could be picked by the Clones via the Poll system for A or B.

A - Fleeing Rishimoon but not without arming the GR to burst an EMP to not render the base inactive for the time being for then to opportunity for a takeover regarding something more human….. (Custom Story Path)

B - Halo Reach Lone Wolf situation. Fight till they’re dead and the Medic is captured or found leading into a passive RP situation.

medics attend to the wounded and provide check-ups and create crisis camps to prevent possible contamination.

RC & ARC Reconing the area for the medic or Interrogating him. 

Spec Ops & HMO or DMO searching possible samples for testing / Figuring how the ECs came to be.

CG Maintaining order and IDing Suspicious clones

Remaining Regiments grouping up outside in the sim room for a Slatemate Esque debrief.

Event Announcement for your story: Rishimoon, A base we rely on and have defended to the end has been met with a twisted encounter. Despite the time spent on base, some things are always hidden. Gather your arms and sharpen you because “There's Something Out Here Waiting For Us, And It Ain't No Man.

Republic's outline and execution:
When the ambush occurs Battalion will issue an AOS on the False Medic, While CE Fight or Escape from the GR is up to them. As Leading Batt will communicate that whatever is attacking them needs to be exterminated ASAP!
Before there are any more casualties, GM is commanded to lead the charge with the use of flamethrowers. (The reason is to burn them to avoid any contamination etc.) RC & ARC as well as Spec Ops & CF99 assist High Command and also send relative detachments to locate and find the Medic.

IF THE MEDIC HAS BEEN CAPTURED - RC & ARC will undergo Interrogations ASAP and learn of this Information below, Depending on orders given they’ll be tasked with either executing or imprisoning the medic for possible future events.

IN THE CASE OF THE MEDIC BEING KILLED - They’ll discover his terminal (Hackable) which provides information regarding the situation which in turn speaks of him abducting clones as a medic for checkups and secretly undergoing medical trials involving Splicing Bacta with Samples of Rakghoul in attempts to allow clones to “cheat death” and “Dust off limb damage” Further examination of the files explain briefly that he documented that the Rakghoul samples reacted strangely during these trials and seemed to adapt with the clones by forming an Exterior shell of skin similar to armor.

Remaining Regiments - Focusing on Killing the Mutated Clones till ordered otherwise. Once the onslaught has stopped Leading Batt will order all to go to the Sim room to set up a crisis camp to allow for IDs to be checked by CG to also prevent panic and Medical RP. (Medical Tents etc..)

Once the medic has been dealt with and things have died down completely and Debrief will be held in the Sim Room and done in a manner that would be considered immersive to a degree. (End of Event)

Event Character outline and execution:
False Medic - Main EC Which uses /r comms to taunt and attempt to sow fear before the assault. Releasing the Mutated Clones and initiating the base attack. Setting traps as well and utilizing ambush tactics.
If cornered or outnumbered results in fleeing and using his knowledge of the base to evade capture leading to a pursuit scenario.

Mutated Clones - Some mutated clones are more powerful (Malformed Clones) while others are weaker (Failed Clones) The mutated clones can attack in groups, using coordination and ambush tactics. Malformed Clones could have unique abilities, like emitting corrosive substances or explosive attacks. The mutated clones will attack the base in a coordinated manner. Their relentless assault will test the defensive capabilities of the clone troopers To assist with the flow of the event capturing or killing the medic will lead to the mutated clones entering a state of confusion / Panic and allowing for the Clones to dispatch them easily.


Jedi Event Plan:

Create a Jedi event BASED upon one of the following P-EC scenario below 

- Grey Jedi Teidowan who prevented the Jedi order from stopping the genocide of a village. The Grey Jedi now must be redeemed by the jedi order. Write an event plan on how the Grey Jedi would be redeemed

- Sith Apprentice who seeks to resurrect its master with a dark ritual after he was slain by the jedi. The ritual required sacrifices of multiple lifeforms. Write a event plan on how the Sith could perform said ritual

- Mercenary Guerilla wanted by the republic for multiple murderers has been hired by a wealthy client. After a high ranking jedi within the order captured the wealthy client previously, now he is hungry for revenge. Write an event plan so that the Mercenary can kidnap the high ranking Jedi

Story for your event BASED on the option: The Jedi Order calls upon all skilled Jedi to partake in a mission of redemption. A once-promising Jedi named Teidowan has fallen from the path of the light and was responsible for preventing the Order from intervening in the face of a terrible tragedy. With the assistance of a master outside of the order Master Gondor has attempted to assist you in this mission. Good Luck
 

Event Announcement for your story:  Grey Jedi Teidowan has fallen from the path of the light and was responsible for the prevention of a village genocide which caused the Jedi to suffer heavy damage to their reputation as heroes, Assist in rekindling the light in Teidowan's heart and don't let him suffer a worse fate or turn to a worser cause.

Additional Characters:
- Master Gondor : A wise and Passionate Master who assists in the event.
* Two Padawans who accompany Gondor to provide assistance. (Can be involved or not)

Jedi's outline and execution:

Master Gondor briefs the participating Jedi on Teidowan’s past and his own role in the prevention of the Order saving a village. While also informing the Jedi that although Teidowan’s intentions were noble, the actions led to much worse.
 

The Jedi Journey to the village where it all occurred. Exploring the aftermath, Searching the area for anything to assist them and piece together these events. Through their investigation it’s discovered that Teidowan lost his way and the reasoning behind it. Finding Teidowan who isolated himself this led to the jedi bringing him back to the temple. (The Ordeal of saving a village and the shocking realities burned in Teidowan’s mind leading him into a fork that causes his unalignment with the light)

Returning to the temple, the Jedi conduct a guided meditation to connect with the force and learn what Teidowan’s mindset was during key moments within this mission. Creating the branch which allows for Jedi to empathize with Teidowan’s internal struggles and bloom compassion. Teidowan engages in deep conversations which allows him to share his perspective and feelings.

Master Gondor implies the importance of acknowledging mistakes and seeking redemption. Leading to the controlled simulation of the village tragedy, But with the support of the Jedi this time and with the assistance of the Jedi it provided Teidowan a chance to heal and learn. This in turn leads to Teidowan undergoing training with Gondor to strengthen themselves.

Jedi Event Character outlines and execution:
Teidowan’s internal conflict is shown due to his isolation, Self-doubt as well as visible distress. Maintaining a constant distance from the Jedi to begin with until they begin to slowly assist in Teidowan opening up addressing the guilt and fear he holds so tightly. Rejecting the initial attempt of the Jedi’s assistance, considers himself irredeemable with the Jedi finally breaking down his barrier of emotion.

Leading into the simulated scenario of the tragedy alongside the Jedi facing a range of emotions such as regret to determination learning how the actions could be different but hold the same value of nobility.

Finally coming to his senses and acceptance of responsibility and the commitment to righting the many wrongs. Thanking the Jedi for the Unity they showed him and Renewing his connection to the light. Retreating with Master Gondor for temporary training.

This event emphasizes the power of forgiveness and the potential for individuals to find their way back to the light, even after straying from the path of the Jedi Code.
